Claims (14)
- Mühlensichter für ein aufsteigendes Mahlgut-Fluid-Gemisch, insbesondere Wälzmühlensichter, mit einem dynamischen Sichterteil, welcher als Leistenrotor (6) ausgebildet ist und Rotorleisten (7) aufweist, und mit einem Leitklappenkranz (4) als statischen Leitapparat, welcher Leitklappen (5) und zwischen diesen ausgebildete Strömungskanäle (13) aufweist und den Leistenrotor (6) unter Ausbildung eines ringförmigen Sichtraums (17) konzentrisch umgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungskanäle (13) des Leitklappenkranzes (4) horizontal unterteilt sind und Teilkanäle (23) zur Vergleichmäßigung der Anströmung der Rotorleisten (7) aufweisen. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Unterteilung der Strömungskanäle (13) des Leitklappenkranzes (4) horizontale Leiteinrichtungen (8) angeordnet sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leiteinrichtungen als horizontale Leitbleche (8) ausgebildet und an den Leitklappen (5) befestigt sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) an den Leitklappen (5) angeschweißt sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) mit einem gleichmäßigen Abstand übereinander angeordnet sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) mit einem sich nach oben verringernden oder vergrößernden Abstand angeordnet sind. - Mühlensichter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) jeweils an zwei Leitklappen (5) eines Strömungskanals (13), welche unverstellbar sind, befestigt sind. - Mühlensichter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitklappen (5) um eine vertikale Achse (9) verstellbar sind und die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) mit einem Kantenbereich an einer Seite der Leitklappen (5) befestigt sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitklappen (5) für eine tangentiale bis radiale Anströmung von senkrecht ausgerichteten Rotorleisten (7) eines zylindrischen Leistenrotors (6) strömungsoptimiert ausgebildet sind und wenigstens ein vertikales Leitblech (11) aufweisen und dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) wenigstens an den vertikalen Leitblechen (11) der Leitklappen (5) befestigt sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) mit einem Verstellabstand (12) zu der benachbarten Leitklappe (5) ausgebildet sind. - Mühlensichter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) an beiden Seiten einer Leitklappe (5) befestigt sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an beiden Seiten der Leitklappen (5) angeordneten horizontalen Leitbleche (8) mit einem Überlappungsbereich (14) ausgebildet sind. - Mühlensichter nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an beiden Seiten der Leitklappen (5) angeordneten horizontalen Leitbleche (8) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie in dem Überlappungsbereich (14) mit einem geringen Abstand übereinander liegen. - Mühlensichter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontalen Leitbleche (8) wenigstens an ihrer Anströmseite (15) verschleißfest ausgebildet sind.
