Claims (17)
- Steuerung für die Trocknereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere für eine Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei welcher die Betriebsweise der Trocknereinrichtung durch Signale einer Steuerung beeinflussbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerung (7) wenigstens ein Signal einer den Druckprozess charakterisierenden Größe zuführbar ist und durch die Steuerung Signale generierbar sind, durch welche die Betriebsweise der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) in vorgesehener Weise veränderbar ist. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (7) mit in der Druckmaschine (1) angeordneten Signalgebern (8, 9, 10) in Signalverbindung steht. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (7) mit dem Leitstand (2) der Druckmaschine (1) in Signalverbindung steht, durch welchen der Steuerung (7) Einstellwerte der Druckmaschine (1) zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerung (7) Daten aus der Druckvorstufe hinsichtlich eines auszuführenden Druckauftrages zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerung (7) Einstellwerte der Farbdosierung in den einzelnen Druck- und Lackiereinrichtungen der Druckmaschine (1) zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerung (7) Daten über die bei einem auszuführenden Druckauftrag verwendeten Farben und/oder Lacke zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerung (7) Daten über den bei einem auszuführenden Druckauftrag verwendeten Bedruckstoff zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) Signale zur Beeinflussung der Trocknerleistung der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) generierbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) Signale zur Beeinflussung eines mit dem Trocknungsprozess verbundenen Luftstromes generierbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) ein die Druckgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine (1) wiedergebendes Signal zur geschwindigkeitsabhängigen Nachführung der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) verarbeitbar ist. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) eine Warmluftabsaugung in Abhängigkeit der aktuellen Betriebsweise der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) einstellbar ist. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) in Verbindung mit den auszuführenden Druckprozess charakterisierenden Voreinstelldaten Einstellwerte für eine Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) ermittelt und zur Einstellung gebracht werden. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) aus den zugeführten Signalen und der maximal durch die Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) erzielbaren Wirkung (maximale Leistung) Einstellwerte für die Druckmaschine (1) ermittelt werden. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Einstellwerte der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) eines ausgeführten Druckauftrages in der Steuerung (7) abspeicherbar und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder zur Ausführung bringbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) eine Kühleinrichtung in Abhängigkeit der aktuellen Betriebsweise der Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) ansteuerbar ist. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (7) die Trocknereinrichtung (3, 4, 5, 6) in Abhängigkeit von am Bedruckstoff gewonnenen Messwerten ansteuerbar ist. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Bedruckstoff die Qualität des Druckes wiedergebende Größen wie insbesondere Lack- bzw. Farbschichtdicke und/oder Glanz ermittelt werden.
