Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for handling designed as flexible IBC containers with at least a closable top opening and at least a closable opening at the bottom, in which the Container over the top opening when closed bottom opening filled with bulk material and the top opening Opening is closed and then to Emptying the bottom opening is opened and the After emptying, the container is filled with bulk goods again becomes.
- the invention further relates to a flexible IBC trained container with at least one closable top opening and at least one closable bottom opening as well as with a support device on the top.
- flexible IBCs are large packaging materials that are made from a body and the corresponding operating equipment, Safety, protection and handling devices exist, with the handling devices Support devices arranged on the top, for example in the form of belts, loops, eyelets, ropes or the like belong.
- the body is the actual container and is made of foil, tissue, paper or another flexible material or combinations thereof.
- IBCs are primarily made from heavy polypropylene ribbon fabric with or without coating. As a rule, a cubic shape becomes square or rectangular base, so that loading on Pallets in trucks, high-bay warehouses, overseas containers or Rail wagons are possible to save space.
- the containers have one on the top and one on the bottom usually designed like a neck, the openings e.g. B. can be closed with laces.
- Containers are also known which are provided on the inside by partition walls are divided into several chambers, each Chamber its own top and bottom opening has (cf. DE 44 00 991 Al).
- Can in the container also one or more inner containers made of film material used to be dusty with the container To be able to transport bulk goods or bulk goods, against moisture, dust or other influences from must be protected externally (cf. DE 298 18 151.7).
- the containers are used for various purposes also used several times, d. H. the container is - under Maybe up to twenty times - with the one to be transported Bulk filled, then transported to the customer and emptied there and then for another one Filling process transported back to the bottler. Before the The tied filler neck must be filled again opened and the outlet nozzle closed. This is cumbersome and time consuming.
- the invention has for its object a method for handling containers of the type mentioned in the introduction, that is much easier to do and time-saving is to provide, as well as a suitable container.
- This object is achieved in that the container rotated after emptying and over the still open, underside when emptying before and now top opening is filled and this opening first is closed after filling. With this procedure there is no need to close the opening on the underside emptying. This is only after a new filling process closed after rotating the container. So the process is easier and more time-saving, because with every cycle of filling and emptying a closing process - namely closing the underside Opening after emptying - and an opening process - namely the opening of the opening on the top before filling - are superfluous. It should the container before filling and emptying to be hung on its top.
- a particularly suitable one for carrying out the method Container is characterized in that it too has an underside support device, i.e. above and on the underside preferably the same or a mirror image has trained support devices.
- the carrying devices are designed as carrying loops and provided in every corner of the top and bottom. Because of the existing top and bottom Carriers can hold the container on both sides the respective process of filling or emptying become. This is done in the sense of the invention Process in such a way that the container for filling through the opening on the top and also for emptying the underside opening hung on the top becomes. After emptying, the container is ready for a new one Filling process suspended from the other carrying device, which is on top after turning the container.
- the invention is based on a schematic illustrated embodiment illustrated in more detail. It shows a cubic perspective Container 1 with a square top wall 2 and a likewise square underside wall 3 as well as with four rectangular side walls 4, 5, 6, 7.
- the top wall 2 has an opening on the top 8 and the bottom wall 3 an underside opening 9 on which each cylindrical top or Connect the underside connectors 11, 12.
- the container 1 consists of a heavy polypropylene ribbon fabric.
- the container 1 points in each Corner of a strap 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16, 17, 18. 19, with the carrying straps 12, 13, 14, 15 a total of an upper support device and the underside carrying loops 16, 17, 18, 19 an underside Form support device.
- the underside connector 11 tied with an appropriate ribbon, d. H. locked.
- the container 1 is on the top Carrying straps 12, 13, 14, 15 hung and then over the top connector 10 and the top opening 8 with Bulk filled. Thereafter, the top connector 10 laced up. In this state, the container 1 becomes Customers transported.
- the container 1 is again on the top carrying loops 12, 13, 14, 15 hung in the intended place, and then it becomes the underside connector 11 open. The bulk material then runs out of the container 1 out. After emptying, the container 1 is removed from the carrying device removed without the underside neck 11 is closed, and then transported back to the bottler.
- the bottler picks up the container 1 at the bottom and hangs him on the handles 16, 17, 18, 19 for the Filling process.
- the previously underside neck 11 thereby becomes the top-side nozzle 11, over the - there it is still open - the filling process is carried out immediately can be.
- the nozzle 10 above hereby becomes the underside nozzle 10, which is from the previous Filling process is still closed. This process repeats itself with every filling and emptying process.
