Das Farbniveau im Farbkasten läßt sich mittels Kontaktgeber über das Zuführrohr in sehr geringer Farbmenge konstant halten, um bei einem Farbwechsel die restliche Farbe schnell entfernen zu können.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Zufuhr von Druckfarbe aus einer Farbspendereinrichtung (13) in einen Farbkasten (5) mit einer Farbkastenwalze (7) und Farbdosierelementen (8 - 8.12) in einem Farbwerk (4) einer Druckmaschine, wobei im Farbkasten (5) nahe der Farbdosierelemente (8 - 8.12) als minimaler Farbvorrat ein Pufferspeicher (9) gebildet wird, indem die Druckfarbe aus der Farbspendereinrichtung (13) abhängig vom Farbverbrauch gesteuert zuführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein auf die zu verdruckende Bedruckstoffmenge voreinstellbarer Vorwahlzähler (11) schaltungstechnisch mit der Farbspendereinrichtung (13) verbunden ist und daß durch diesen Vorwahlzähler (11) mittels Steuersignal die Farbzufuhr von der Farbspendereinrichtung (13) in Abhängigkeit von der zu bedruckenden Bedruckstoffmenge vor Ende eines Druckauftrages oder vor einem Farbwechsel stoppbar ist, so daß der im Pufferspeicher (9) verbliebene minimale Farbvorrat bei Ende des Druckauftrages annähernd aufgebraucht ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorwahlzähler (11) nach dem Kriterium der Zeit einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorwahlzähler (11) im Bereich eines Anlegers (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Vorwahlzähler (11) in einem Leitstand angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zur Anwendung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine geringe Farbmenge im Farbkasten (5) aus einer Farbspendereinrichtung (13) bereitgestellt wird,
wobei,
für einen minimalen Farbvorrat ein durch einen Sensor (12) gesteuerter Pufferspeicher (9) gebildet wird, die Farbe an die farbverbrauchenden Farbdosierelemente (8 - 8.12) gemäß dem eingestellten Farbprofil zugeführt wird, die zu verdruckende Bedruckstoffmenge voreingestellt und die Farbzufuhr in Abhängigkeit von der Bedruckstoffmenge gesteuert gestoppt wird.
