Claims (5)
- Schlichtmaschine (10) zur Bearbeitung von Textilgarnen (18) enthaltenda) wenigstens ein Zettelbaum (16) als Reservoir für zu bearbeitendes Garn (18), wobei mehrere Fäden (18) nebeneinander auf dem Zettelbaum (16) aufgewickelt sind,b) Garnumlenkwalzen bzw. Umlenkrollen (32, 49),c) eine Schlichtvorrichtung (20), durch die das zu schlichtende Garn (18) gelenkt wird,d) ein Teilfeld (12) mit einer Trennvorrichtung (34, 36, 38, 40) zum Trennen von aneinander haftendem Garn (18),e) eine Spannvorrichtung (32, 42) zum Spannen des Garns im Teilfeld (12),f) eine Aufwickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln des geschlichteten Garns (18) auf Kettbäume (50),
gekennzeichnet durchg) eine Verstelleinrichtung (45), durch die das Teilfeld (12) verstellbar ausgebildet ist. - Schlichtmaschine (10) zur Bearbeitung von Textilgarnen (18) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (45) aus der Spannvorrichtung (42) und einem Schienensystem (43) gebildet wird, auf dem die Spannvorrichtung (42) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Schlichtmaschine (10) zur Bearbeitung von Textilgarnen (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlichtvorrichtung (20) ein Schlichtbad (21) enthält.
- Schlichtmaschine (10) zur Bearbeitung von Textilgarnen (18) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (42) wenigstens drei Umlenkwalzen (44, 46, 48) enhält.
- Schlichtmaschine (10) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Trockenvorrichtung zum Trocknen des geschlichteten Garns (18)
