Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for performing several partial webs cut from a material web on partial web rolls where the beginning of the material web introduced into a winder. Furthermore concerns the invention a winding device for winding of partial webs cut from a material web to partial web rolls with a contact roller on the the partial web rolls abut during winding, a slitter and a threading section with Means for feeding a start of the material web to the contact roller.
- the invention is based on a paper web described as an example of a material web. she is however also applicable to other material webs that similarly wound into winding rolls Need to become.
- Paper webs are usually made with relatively large Widths up to 10 m are produced for a later Users, for example a print shop, do not are more manageable. In one of the last procedural steps the paper web is therefore divided into several sub-webs cut in the longitudinal direction and each partial web is wound up on a winding roll or partial web roll. In most cases, the partial web rolls are located on a contact roller to one over the contact pressure certain influence on the winding hardness of the partial web rolls to be able to take. The partial web rolls then have widths in the range of 0.3 to 3.8 m and reach roll diameters in the order of 0.8 to 2.5 m. This Rolls are then ready for dispatch after they have been packed and can be handled later by a user become.
- the roll cores can, for example, in a wrap bed if a double winder is used as a winding device.
- the roll cores can also be mounted on roll holders, if the winding device as a backup or contact roller winder is trained. Since the partial webs from the same material web, they will be cut so to speak fed at the same time and must accordingly be handled simultaneously. This requires one relatively large personnel costs, especially when when a web of material is newly fed to the winding device becomes. In this case the paper web becomes the better one Handling during the subsequent performance process Torn in a V-shape.
- the material web prepared in this way is preferred on a settlement manually arranged in the center of the winding device Conveying elements that form a threading section fed.
- the conveyor transports the V-shaped Web to rewind, i.e. the place in the Winding device where the winding positions are arranged are.
- the material web is carried through on this rewind the operating personnel are pulled out of the machine by hand, until it is full width. Only afterwards can the knife of the slitter in the Material web are pivoted. If the web of material the partial webs are cut. The material web must continue to be pulled until the partial webs are finally wound up available. Only then can the partial webs be transferred to the Sleeves attached and wrapped on the sleeves. This threading process requires because of the large web widths and the high number of partial lanes Personnel expenses.
- DE 37 10 039 A1 shows a device for drawing in a material web in a machine for treating the Material web, especially in a scooter, in which the V-shaped tip of the material web with the help of a rope guide until it is pulled against a backup roller. From there it is conveyed to the winding positions.
- a comparable device for feeding a paper web in a rolling machine is in DE 37 10 147 A1 shown. There the tip of the paper web is using of an elevator and from below on a support roller guided, which is provided with suction openings.
- the object of the invention is to perform to simplify a material web.
- This task is carried out in a method of the type mentioned at the beginning Art solved in that the material web in one first path leading to a waste disposal facility leads, is conveyed through the winding device until it is available in full width and cut into the partial webs as soon as the partial webs are available, is cut transversely to their running direction, and that the partial beginnings formed by cutting in a second path that branches off from the first path, lead to winding positions.
- Nip in which you can see the web of material during the performance holds on.
- This nip does two things. For one thing the web of material held in this nip when it is cut in the transverse direction. Here is a certain one Stop advantageous to create a tension. On Cutting process is usually easier to do when the web is under a certain tension stands. Furthermore, by holding in this nip also achieve that the material web on the Transport device is present when it is sucked in there shall be. This improves the connection of the partial web beginnings with the transport device.
- the winding device is used to perform run relatively slowly, for example in one Creeper. If the web is slow moves, then the benefits of a closed outweigh them Nip. The winding device becomes the actual winding but operated at higher speeds, for example 2000 to 3000 m / min. In this case the closed nip offer too much resistance. If you open the nip then you have it Problem solved again.
- the nip it is preferable to open the nip after the partial webs have been attached to the roll core. If the partial webs have been attached to the roll core, then they have a balancing hold so that the nip is no longer is required.
- the partial webs are preferably cut after being severed the material web is blown onto the transport device.
- the task is at the beginning of a winding device mentioned type in that the threading section part of a first path through the winding device forms that to a disposal facility results in a cross cutter in the first path is arranged and that a switch arrangement the cross cutting device arranged adjacent is on a second path through the winder starts at at least one winding position leads.
- the material web can be the winding device traverse in the first path, with the first path in the Disposal facility ends.
- the part of the web that has not yet been wound up can be disposed of immediately, what handling when Performing is greatly relieved. Only when the material web as far as inserted into the winding device has been that the cross-cutting process Has produced the beginnings of all partial webs Course of the partial webs changed by the winding device.
- the switch arrangement now directs the beginning of the partial railway over the second path to the winding positions.
- the switch arrangement a all-round pressure device with the contact roller forms a nip and has a suction device, which acts on the material web through the contact roller.
- the pressure device gives you a defined one Point at which the material web or later the Partial beginnings, from the first path to the second path can branch off.
- the change of direction in itself will caused by the suction device by the Contact roller sucks the web of material through, i.e. the partial web starts on the surface of the contact roller stuck.
- the pressure device preferably has a displacement drive on. So you can use the pressure device Remove from the contact roller or on it to the system bring. This is especially for the later Winding process of advantage, in which one particularly at pressurization at higher speeds Want to avoid material web.
- the cross cutting device is preferably provided with a Provide blowing device.
- the blowing device can Start of the partial webs after cutting to the contact roller blow on to improve the adhesion there.
- the switch is advantageously below a horizontal one Plane arranged through the axis of rotation of the contact roller. This has the advantage that the material web as long not yet in the desired shape the winding positions can be fed, simply "down” can fall, making their disposal easier becomes.
- the first path preferably leads into a pulper opening or a chopper entrance. You can see the web of material, as long as you can’t use them, immediately feed the pulper, especially in a paper mill is an advantage. But you can also use it Feed chopper, which the material web first in cut or chop small pieces, and then cut them have it recycled later.
- Fig. 1 shows a winding device 1, which as a double carrier roller winder is trained.
- the winding device 1 has a first support roller 2 and a second Carrier roller 3, which together form a winding bed 4, in which several partial web rolls 5 side by side in the axial direction can be wrapped. From the side view 1 is only the end face of the axially outermost To recognize partial web roll 5.
- the partial web rolls 5 can by a loading roller 6 in the changing bed 4 to be pushed in at the start of the winding process to increase the winding hardness, as is known per se is.
- a well known blow box to generate a compressed air cushion in the changing bed 4, this serves to relieve the weight of the partial web rolls 5 can also be provided be and is not for reasons of clarity shown.
- a material web 7 is over several deflecting rollers 8-10 fed to the first support roller 2, namely the underside. Between the pulleys 9, 10 is one Longitudinal cutting device 11 arranged with two rows of knives 12, 13, which spread apart, or, like shown, can be driven together. In the last State immerse them in the material web 7 and create a series of parallel ones Partial webs.
- the tip of the material web 7 V-shaped torn or cut. This can already immediately after the last rewind the winding device or in the last station processing on the winders. Thereby this process is not time-critical.
- a separating device 17 is arranged below the press roll 14 below the press roll 14.
- the separator 17 is designed so that the material web over its entire width more or can cut less suddenly. This severing can, however, also by a traversing Cut.
- An extendable is shown Knife 18 with a drive 19, the knife 18 with a counter-holder 20 shown in dashed lines cooperates.
- a blow pipe 21 is arranged at the same time can be activated with the separating device 17 can and by the cross cutting of the material web 7th Partial beginnings formed on the scope of the first Carrier roller 2 blows.
- the support roller 2 has a variety of in its scope Bores 22 on the circumference with their hollow interior 23 connect.
- the interior 23 is with a connected suction device, not shown, that can be switched on or off.
- Means not shown are provided to the suction effect of the first support roller 2 on certain Limit perimeter areas. Even the suction device is activated together with the separating device 17, so that the beginning of the partial webs by the blowing device 21 blown onto the circumference of the first support roller 2 is held there.
- the partial web beginnings arrive together with the carrier roller 2 in the changing bed 4 and there on the roll core 24 be set, for example by an adhesive.
- the press roller 14 by the first support roller 2 are lifted.
- This is a Relocation drive 25 is provided, for example in Form of a pneumatic piston-cylinder arrangement. This situation is shown in Fig. 4, where the press roll 14 by means of the drive 25 of the size of the first Carrier roller 2 has been lifted off.
- this system can also be used to create a splice site be used after paper tear.
- Fig. 2 shows a slightly modified embodiment.
- the winding device 1 'as a backup roller winder educated.
- the same parts are the same Reference numerals and corresponding parts with crossed Provide reference numerals.
- the material web 7 becomes a first group of Partial web rollers 5 "performed with an axial distance from each other are arranged.
- the between these partial web rolls 5 "remaining partial webs will be the rest Partial web rolls 5 'fed on the gap to the others Partial web rollers 5 "are arranged.
- the press roll 14 which forms the nip 15 with the support roller 2 '.
- the Material web 7, as long as it is not in the transverse direction has been cut over a slant Level 28 fed to a chopper 29.
- gravity is sufficient.
- a double arrow 30 indicates that the press roll 14 can be lifted off the support roller 2 '.
- the procedure is basically similar to that of 1.
- the material web 7 is conveyed into the chopper 29 by the nip 15, until the longitudinal cutting lines on the separating device 17 arrive. Only when the partial web starts, i.e. the beginning the cutting lines, arrived at the separating device 17 is triggered and cuts through the Material web across its entire width.
- the partial web starts are with the help of the blowing device 21 on the Blown circumference of the support roller 2 ', sucked in there and together with the support roller 2 'in the respective winding positions promoted.
- the embodiment shown can be used in many ways Terms are deviated. So you can instead the press roll 14 also provide a circulating belt, that is pressed against the support or support roller 2, 2 '. Instead of the support or support roller 2, 2 'you can also use another transport device that the Partial web starts leads to the winding positions. A such transport device can then at the beginning of Winding process may be pivoted away.
