Claims (5)
- Rasterwalze für eine Flexodruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (12) lösbar auf einer durchgehenden Achse (22) festgespannt ist und diese Achse (22) mit Abstand umgibt.
- Rasterwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (12) eine zylindrische Hülse aus kohlefaserhaltigem Material aufweist.
- Rasterwalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (12) an beiden Enden durch Scheiben (14) abgeschlossen ist, die auf der Achse (22) festgespannt sind.
- Rasterwalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche des Walzenkörpers (12) eine Grundierungsschicht (16) aus Metall und auf diesem eine Keramikschicht (18) aufweist.
- Flexodruckmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Rasterwalze (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, deren Walzenkörper (12) axial von der an einem Ende fest im Maschinengestell (32) gelagerten Achse (22) abziehbar ist.
