Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wölbstrukturierten Hohlzylinders, insbesondere eines Mantels (100) für die Trommel oder den Laugenbehälter einer Waschmaschine, bei dem dieser durch eine Druckwalze (28,29) gegen Stützelemente (15a) gepresst und entgegengesetzt einer Drehbewegung der Druckwalze (28,29) in Rotation versetzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente (15a) auf mindestens einem Träger (Matrize 15) angeordnet sind, dessen Außenfläche ein Zylindersegment bildet und einen Radius besitzt, der etwa dem Radius des Hohlzylinders entspricht, und dass die Stützelemente (15a) hierdurch während der Rotation des Hohlzylinders und dem damit verbundenen Einprägen der Wölbstruktur ohne Relativbewegung zu diesem formschlüssig an seiner Innenwand anliegen. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wölbstrukturierten Hohlzylinders nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Träger (Matrizen 15) verwendet werden und dass jedem Träger (Matrize 15) eine Druckwalze (28,29) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Druckwalzen (28,29) jeweils um 120° versetzt sind und gleichzeitig gegen den Hohlzylinder gepresst werden. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wölbstrukturierten Trommelmantels (100) einer Waschmaschinentrommel nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trommelmantel (100) mit den anliegenden Stützelementen (15a) zur Aufbringung der Wölbstruktur um ca. 100° gedreht wird. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines wölbstrukturierten Hohlzylinders, insbesondere eines Mantels (100) für die Trommel oder den Laugenbehälter einer Waschmaschine, bei dem dieser durch eine Druckwalze (28,29) gegen Stützelemente (15a) gepresst und entgegengesetzt einer Drehbewegung der Druckwalze in Rotation versetzt wird, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen zylindersegmentförmigen Träger (Matrize 15), auf dem die Stützelemente (15a) angeordnet sind und dessen Radius etwa dem Radius des Hohlzylinders entspricht, und gekennzeichnet durch eine Positioniereinrichtung (12,16-19), durch welche der Träger (Matrize 15) nach dem Einbringen in den Innenraum des Hohlzylinders derart in Richtung seiner Innenwand verfahrbar ist, dass alle auf dem Träger (Matrize) befindlichen Stützelemente (15a) an ihr anliegen.
