Claims (7)
- Dispositif anti-ballon (5), dans un fournisseur de fil de trame (1) de métiers à tisser, comprenant un tambour fixe (2) sur lequel un bras rotatif (3) enroule une réserve de fil de trame (RT) dont des spires se déroulent à partir du tambour (2), en passant à travers un guide-fil terminal (G) pour fournir le métier, sous le contrôle de moyens de freinage (4),
caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif d'anti-ballonnement (5) est constitué par un anneau (5a) de forme tronconique dont le plus petit diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre du tambour (2) du fournisseur, ledit anneau étant fixé sur ledit tambour et étant disposé directement en amont des moyens de freinage (4), et en ce que ledit anneau (5a) est relié, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de pivotement (6) ayant une rotation contrôlée, à la structure du fournisseur (1) de façon à pouvoir être incliné selon un angle sur l'axe longitudinal du tambour (2) afin de passer d'une position active, dans lequel ledit anneau est à angle droit de l'axe du tambour (2), vers une position pour enfiler le fournisseur (1), dans lequel ledit anneau est incliné selon un angle par rapport à l'axe du tambour. - Dispositif anti-ballon selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que ledit anneau (5a) de forme tronconique délimite, dans la position angulaire inclinée d'enfilage, un intervalle d'ouverture (L) pour le passage du fil, (F) qui est significativement supérieur à l'intervalle d'ouverture entre ledit anneau et le tambour (2) du fournisseur lorsque ledit anneau est dans la position active, ledit intervalle d'ouverture (L) étant en outre correctement orienté dans la direction qui facilite l'enfilage du fil de trame (F) dans l'anneau de guidage de fil terminal (G) à travers les moyens de freinage (4) directement adjacents. - Dispositif anti-ballon selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de pivotement (6) ayant une rotation contrôlée fonctionnent comme crans de position pour les positions angulaires active et inclinée dudit anneau de forme tronconique (5a). - Dispositif anti-ballon selon les revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de pivotement (6) ayant une rotation contrôlée comprennent deux éléments d'écartement (53 - 63) mutuellement opposés qui sont fixés respectivement à l'anneau (5a) du dispositif anti-ballon (5) et à la structure (C) du fournisseur (1), et en ce que lesdits éléments d'écartement peuvent effectuer une rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre et sont couplés mutuellement, de façon à permettre des mouvements axiaux mutuels limités, sous l'action d'aimants permanents (54-64) qui sont fixés respectivement à chaque élément d'écartement et présentent des polarités magnétiques mutuellement opposées. - Dispositif anti-ballon selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits aimants permanents (54 - 64) sont de forme circulaire. - Dispositif anti-ballon selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'écartement (53- 63) mutuellement opposés sont munis de rebords irréguliers qui présentent des crêtes (CR) et des creux (GO' - GO") qui s'engagent mutuellement et sélectivement de façon à stabiliser lesdites positions angulaires active et inclinée dudit anneau de forme tronconique (5a). - Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de pivotement (6) sont constitués par un moteur qui est contrôlé par un système d'enfilage automatique du fournisseur (1) et qui est activé, de façon à incliner ledit anneau (5a), en phase avec ledit système d'enfilage.
