Máquina de impresión flexográfica dotada con un rodillo de trama (10), cuyo cuerpo de rodillo (12) se puede retirar axialmente de un eje (22) sujeto por un extremo en el bastidor de la máquina (32), caracterizada porque el eje (22) está apoyado con posibilidad de giro en el bastidor de la máquina y porque el cuerpo de rodillo (12) presenta un manguito cilíndrico realizado en un material que contiene fibra de carbono, que rodea el eje (22) a distancia y que está cerrado por ambos extremos mediante discos (14), los cuales están sujetos fijos de manera resoluble sobre el eje (22).
