Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe in Farbkästen von Druckmaschinen, wobei die Druckmaschine zur Farbversorgung einen Farbkasten (1) aufweist, dem ein mit Farbdosierelementen (3;4) zusammenwirkender Farbduktor (2) zugeordnet ist, so dass Farbzonen zur differenzierten Versorgung der Bedruckstoffe gebildet werden, der Farbbedarf der Farbzonen oder von Farbzonengruppen ermittelt wird, diese Werte einem Rechner zugeführt und dort verarbeitet werden, der Rechner dem lokalen Farbbedarf adäquate Steuerbefehle zur Versorgung der einzelnen Farbzonen oder Farbzonengruppen ausgibt und eine parallel zum Farbduktor (2) verfahrbare Farbspendeeinrichtung die farbbedürftigen Farbzonen oder Farbzonengruppen versorgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Zeitpunkt ermittelt wird, wann für die Farbzone oder Farbzonengruppe mit dem geringsten Farbbedarf keine Farbzufuhr bis zum vorausberechneten Auftragsende mehr erforderlich ist, mit diesem Zeitpunkt ein Restdosiervorgang mit veränderten Dosierzyklen eingeleitet wird, bei dem den verbleibenden Farbzonen oder Farbzonengruppen weiterhin Farbe zugeführt wird und die Farbversorgung der betreffenden Farbzonen und Farbzonengruppen eingestellt wird, wenn deren Farbbedarf bis zum vorausberechneten Auftragsende gedeckt ist. - Verfahren zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe in Farbkästen von Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produktmenge und der Farbverbrauch während des Druckes erfasst werden, der Farbbedarf pro Produkteinheit ermittelt und unter Einbeziehung der insgesamt zu verdruckenden Produktmenge daraus der Zeitpunkt bestimmt wird, an dem die Farbzufuhr zu den Farbzonen oder Farbzonengruppen mit dem geringsten Farbbedarf unterbunden werden.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe in Farbkästen von Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die diskrete Menge, die pro Dosiergang in die Farbzone oder Farbzonengruppe eingebracht wird, verringert wird und die Anzahl der Dosiergänge pro Zeiteinheit erhöht werden.
