Claims (7)

  1. Ballonbegrenzer (5) bei einer Schussfaden-Zuführvorrichtung (1) in einem Webstuhl, welche eine feststehende Trommel (2) aufweist, auf welcher ein umlaufender Arm (3) eine Schussfadenreserve (RT) aufwickelt, deren Wicklungen unter Steuerung einer Bremseinrichtung (4) von der Trommel (2) durch einen End-Fadenführer (G) zur Zuführung zum Webstuhl ablaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballonbegrenzer aus einem kegelstumpfförmigen Ring (5a) besteht, dessen kleinerer Durchmesser etwas größer als der Durchmesser der Zuführtrommel (2), wobei der Ring auf die Trommel aufgepasst und in Zuführrichtung direkt vor der Bremseinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist, und dass der Ring (5a) mittels einer Schwenkeinrichtung (6) mit gesteuerter Drehung mit dem Aufbau der Zuführvorrichtung (1) in der Weise verbunden ist, dass er unter einem Winkel zur Längsachse der Trommel (2) neigbar ist, um aus einer aktiven Position, in welcher der Ring rechtwinklig zur Achse der Trommel (2) steht, in eine Position zum Aufwickeln des Fadens auf die Zuführvorrichtung (1) überzugehen, in welcher der Ring unter einem Winkel bezüglich der Trommelachse geneigt ist.
  2. Ballonbegrerizer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kegelstumpfförmige Ring (5a) in der unter einem Winkel geneigten Fadenaufwindposition einen Spalt (L) für den Durchtritt des Faden (F) begrenzt, welcher deutlich größer ist als der Spalt zwischen dem Ring und der Trommel (2) der Zuführvorrichtung, wenn der Ring in seiner aktiven Position steht, wobei der Spalt (L) des Weiteren in der Richtung korrekt ausgerichtet ist, in welcher das Aufwinden des Schussfadens (F) in dem abschließenden Fadenführungsring (G) durch die direkt benachbarte Bremseinrichtung (4) hindurch vereinfacht wird,
  3. Ballonbegrenzer nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkeinrichtung (6) mit gesteuerter Drehung als Positionsmarkierung für die unter einem Winkel geneigte aktive Position und die schräg stehende Position des kegelstumpfförmigen Rings (5a) fungiert.
  4. Ballonbegrenzer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkeinrichtung (6) mit gesteuerter Drehung zwei einander gegenüber stehende Abstandhalter (53-63) aufweist, die jeweils starr mit dem Ring (5a) des Ballonbegrenzers (5) und mit dem Aufbau (C) der Zuführvorrichtung (1) gekoppelt sind, und dass die Abstandhalter bezüglich zueinander drehbar und mit einander so gekoppelt sind, dass begrenzte Bewegungen relativ zueinander in axialer Richtung unter dem Einfluss von Dauermagneten (54-64) möglich sind, die jeweils starr mit jedem Abstandhalter gekoppelt sind und relativ zueinander entgegengesetzt magnetisch polarisiert sind.
  5. Ballonbegrenzer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauermagnete (54-64) scheibenförmig sind.
  6. Ballonbegrenzer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander gegenüber stehenden Abstandhalter (53-63) mit unebenen Kanten versehen sind, in denen Erhebungen (CR) und Vertiefungen (GO'-GO") vorhanden sind, die mit einander selektiv in Eingriff gelangen, um so die unter einem Winkel stehende aktive Position und die schräg stehende Position des kegelstumpfförmigen Rings (5a) stabil zu halten.
  7. Ballonbegrenzer nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkeihrichtung (6) aus einem Motor besteht, der von einem automatischen Fadenwickelsystem der Zuführvorrichtung (1) gesteuert und aktiviert wird, um im Tritt mit dem Fadenaufwickelsystem den Ring (5a) schräg zu stellen.
