Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wickels aus Druckprodukten (3) unter Verwendung eines Wikkelkerns (1) und mindestens einem daran mit einem Ende befestigten Wickelband (18), wobei die Druckprodukte (3) mit dem Wickelband (18) auf den Wickelkern (1) schuppenstromförmig aufgewickelt werden und das Wickelband (18) eine Spirale bildet, mit einem von einem ersten Antrieb (A1) angetriebenen Wickelteppich (7), der unterseitig des Wickelkerns(1) angeordnet und zum Drehen des Wickelkerns (1) an diesen angelegt wird und mit einem von einem zweiten Antrieb (A2) angetriebenen Wickelbandmagazin (21), von dem das Wickelband (18) unter Aufrechterhaltung einer vorbestimmten Bandspannung abgewickelt wird, wobei beim Wickeln die Bandspannung mittels einer Bandzugregelung möglichst konstant gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Antrieb (A1, A2) jeweils mit einer Drehzahl- bzw. Wegmessvorrichtung (10, 28) versehen sind und dass während des Wickelvorgangs die Messwerte der beiden Messvorrichtungen (10, 28) verglichen und der daraus errechnete Durchmesser (D1) des Wickelbandmagazins (21) zur Regelung des Drehmoments des Wickelbandmagazins (21) verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Messvorrichtungen (10, 28) Taktgeber aufweisen, und dass der Durchmesser (D1) des Wickelbandmagazins (21) durch Vergleichen der Anzahl Takte der beiden Taktgeber berechnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmoment des Wickelbandmagazins (21) über eine Kupplung (31) des zweiten Antriebs (A2) geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (31) eine Hysterese-Kupplung ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit mehreren, vorzugsweise zwei Wickelbändern (18) gewickelt wird und dass der am schnellsten drehende Taktgeber als Referenz gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Wickeln laufend der aktuelle Durchmesser (D1) des Wickelbandmagazins (21) bzw. der Wickelbandmagazine berechnet wird bzw. werden und beim Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Restwickelbandlänge selbsttätig die Papierzufuhr auf einen nächsten leeren Wikkelkern (1) umgeschaltet wird.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Antrieb (A1) des Wickelteppichs (7) und am Antrieb (A2) des Wickelbandmagazins (21) jeweils ein Taktgeber (10, 28) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Taktgeber (10) an einer Antriebsrolle (8) des Wickelteppichs (7) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Taktgeber (28) am Antriebsrad (26) des Antriebes (A2) des Wickelbandmagazins (21) angeordnet ist.
