Claims (4)
- Schneidkopfführung zur Schrägstellung des Schneidkopfes (1) zur Schnittschrägenkompensation beim Wasserstrahlschneiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das den frei beweglichen Schneidkopf (1) tragende und führende Kollimationsrohr (2) oder der Schneidkopf (1) selbst in einer von Steuerkräften bewegbaren, den Schneidkopf (1) tragenden Fassung (3) eingespannt ist, die von mehreren die Kanten eines auf der kleinen Fläche stehenden Pyramidenstumpfes mit gleichseitiger Grundfläche - sich einem Kegelstumpf annähernd - bildenden Streben (4) getragen und von diesen mit einer unbeweglich am Schneidkopfantrieb befestigten Grundplatte (5) verbunden ist, wobei die Streben (4) mit Biegegelenken (6) sowohl an der Grundplatte (5) als auch an der Fassung (3) befestigt sind.
- Schneidkopfführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das den frei beweglichen Schneidkopf (1) tragende und führende Kollimationsrohr (2) oder der Schneidkopf (1) selbst in einer von Steuerkräften bewegbaren, den Schneidkopf (1) tragenden Fassung (3) eingespannt ist, die von vier die Kanten eines auf der kleinen Fläche stehenden Pyramidenstumpfes mit quadratischer Grundfläche bildenden Streben (4) getragen und von diesen mit einer unbeweglich am Schneidkopfantrieb befestigten Grundplatte (5) verbunden ist, wobei die Streben (4) mit Biegegelenken (6) sowohl an der Grundplatte (5) als auch an der Fassung (3) befestigt sind.
- Schneidkopfführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streben (4) mit Kreuzgelenken an der Grundplatte (5) und an der Fassung (3) befestigt sind.
- Schneidkopfführung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Ruhezustand die Mittelachsen (7) der Streben (4) gegenseitig und mit der Schneidstrahlachse (8) in einem Punkt in der Nähe der Schneidstrahlaustrittsöffnung der Fokussierdüse (9) bzw. in der Nähe des Auftreffpunktes des Schneidstrahles auf dem Werkstück schneiden.
