Abstract
Description
Durch die Vielzahl von Puzzleelementen kommt es sehr schnell dazu, dass ein oder mehrere Puzzleelemente verloren gehen oder beschädigt werden, da sie in der Regel aus Pappe bestehen. Gerade bei kleinen Kindern ist diese Gefahr groß.
Ein herkömmliches Puzzlespiel kann auf Reisen, wie beispielsweise Flug-, Zug- oder Busreisen, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr eingeschränkt benutzt werden.
Ein gute Ausgestaltung ist es, wenn das zweiseitige Formgehemme ein Federelement aufweist. Das Federelement kann beispielsweise eine Spiralfeder oder ein elastisch verformbares Element sein.
Die Achsen, die ein kleines Stück länger sind als die Schenkel des U-förmigen Profils, werden in entsprechende Bohrungen in dem Seitenteil eingeführt, so dass die dort drehbar gelagert einliegen. Die Bohrungen haben einen solch großen Durchmesser, dass die Achsen kaum Spiel haben, wenn sie in ihnen einliegen. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass die Achsen nicht wackeln bzw. dass sie in einer Ebene zueinander liegen.
Das Seitenteil kann jederzeit von dem U-förmigen Profil gelöst werden, die Elemente können dann nach Lösen einer entsprechenden Sicherungsvorrichtung von den Achsen entfernt werden und so ausgetauscht werden.
Es soll unbedeutend sein, welche Größe, Form und Farbe das mechanische Gerät aufzeigt. D.h. anstatt eines U-förmigen Profils ist auch eine runde bzw. mehreckige Form denkbar. Es soll unbedeutend sein, welche Größe und Menge an rotierenden Dreieckelemente ein Spielgerät aufzeigt. Es soll unbedeutend sein, welche Motive auf der Oberfläche der Drehelemente zu finden sind. Es soll unbedeutend sein, aus welchem Werkstoff das mechanische Gerät gefertigt ist.

Claims (11)
- Puzzlespiel mit mehreren beweglichen Elementen (1), die, richtig zusammengestellt, Bilder und/oder Schriften darstellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (1) zueinander parallele Profile (2) mit dreieckförmigem Querschnitt sind, von denen jedes auf einer Achse (3) gelagert ist, die innerhalb des Profils (2) koaxial angeordnet ist.
- Puzzlespiel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Element (1) durch ein Grenzkraftgesperre (5) in drei unterschiedlichen Raststellungen gehalten ist, bei denen jeweils eine Elementenseitenfläche (6) waagerecht oben liegt.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grenzkraftgesperre (5) ein zweiseitiges Formgehemme (7) für Drehbewegungen ist.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (1) jeweils eine koaxiale Bohrung (4) zur Aufnahme der Achse (3) aufweisen.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweiseitige Formgehemme (7) ein Federelement (8) aufweist.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (3) ein längliches, zylinderförmiges Profil, mit zumindest drei Abflachungen (9), aufweisen, wobei die Abflachungen (9) im gleichen Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (3) im gleichen Abstand und parallel zueinander an der Basis (10) eines U-förmigen Profils (11) angeordnet sind.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (3) parallel zu den Schenkeln (12) des U-förmigen Profils (11) verlaufen.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an den Stirnseiten der Schenkel (12) des U-förmigen Profils (11) Befestigungsvorrichtungen (13) angeordnet sind.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsvorrichtungen (13) sowie der Achsen (3) ein Seitenteil (14) mit Öffnungen (15) bzw. Bohrungen (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Puzzlespiel nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Seitenteil (14) zusammengesteckte U-förmige Profil (11) in eine entsprechende Aussparung (17) eines Aufnahmebehälters (18) formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig einbringbar ist.
