- der Kontaktsicherungsschieber seine bestimmungsgemäße Lage nur dann verlassen kann, wenn der elektrische Verbinder nicht mit einem anderen elektrischen Verbinder verbunden ist.
Claims (19)
- Elektrischer Verbinder miteinem Grundkörper (100),mindestens einem in den Grundkörper (100) einführbaren, zur Kontaktierung mit einem entsprechenden Gegenstück geeigneten Kontaktierungselement (110), undeinem mit dem Grundkörper (100) in Eingriff bringbaren Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200), durch welchen in der Eingriffsstellung ein Entfernen des mindestens einen Kontaktierungselements (110) von dessen bestimmungsgemäßer Position im Grundkörper (100) verhinderbar ist,wobei der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) eine Stirnplatte (220) aufweist, welche in der Eingriffstellung des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) vor einer Stirnfläche (120) des Grundkörpers zu liegen kommt,wobei die Stirnfläche (120) des Grundkörpers (100) und die Stirnplatte (220) des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) Kontaktöffnungen (121, 221) aufweisen, durch welche Kontaktierungselemente des Gegenstücks zum mindestens einen Kontaktierungselement (110) des elektrischen Verbinders führbar sind, undwobei der Grundkörper (100) und der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) Führungselemente (140; 240) zum gezielten Führen des Grundkörpers und des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers beim Ineingriffbringen derselben und Rastelemente (122, 151; 222, 251) zum Verrasten von Grundkörper und Kontaktsicherungsschieber aufweisen, wobei die Führungselemente (140; 240) und die Rastelemente (122, 151; 222, 251) örtlich voneinander getrennt vorgesehen sind,
daß der Grundkörper (100) und der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Kontaktsicherungsschieber quer zu der Richtung, längs welcher der elektrische Verbinder relativ zu einem anderen elektrischen Verbinder bewegt werden muß, um mit diesem in Kontakt gebracht zu werden, auf den Grundkörper aufschiebbar ist, und daß die Kontaktöffnungen (221) des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) nur im fertig zusammengesetzten Zustand von Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) und Grundkörper (100) über den Kontaktöffnungen (121) des Grundkörpers (100) zu liegen kommen. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper (100) einen Basisabschnitt (101) und einen Kontaktsicherungsabschnitt (102) aufweist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kontaktsicherungsabschnitt (102) des Grundkörpers (100) und der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) auf den Kontaktsicherungsabschnitt (102) des Grundkörpers (100) unter Führung entlang der Führungselemente (140; 240) aufsteckbar ist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kontaktsicherungsabschnitt (102) des Grundkörpers (100) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente (140; 240) des Grundkörpers (100) als in gegenüberliegenden Wänden des Kontaktsicherungsabschnitts (102) vorgesehene, in Aufsteckrichtung des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) verlaufende Führungsrillen (140) ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente (140; 240) des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) als in gegenüberliegenden Wänden des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) vorgesehene, in Aufsteckrichtung des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) verlaufende Führungsschienen (240) ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente des Grundkörpers (100) und die Führungselemente des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) Querschnitte aufweisen, die ausschließlich durch relative Bewegungen in Richtungen längs der Führungselemente in und außer Eingriff bringbar sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente (140; 240) des Grundkörpers (100) und des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) im wesentlichen trapezförmige Querschnitte aufweisen. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Querschnitte der Führungselemente (140; 240) unterschiedlich gestaltet und/oder dimensioniert sind, um ein Zusammenstecken des Grundkörpers (100) und des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) in einer nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Orientierung zu verhindern. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente (140; 240) des Grundkörpers (100) und des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) sowie die die Führungselemente tragenden Abschnitte im wesentlichen unbeweglich und unverformbar ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente (140; 240) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Richtung verlaufen, längs welcher der elektrische Verbinder mit einem entsprechenden Gegenstück verbindbar ist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastelemente (122, 151, 222, 251) als einander zugeordnete Rasterhebungen (122; 251) und Rastvertiefungen (151, 222) ausgebildet sind, welche am Grundkörper (100) und am Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) in Ebenen vorgesehen sind, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Richtung verlaufen, längs welcher der elektrische Verbinder mit einem entsprechenden Gegenstück verbindbar ist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastelemente des Grundkörpers (100) in einer Stirnfläche (120) des Kontaktsicherungsabschnitts (102) und einer Stirnfläche (150) des Basisabschnitts (101) ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastelemente des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) in einer Stirnwand (220) und in einer Rückwand des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) ausgebildet sind. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Eingriffsrichtung der Rastelemente (122, 151; 222, 251) und die Ausrichtungsrichtung der Führungselemente (140; 240) im wesentlichen senkrecht aufeinander stehen. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastelemente (122, 151; 222, 251) in einer Anzahl und einer Anordnung vorgesehen sind, die ein Verrasten von Grundkörper (100) und Kontaktsicherungsschieber (200) in einer Vorraststellung und in einer Endraststellung gestattet. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stirnplatte (220) mit den die Führungselemente des Kontaktsicherungsschiebers (200) tragenden Schenkeln verbunden ist. - Elektrischer Verbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stirnplatte (220) zum Zwecke der Codierung mit Erhebungen und Aussparungen versehbar ist.
