  • the invention further relates to a connector for the bushing adapter with a socket part and a plug part.
  • Such a bushing adapter is known from DE 198 26 453 A1.
  • the Feedthrough adapter is usually used in a control cabinet a component installed in the control cabinet to an external electrical line to join.
  • the bushing adapter thus serves as an interface between the outside world and the inside of the control cabinet and points to this in usually several connectors.
  • the use of a connector enables easy and safe connection of both the external Management as well as the internal component.
  • Both the line and the component are in particular multi-pole system connectors with predefined Assignment of the individual poles or contacts, connected to the connector. On the one hand, they are on the socket part, which has contact sockets, and on the other hand connected to the plug part, which has contact pins.
  • the control cabinet is usually supplied with both live cables also dissipated, i.e. in some cases, the control cabinet directs the supply to it Forward electricity to other components, such as machines or subordinate control cabinets.
  • the one for the corresponding Enclosure adapter provided for the control cabinet must therefore be connected to the plug suitable to ensure that the current output realized from the control cabinet by a socket part of a connector is.
  • the special purpose of the respective control cabinet and in particular its internal wiring as well as its external connections must therefore already taken into account in the design and manufacture of the bushing adapter become. Since this differs depending on the type of control cabinet, one is comparative high expenditure in the production of the lead-through adapter necessary, and short-term changes in the implementation adapter, in particular on site during assembly on the control cabinet are only possible with great effort.
