Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Verhinderung von Grenzwertüberschreitungen bei Bogendruckmaschinen, wobei für den Druckprozess relevante Werte bezüglich der einzelnen Bogen erfasst und dahingehend verarbeitet werden, dass vorgegebene Grenzwerte eingehalten werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entwicklungstrend eines relevanten Wertes im Laufe einer Abfolge von Bögen erfasst wird und Maßnahmen veranlasst werden, wenn bei den Werten eine Veränderung auftritt, die bei einer Fortsetzung des Entwicklungstrends bei einer weiteren vorgegebenen Anzahl von Bogen zu einer Grenzwertüberschreitung führen würden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Entwicklungstrend ausscherende Einzelwerte für die Ermittlung des Entwicklungstrends eliminiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Werten um die Position der Bogen bei einem bestimmten Maschinenwinkel handelt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um die Position der Bogenvorderkanten handelt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um einen Seitenversatz von Bogen handelt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um Ziehfehler bezüglich der Anlegung von Bogen an eine Seitenmarke handelt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Schräglage von Bogen handelt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es am Anleger der Bogendruckmaschine Anwendung findet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzeige der Werte erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer Bedienperson mögliche Gegenmaßnahmen vorgeschlagen werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steuerungen zur Korrektur der Werte angesteuert werden. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 mit mindestens einem Sensor zur Erfassung der Werte (1, 1', 1'', 1''', ...) bezüglich der einzelnen Bogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auswerteeinrichtung den Entwicklungstrend (12) der erfassten Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) für die Veranlassung von Gegenmaßnahmen darstellt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Darstellung auf mindestens einem Display (2, 2', 2", ...) erfolgt, wobei die Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) einer vorgegebenen Anzahl einer Abfolge von Bogen, die den mindestens einen Sensor als letztes passiert haben, immer durch den Wert (1) des aktuellen Bogens ergänzt und als Abfolge von Einzelwerten in ihrer Relation zum Sollwert (3) und zu den Grenzwerten (4, 4') dargestellt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Display (2, 2', 2", ...) die Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) der einzelnen Bogen als Balken (5) dargestellt sind, wobei das Ende der Balken (5) die Lage des jeweiligen Wertes (1, 1', 1'', 1''', ...) im Verhältnis zu Sollwert (3) und Grenzwerten (4. 4') zeigt, die durch Linien (6) dargestellt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Display (2, 2', 2", ...) die Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) der einzelnen Bogen als Kurve (16) dargestellt sind, die die zeitliche Entwicklung der einzelnen Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) im Verhältnis zu Sollwert (3) und Grenzwerten (4, 4') repräsentiert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Auswerteeinrichtung eine Signaleinrichtung (15) aktiviert wird, sobald bei den Werten (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) eine Veränderung auftritt, die bei einer Fortsetzung des Entwicklungstrends (12) bei einer weiteren vorgegebenen Anzahl von Bogen zu einer Grenzwertüberschreitung führen würde. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Auswerteeinrichtung bei einer derartigen Veränderung der Werte (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...), dass bei einer Fortsetzung des Entwicklungstrends (12) bei einer weiteren vorgegebenen Anzahl von Bogen eine Grenzüberschreitung eintreten würde, ein weiteres Display (7) angesteuert wird, um gespeicherte Gegenmaßnahmen (14) lesbar anzuzeigen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Displays (2, 2', 2", ... 7) zur Darstellung mehrerer Arten (13) von erfassten Werten (1, 1', 1", 1''', ...) am Bedienpult der Druckmaschine angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Darstellung der erfassten Werte durch Signale erfolgt, wobei eine Steuerung bei derartigen Veränderungen der die Werte (1, 1', 1'', 1''', ...) darstellenden Signale, dass bei einer Fortsetzung des Entwicklungstrends (12) bei einer weiteren vorgegebenen Anzahl von Bogen eine Grenzüberschreitung eintreten würde, mindestens ein Stellglied zur Änderung des Entwicklungstrends (12) angesteuert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Sensor am Bogenanleger angeordnet ist, und die Auswerteeinrichtung der Gewährleistung einer Bogenanlage unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Grenzwerte (4, 4') dient.
