Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Einziehen einer Materialbahn (5) in eine Rotationsdruckmaschine mit Komponenten (18, 22, 23, 24), in der ein Pfad eines Führungselementes (2), der sich im wesentlichen parallel zu einem Bahnpfad der Materialbahn (5) erstreckt, für ein Einzugselement (3,6) vorgesehen ist, welches einen Bahnanfang der Materialbahn (5) aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Einhängestationen (4) an denen die Materialbahn (5) mit dem Einzugselement (3, 6) verbindbar ist, dezentral entlang des Bahnpfades durch die Komponenten (18, 22, 23, 24) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einzugselement (3, 6) aus einem Mobilteil (3) und einem jeweils an einer Einhängestation (4) aufgenommenen Einhängsegment (6) besteht.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Einhängstationen (4) unterhalb des Pfades der Materialbahn (5) durch die Rotationdruckmaschine angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Einhängstationen (4) Haltevorrichtungen (8) für die Einhängesegmente (6) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (8) als Magneten ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (8) als mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbare Saugleisten ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (8) als Klebestationen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (8) als hakenförmige Haltemittel ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängsegmente (6) auf den Haltevorrichtungen stationär aufnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängstationen (4) eine in einem Schneidspalt (10) quer zur Materialbahn (5) verfahrbare Schneidvorrichtung (11) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mobilteil (3) des Einzugselementes (3, 6) in einer Parkposition aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an einer Einhängstation (4) jeweils aufgenommene Einhängsegment (6) in dem in der Führung (2) verfahrbaren Mobilteil (3) eingehangen wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mobilteil (3) des Einhängelementes (3, 6) mit Anschlagflächen (21) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mobilteil (3) des Einhängelementes (3, 6) aus einem flachen und flexiblen Metallprofil besteht.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Mobilteil (3) des Einzugselementes (3, 6) die Verformbarkeit des Mobilteiles (3) begünstigende Öffnungen (20) vorgesehen sind.
- Bahnverarbeitete Rotationsdruckmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung zum Einziehen gemäß Anspruch 1.
