Definitions
- the invention relates to a sunroof for conservatories, Roofs, skylights and the like according to the generic term of Claim 1.
- EP 612 895 A1 describes a sunroof for conservatories known, in which also two movable roof areas under a solid roof surface can be pushed (Fig. 5). This The roof also offers sufficient ventilation.
- the K value of the roof structure is also relatively high, as the Rafters are made of metallic profiles made by Plastic bars are separated and therefore only a small one Have heat conduction.
- the disadvantage is the drive via one Cable that can always lead to malfunctions.
- DE 90 03 148 U1 is a sunroof for conservatories known, with a roof part provided within a field is that of a along a rafters arranged spindle drive is movable.
- the moving roof part is small compared to the total area of the field, so that the Ventilation effect is not optimal.
- the spindle drive is in its own housing next to the sunroof rafters, whereby relatively much light is lost. Because the drive to the interior is open, drive noise can be heard. This Subject forms the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the invention is therefore such a sunroof for conservatories to improve that better Ventilation and quiet operation is ensured, whereby the good K value should be maintained and the overall system not too wide and light-absorbing.
- the spindle drive is in the Integrated sunroof rafters and at least a second one movable roof part is provided, which is carried by a first movable roof part is movable.
- the invention Spindle drive avoids the durability problems of Cables, chain drives or similar Drives that are always with Elongations, sagging or even struggling with breaks.
- the spindle drive works exactly and for years error-free. It is finely dosed and can be used initially Always reach end positions as specified. In addition to the Positioning accuracy are the long durability and the quiet Operation other advantages. Integration in the rafters allows a filigree, visually appealing construction, through which the rafters do not become too wide and therefore not swallows more light than is necessary. Taking one second or further movable roof parts leads to one large opening and thus a quick ventilation of the Space.
- the spindle drive is complete Motor, spindle and the sliding nut, which with the one movable roof part is connected in a cavity of the Integrated sunroof rafters.
- This integration leads to improved sound insulation, since the drive largely is enclosed or encapsulated. Because the lower one Disk preferred which is directly driven must have the force not be led far.
- an electric motor for the Drive of the spindle provided, which is a direct current or can be an AC motor, preferably in one Cavity of a rafters can be integrated. This eliminates the use of a gearbox and the Positioning accuracy is due to the directness of the drive increased again.
- An engine can move the roof parts between two or three rafters or all movable ones Moving roof parts of a roof. Due to its arrangement in one He can rafters the roof areas adjacent to the left and right move directly.
- the movement of two movable roof parts preferably begins within a rafter first with the lower roof part that with a slide nut that fits into the rotating spindle intervenes, provided.
- spindle drive is at the same time the high level always desired for electric motors Translation achieved, making commercial simple Electric motors can be used without excessive torque can. Even heavy, large glass surfaces can be done this way move.
- the positioning accuracy and the self-locking of the Screw drive according to the invention (which yes that one Worm drive) are in the Sunroof application is also an advantage. Even wind pressures etc. The position of the no longer change sliding window areas.
- the slot is in the Sunroof rafters through which the power from the spindle is led directly to the movable roof part, as small as possible, which further improves noise insulation and the supporting function of the sliding roof rafters as far as possible receives. It is enough if the slot is smaller than half Circumference of the spindle or even less than a quarter of the Circumference of the spindle is. It is for noise insulation particularly favorable if the slot is directed upwards because the sound is only indirect to those below arresting users.
- the spindle is except in the beginning (in Engine) and in the end on one or more bearings, for Example of threadless slide nuts, stored. These bearings prevent sagging on longer roofs relatively long spindle and thereby prevent the mother or half-nut, the movement on the first window pane transmits, jumps out of the thread of the spindle.
- a driver and closest, opposite movable roof part a receptacle for the Driver arranged. So can be easily achieved be that only the lower part of the window is moved and that this then takes the next window part.
- the tandem drive according to the invention is first the lower Window segment shifted, with a Stop bolts or the like in the further process of lower window segment a take-along movement for the middle and / or a third, upper, movable window segment takes place until all moving segments below the fixed segment were driven.
- the rafters are thermally insulated.
- the profile can e.g. as Be formed multi-chamber profile, that of several There are profile segments which are connected by insulating bars, e.g. out thermal insulation material, forming closed Hollow bodies for thermal insulation are interconnected.
- the good K value is improved in that the Profile segments covers or cladding elements are clipped on, with polyurethane profiles being suitable.
- the wall profiles and / or the eaves and other profile elements from profile segments and Isolierstegen be built, which is a All-round insulation gives the total heat loss of the Keeps the roof sufficiently small.
- FIG. 1 shows an exterior view in isometric projection of a sunroof according to the invention 2.
- the sunroof 2 contains two fixed, long roof parts in the outer fields 4a left and right as well as three fixed ones in the middle fields Roof parts 4 near the wall profile 8.
- the one below arranged roof parts 6 of the three middle fields are agile and marked here with an arrow indicating her Direction of displacement to open shows.
- the roof 2 becomes a wall completed by the wall profile 8 and outwards from the Eaves 10 with the gutter 12.
- the fixed roof parts 4, 4a and the movable roof parts 6 are rafters 14 and 16 bordered, with 14 the rafters are designated, the limit only fixed roof parts 4a, and with 16 the Sunroof rafters that also surround movable roof parts 6.
- the sunroof rafters 16 have a relatively high Have structure because they run three roof areas one below the other must, namely the two movable roof surfaces 6 under the fixed roof part 4.
- FIG. 2 now shows a phantom image of a section of a roof 2 according to the invention, being shown between the two Sunroof rafters 16 two movable roof parts 6 and one fixed roof part 4 are arranged.
- the sunroof rafters 16 are attached to the wall profile 8 on the wall and lie on the outside the eaves 10 on the outer wall of the winter garden.
- There the gutter 12 is also attached.
- the eaves 10 is with a lid 18 completed.
- the eaves 10 contains a Vibration profile 20, which is on the actual eaves beam 59 rests and is connected to the rafters 16. It is pivotable against the actual eaves beam 59 and equalizes the different angles of inclination different roofs (for example from 5 ° to 45 °).
- a motor 22 arranged in home applications is advantageously designed as an electric motor.
- the Motor shaft runs in the direction of the rafters 16.
- a spindle 24 is arranged, which is about 2/3 of the Length of the sunroof rafter 16 extends.
- At 26 is one Spindle plain bearing called.
- the spindle 24 rests Non-threaded slide nuts 30 and those here only one is shown. Is located above the spindle 24 a sliding nut 28 with thread, which in the spindle 24th intervenes.
- the slide nut 28 is movable at the bottom Roof part 6 attached.
- the spindle 24 is made of aluminum, for example preferably designed as a hollow spindle.
- Aluminum hollow spindle has the advantage of low weight and low inertia, which is beneficial to the Torque transmission affects.
- the one for support used slide bearings 30 prevent the Spindle 24 and thus a deterioration in the torque or "jumping out" of the mother 28.
- FIG. 3 now shows a section through a sunroof rafters 16 near the wall profile 8.
- the motor 22 which can be a DC or AC motor can and preferably with an oscillating spring clutch as Motor brake is equipped, and the spindle 24 in one lower cavity of the rafters 16 arranged.
- the sunroof rafter 16 is made up of several Profile segments built, with two middle profile segments 36 are provided, which are made of metal, preferably aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Above this middle profile segment 36 is an upper profile segment 38 arranged as a kind of cover. There is a below lower profile segment 40, which includes the motor 22 and the spindle 24 records. All profile segments 36, 38, 40 are over Insulating webs 42 connected to each other. Within the middle Profile segments 36, chambers 44 are provided which are insulating Act. The insulating webs 42, which are made of poorly heat-conducting Material, especially plastic, also form again insulating chambers, so that a particularly good Thermal insulation between the interior, the lower Profile segment 40 and the outer area of the roof, the upper Profile segment 38 is formed. The K value is thereby extremely small and can be in the range of 1.
- the profile segments 36, 38 and 40 have to the right and left reaching arms to guide, hold and seal the roof parts 4 and 6 serve.
- the fixed roof part 4 is immovable between the profile segments 36 and 38 jammed (seal 52).
- the two movable roof parts 6 contain laterally each slide rails 48, on which the two glass plates 50 are attached via spacers 51.
- the glass spacers 51 hold the two glass panes 50 of the double insulating glass at the intended distance.
- For better Sealing against the interior are on the profile segments 36, 38, 40 recordings for the use of brush elements 54 provided to prevent the ingress of moisture, dirt and. to prevent. With the fixed upper glass element 4 a seal 52 is sufficient.
- the slide rail 48 of the upper one movable roof part 6 has a groove below and can be guided laterally in a kind of rail.
- the slide rail 48 of the lower roof part 6 does not need this groove, since its Lateral guidance is provided by the sliding nut 28, such as the following Fig. 4 shows.
- Figure 4 shows a section through the same sunroof rafters 16, but this time around the middle of the sunroof rafters 16 led, so where the fixed glass element 4 already no longer extends down.
- Cover profiles 56 between the upper profile segment 38 and the upper of the middle profile segments 36.
- On the left is only one of the two movable roof parts 6 shown, the second movable element 6 is thus in its closed position outside the image plane. The two are movable on the right Roof parts 6 drawn pushed together, the lower one Element 6 is already pushed up.
- the aluminum hollow spindle 24 and a can be seen here stationary spindle bearing 26 below the spindle 24.
- Das stationary spindle bearings can be made of plastic, e.g. out PTFE or from PAG. It can still be seen above the Aluminum hollow spindle 24, the movable spindle nut 28, the in turn made of plastic, e.g. PTFE or PAG can.
- the sliding rail is on the movable spindle nut 28 48, which in turn the glass plates 50 of the lower movable roof part 6 carries, attached. When turning the Spindle 24 thus moves the slide rail 48 into the Drawing level in or out of the drawing level and takes so the corresponding roof part 6 with.
- As can be seen here ensures the movable spindle nut 28 - it can on one Roof part of course also two or more spindle nuts 28 be provided - also for the lateral guidance of the lower movable roof part 6.
- This illustration also shows thermal insulation Insulation materials 61 can be seen with which the rafters 14 and 16 provided on their sides facing the roof parts 4 and 6 are. Also, as is not explicit in this illustration can be seen in the extension of the movable slide rails 48 cavities in the area on the weather side Rafters 16 with thermally insulating insulation material 61 be provided. This improves thermal Isolation of the winter garden from the outside area guaranteed.
- FIG. 5 now shows a view from another direction, namely parallel to the house wall 7 or parallel to the wall profile 8, here again the sunroof rafters 16 with the two movable roof parts 6 and the fixed roof part 4 well are recognizable.
- the movable roof parts 4 or 6 contain their upper and lower ends back hollow to good to act isolating. They continue to overlap Tongues 57 on the 4 or 6 in the end position (closed) also closed again Form hollow profiles, the insulation effect again improve.
- the insulating materials 61 can be clearly seen, with which the rafters 16 on its to the roof parts 6th facing pages.
- the rafters 16 are here in the extension of the movable slide rails in the outdoor area of the sunroof with thermally insulating insulation material 61 Mistake.
- FIG. 6 shows the wall profile 8 somewhat enlarged, which one Swinging pad has and for stepless Tilt adjustment from at least 5 ° to a maximum of 45 ° here suitable is.
- the wall profile 8 is made up of two against each other movable rows of hollow chamber profile parts 36a, 38a, 40a and 36b, 38b, 40b, here according to the Sunroof rafters 16 each consisting of two middle profile segments 36a and 36b, two upper profile segments 38a and 38b and two lower profile segments 40a and 40b is constructed.
- the solid lower profile segment 40b is screwed to the wall and carries a rotatable convex bearing 40c on which the left side of the wall profile 8 with a concave arm 40d its part 40a movable and the slope of the roof balancing.
- the left part (36a, 38a, 40a) of the Wall profile 8 is connected to the rafters 14 and 16.
- the upper right, fixed profile segment 38b allows depending on Roof pitch a pivoting of the upper left, movable Profile segments 38a through an angle of 5 ° to 45 °, then the catch hook 38c of the left profile segment 38a from the catch hook 38d of the right profile segment 38b is caught.
- the Inclination of the roof results automatically from the Height distances between the wall profile 8 and the eaves 10.
- Die Profiles 36a, 36b, 38a, 38b, 40a and 40b are here again connected to one another by insulating webs 42, the Isolating webs 42 in turn form chambers for one ensure good thermal insulation.
- FIG 7 shows an enlarged view of the structure of the eaves 10 Gutter 12.
- the eaves 10 is from the actual Eaves beam 59 and the oscillating profile 20 are formed.
- the Eaves beam 59 is fixed and contains here in his outer profile segment 60 for stiffening a steel tube, for Example of dimensions 100 x 30 x 2 or 100 x 30 x 3.
- Be inner profile segment 58 is covered by cover 18. Both Segments 58, 60 are connected to one another via insulating webs 42 connected, causing heat conduction from the inside out is again minimized.
- the vibration profile 20 is here from the inner profile segment 58a, the insulating webs 42 and the outer profile segment 60a built, so again heat insulating.
- the eaves beam 59 is at a corresponding height on the Top edge of the window wall of the winter garden. It is on its upper side convex above the outer profile segment 60 rounded.
- the oscillating profile 20 is on it outer underside concavely rounded, so that the oscillating profile 20 regardless of the degree of inclination of the rafters 16 always rests on a large area on eaves beam 59.
- Fig. 7 shows a relatively flat inclination of the roof. Becomes the sunroof rafters 16, however, steeper on the element 59 placed, part 60a slips with its concavely curved Surface over the convex surface of the profile segment 60 after left, while the inner movable profile segment 58a further away from the fixed profile segment 58. In order to there is no gap caused by heat loss Profile elements 60c provided, which are then upwards be pulled out and so the hollow chamber between 58 and 58a seal to the interior of the house (right).
