Claims (10)

  1. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur destiné à recevoir des documents pour alimenter ledit destructeur de documents et pouvant être mis en place facultativement, le destructeur de document présentant
    - une caisse composée d'une partie inférieure de caisse (2) et d'une partie supérieure de caisse (4), et
    - un dispositif de coupe (6) situé dans la partie supérieure de la caisse, qui comprend des cylindres de coupe (6a, 6b) et des racles (6c), avec un groupe d'entraînement (5) associé, ainsi que
    - des moyens de commutation et de commande,

    et une fente d'alimentation (7, 7a, 7b) étant prévue dans la partie avant (4a) de la partie supérieure (4) de la caisse, au-dessus du dispositif de coupe (6), et la partie inférieure (2) de la caisse renfermant ou recevant des moyens pour collecter la matière déchiquetée, sachant qu'au-dessus du dispositif de coupe (6), le dessus (4b) de la partie supérieure (4) de la caisse possède une section amovible pouvant être retirée et remise en place, le dessus (4b) de la partie supérieure (4) de la caisse constituant la zone ouverte lorsque la section amovible est retirée, et un bac d'alimentation (8) étant prévu, qui s'étend depuis le dispositif de coupe (6) jusqu'à la zone ouverte du dessus (4b), et la zone ouverte du dessus (4b) étant recouverte par un élément supérieur (11) placé sur la partie supérieure (4) de la caisse, dont le dessous (16) est essentiellement et notamment ouvert dans ladite zone de recouvrement ,
    l'intérieur de l'élément supérieur (11) et le bac d'alimentation (8) formant un espace de réception commun, et
    un dispositif d'alimentation non rotatif (17, 18, 19, 20, 21 et 22) étant intégré dans l'élément supérieur (11).

Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pousse-papier (17) est composé de deux branches (19) disposées latéralement dans l'élément supérieur (11), qui sont reliées entre elles dans la direction de la surface frontale (15) par une baguette (22) orientée essentiellement parallèlement aux axes de rotation des cylindres de coupe (6a, 6b).
  3. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le pousse-papier (17) est monté de façon à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement de translation.
  4. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le pousse-papier (17) est monté de façon pivotante
  5. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les branches (19) du pousse-papier (17) sont disposées dans ou sur les surfaces latérales (14) de l'élément supérieur (11) en étant guidées de façon à pouvoir coulisser.
  6. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les branches (19) sont chaque fois fixées par leur autre extrémité à un coussinet de pivotement (20) auquel est associé un arbre d'actionnement.
  7. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le pousse-papier (17) est un étrier (18) d'un seul tenant.
  8. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bac d'alimentation (8) prévu dans la partie supérieure (4) de la caisse est formé par des parois latérales (25, 26), une surface de délimitation avant (9) et une surface de délimitation arrière (10) inclinée vers l'avant, en direction du dispositif de coupe (6), ladite surface de délimitation arrière (10) se terminant légèrement à l'avant de la circonférence extérieure du cylindre de coupe arrière (6a) et le prolongement imaginaire de la surface de délimitation arrière (10) essentiellement plane étant essentiellement tangent à la circonférence extérieure du cylindre porte-lames (6a), la surface de délimitation arrière (10) constituant simultanément la butée inférieure pour le déplacement du pousse-papier (17).
  9. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement imaginaire de la trajectoire (27) sur laquelle est déplacée la partie centrale du pousse-papier mobile (17), notamment la baguette (22), passe essentiellement par la zone de recouvrement des cylindres de coupe (6a et 6b).
  10. Destructeur de documents doté d'un élément supérieur selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de délimitation (7a) de la fente d'alimentation (7) et la surface de délimitation avant (9) du bac d'alimentation (8) représentent une partie commune.
