Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Abstützen von Werkstücken (14) auf Tischen von Pressen zum Kaschieren der Werkstücken (14), umfassend:eine poröse, an ihrer Oberseite im wesentlichen ebene Auf- oder Einlage (30) für den Pressentisch; undmindestens ein auf der Auf- oder Einlage (30) frei verschiebbares, mit einer Auflagefläche für das Werkstück versehenes Stützelement (20);
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auf- oder Einlage (30) in den Pressentisch integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stützelement (20) eine runde, eckige oder ungleichmäßige Kontur hat.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Stützelemente (20) vorgesehen sind, die die gleiche Höhe haben.

- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stützelement (20) sich nach oben verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiter eine automatische Positioniereinrichtung zum Positionieren des mindestens einen Stützelement (20).
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12, weiter umfassend eine optische Verifiziervorrichtung, die nach dem Positionieren des mindestens einen Stützelements (20) die Position der Stützelemente mit einem vorgegebenen Muster vergleicht.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stützelement (20) an seinen seitlichen Flächen mit einem Material versehen ist, das der Haftung einer Kaschierfolie (12) entgegenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stützelement (20) an seiner dem Werkstück zugewandten Seite mit einer Einrichtung zur rutschfesten Befestigung des Werkstücks (14) versehen ist.
