Claims (15)
- Modular aufgebauter Steckverbinder mit zumindest einem Steckmodul (10), das in ein Gehäusemodul (30) steckbar und im Gehäusemodul (30) verrastbar ist, wobei das Steckmodul (10) und das Gehäusemodul (30) jeweils zur Aufnahme von Kontaktelementen (40) ausgebildet sind, und wobei das Steckmodul (10) an zumindest einer Außenseite eine Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14, 22, 24) aufweist, mit der im Steckmodul (10) und/oder im Gehäusemodul (30) angeordnete Kontaktelemente (40) verriegelbar sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14) derart angeordnet ist, daß durch Einstecken des Steckmoduls (10) nicht vollständig in einer Sollstellung befindliche Kontaktelemente (40) des Gehäusemoduls (30) in die Sollstellung schiebbar sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14, 22, 24) zumindest für einige Kontaktelemente, insbesondere für Kontaktelemente (40) des Gehäusemoduls (30), als Zweitverriegelung wirksam ist. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14, 22, 24) einstückig mit dem Steckmodul (10) ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest ein Abschnitt der Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14, 22, 24) als etwa senkrecht zur Einsteckrichtung (S) des Steckmoduls (10) verlaufende Verriegelungsleiste ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest ein Abschnitt der Verriegelungsanordnung mehrere mit Abstand voneinander längs einer Geraden angeordnete Verriegelungselemente (12, 14, 22, 24) umfaßt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest Verriegelungselemente (12, 14) für Kontaktelemente (40) des Gehäusemoduls (30) wie Zinken eines Kamms vom Steckmodul (10) abstehen. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest ein Abschnitt (12, 14, 22, 24) der Verriegelungsanordnung an wenigstens einer verschwenkbaren Klappe (20) des Steckmoduls (10) angeordnet ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Klappe (20) zumindest ein Abschnitt (12, 14) für Kontaktelemente des Gehäusemoduls (30) und wenigstens ein Abschnitt (22, 24) für Kontaktelemente des Steckmoduls (10) ausgebildet ist, wobei bevorzugt die beiden Abschnitte (12, 14, 22, 24) etwa in entgegengesetzte Richtungen von der Klappe (20) abstehen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klappe (20) zumindest einen Teil einer Seitenwand des Steckmoduls (10) bildet. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klappe (20) über zumindest ein Filmscharnier (28) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steckmodul (10) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils eine Klappe (20) aufweist. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest für Kontaktelemente (40) des Gehäusemoduls (30) vorgesehene, an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Steckmoduls (10) angeordnete Abschnitte (12, 14) der Verriegelungsanordnung sich voneinander unterscheiden. - Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gehäusemodul (30) mit Codierabschnitten (32, 33) versehen ist, an denen zumindest ein Teil der Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14) eines passenden Steckmoduls (10) beim Einstecken vorbeibewegbar ist und die das Einstecken eines falschen Steckmoduls verhindern. - Stecksystem aus paarweise zu einem Steckverbinder nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zusammensteckbaren Gehäusemodulen (30) und Steckmodulen (10), wobei jedes Gehäusemodul (30) mit Codierabschnitten (32, 33) versehen ist, an denen zumindest ein Teil der Verriegelungsanordnung (12, 14) eines passenden Steckmoduls (10) beim Einstecken vorbeibewegbar ist und die das Einstecken eines falschen Steckmoduls verhindern.
