Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschine, auf deren Arbeitsstellen (1) Garn (2) von Vorlagespulen (3) abgewickelt, kontrolliert, Garnfehler ausgereinigt und das Garn zu großvolumigen Kreuzspulen (4) aufgespult wird, wobei die während des Spulprozesses auf einer vorgegebenen Garnlänge auftretenden Garnfehler registriert werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß bei Erreichen einer vorbestimmbaren Anzahl von Garnverbindungsvorgängen, bezogen auf eine voreinstellbare Bezugs-Garnlänge, der Spulprozeß gestoppt und die bereits aufgewickelte Garnlänge wieder von der Kreuzspule (4) entfernt wird.
