Definitions
- the invention initially relates to a method of installation one received in a tub support Trough shape, for example, a bathtub shape or shower tray shape, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- an integrally tensioned tub support as he eg. from EP-A-261 521 is known in a room, usually a bathroom in which the tub is installed to be attached to the ground.
- a mounting foam suitably take this purpose a mounting foam.
- the Tub support is first in the upside down state its bottom with the mounting foam and then turned over before curing of the mounting foam and arranged on the floor in its installation position. By curing the foam then results in a stable connection.
- trough shapes are increasingly used which have a lower dimensional stability. This concerns in particular acrylic tub forms. It is already elaborate measures have been taken to such tray forms a suitable support in the tub support sure. However, this support can only when inserting the tub made on site or be adjusted. It is already known, a pan shape completely with polyurethane foam to surround. However, here are relative big manufacturing and transport problems.
- the invention deals with the task a method for installing a tub support to be stated with rational feasibility also a good support of the respective tub shape results.
- the invention also relates to a tub support recorded tub shape such as a bathtub or a shower tray.
- suitable tub support are already known in many configurations.
- US-A-4 069 523 is assigned to refer, from which it is already known, a Tub shape with self-foaming urethane around the Tub is poured around. Albeit through this procedure a good adaptation of the tub support to the tub shape can be achieved, are the handling options when setting up and installing such still in a tub support recorded tub shape not satisfactory.
- the invention is concerned with the state of the art also with the task, one in one Tub support absorbed tub shape like a bathtub or shower tray, in particular as regards easier to handle on-site installation is.
- the tub support parallel to an opening plane of the tub is divided into two, wherein a shell formed as tub support supplement piece firmly connected to the tub and the lower part as to be handled separately with tub support base the tub support supplement piece is composable.
- the tub support base can therefore with regard to the attachment on the ground initially in the usual way with about Ortschaum be provided and by hardening the Ortschaumes be attached to the ground. It is a matter of a relatively lightweight part that is easy to do so to handle.
- the tub support extension piece used tub shape in simple Be placed on the tub support base, so that a usual recorded in a tub support Tub on the spot again.
- the upper part form fit connected to the tub shape.
- Tub support extension by foaming the tub shape be formed. Preference is given here a particle foam, For example, an EPP or EPS used. It is also preferred that the foam around the tub shape leaving an opening in the area of an overflow connection the tub shape is incomplete. This Recess in the tub support extension allows later the installation of the overflow pipe. Corresponding is located in the tub support base a associated recess. Sideways can, preferably too in an integrally foamed-in wall of the tub support supplementary piece, provided a mounting opening his. The mounting hole can be known per se Way through wall dilutions in the sense of a predetermined breaking point be predetermined. But it can only be superficial ribs or the like may be provided which specify a clipping area.
- the invention then relates to a tub support recorded tub shape, for example.
- a bathtub or a shower tray to carry out the described procedural steps .and proposes for simplicity the installation before, that the tub support Sokkel has a plurality of lateral openings for connection of pipelines. That comes to the variable Use of such tub support contrary. here we can practically all sides have to be equipped accordingly. It is advantageous if the lateral openings forming in the area of part of the mounting chambers Openings are. They form the gate to such Installation Centers. Space-saving also has an effect the measure that the tub support socket total is formed as a grid component.
- the grid can here opening-limiting or opening-dividing be used.
- the tub support extension can also be shaped like this be that it according to the from the beginning mentioned EP-A-261 521 known tray support one-sided a sloping wall and on the other side a straight wall having. Accordingly, the slope can also in continue the tub support base. On site can thus be recognized directly on the tub support base, on which side the inclined surface is located. If the inclined surface is to be arranged towards the wall, So the room side, the straight wall of the tub support preferred is must with respect to the wall a distance maintained which of the total slope of the final composite tub carrier corresponds. Therefor It may be recommended on the tub support base spacers Provide the necessary distance at once.
- the tub support base and / or an outer edge of the inserted tray foam strips can also be provided on the tub support base and / or an outer edge of the inserted tray foam strips, for example by means of a double-sided adhesive tape, to install.
- This is even a more flexible System with regard to installation achieved.
- the inclined surface is arranged on the room side,
- These spacers can be canceled, including a suitable shaping, for example by means of predetermined breaking point is made.
- the recesses on one end face are open, i. in a side surface of the tub support base open. That opens one advantageous sliding mounting. This can, for example, from the narrow side surface of the tub support base ago be made.
- the recess can undercut edges have, in adaptation to a corresponding Cross-sectional profile of the associated flagstaff.
- Such fasteners may be in the direction of assignment rejuvenate.
- the sliding stop can simply by formed a side boundary of a pipe recess his.
- a lateral Recess formed in the tub support supplement is assigned to a lateral opening.
- a drain pipe in the tub support base is foamed. That allows an extremely economical pre-equipment.
- tub support socket and tub support addition piece latchable together .sind.
- This tube equipped Version is plugged in at the factory. It can even be an irreversible connector. Proposed here is a solution according to the application DE-A-197 53 375 (not prepublished).
- Such a Tub support base points in particular in a shower tray support a square plan, containing a plurality of recesses for receiving a Siphons.
- By turning the trough support base by 90 ° can be as appropriate Recess selected.
- the recesses on circles different Diameter with respect to a center of the Tub support base are arranged. here we can be applied uniform diameter jumps.
- a further education of even independent meaning results from a bath support made of particle foam, preferably made of EPP or EPS, for example.
- the tub support means a soft foam pad placed on a floor is, however, by the weight of the tub and of the tub support, possibly filled and with the user Person prefers no more than over half compressible is.
- the soft foam foam pad takes into account the outline of the tub support, So here's the shower tray.
- the corresponding Frame structure is also designed lattice-like.
- the Thickness of soft foam pad is between 0.3 and 1.5 cm. About this soft foam pad is an effective acoustic decoupling to the ground given.
- These soft foam pads may also vary of the described embodiments and the above description in a dividing plane between the tub support base and the tub support supplement be arranged. This even such that a telescopic overlap between tub support extension and tub support socket given on the outside is, so that no tiling gap must remain, but the tiles arranged by sequential nesting about could be.
- a tub support a foam, in particular particle foam, preferably made of EPP or EPS, for shower trays or Bathtubs, with two at an angle to each other Side walls forming a corner area, wherein both associated side walls an inspection opening can be formed by removing an opening part is, in suggestion, that by removing a the Corner region passing through opening part in both side walls at the same time form an inspection opening is. That opens up a swift, different Directions possible access of the environment of the tub drain, for example, a final leak test make or produce them. That's an advantage regardless of whether it is already an industrial one completely cased tub support unit acts or whether the relevant tub support in handicraft Way is cased in construction.
- the opening part a part of the support of the tub bottom surface forms, i. in appropriate circumstances sets the tub floor surface directly on the opening part on. It acts as an integrated support part. Allocation is favorable when the opening part tapers in the direction of the tub drain. That makes a shaft-like rejuvenation with peripherally enlarged Viewing opening. Also for the carpal and the Joint is more freedom available. It can do so be proceeded that the opening part top and / or Below wedge-like to the tub drain is formed tapering. This has a centering effect. at shower tray makers will prefer the former version given that this is the visual inspection despite the low position facilitates the inspection opening. Next brings the Invention in proposal that a maximum thickness of the wedge reached in the corner line.
- the corresponding material accumulation stabilizes the opening part as such and also makes it possible to use the wedge as a type "Key” to use, so that only by design associated assembly parts the appropriate joining allow.
- a secure gripping or embracing the opening part is achieved by that in the outer walls the opening part recessed grips are formed.
- the opening part On a generic tub support, consisting of a Tub support base and a tub support supplement exists, it also proves structurally favorable, that the opening part, a parting line between Tub support base and tub support extension piece across, both in the tub support addition piece and protrudes into the tub support base.
- the opening part acts at the same time as a locking piece to relative displacements of the stacked / connected parts carrier forming parts.
- the opening part can the tub support already in the way of a kind Assign pre-assembly. This is achieved by the fact that Opening part has side wings, which matching Inlet of the tub support are assigned. Further brings the invention in proposal that the tub support socket and the tub support extension in vertical direction to the height of a usual Complete bath tub or shower tray support, so to approx.
- the tub support extension piece in a the support surface for a tub bottom forming area has a higher density.
- This boundary layer acts like a stable skin, the load on such wells well tolerated.
- Below the higher density range can while a region of lower density be realized.
- Their values are 23 to 30 g / l, while for the Support surface values of 60 g / l are preferred.
- the higher density area can also be in shape from vertical bars to the tub support base continue principles. The economy is like that elevated.
- the tub support from a the tub shape receiving tub support supplement and a trained to receive a drainage, with a channel depression the tub support extension piece facing surface support tray socket assigned.
- the channel recess can as a starting point for another digging for a Lowering the drain piping can be used.
- the channel recess for inserting any Additional elements are used, eg. For the management of Ground lines.
- the Tub support complement the rounding of an inlaid Tub base is formed integrally molding.
- a bonding agent can be interposed. tub and tub support supplements stabilize each other.
- peripheral centering of tub support base and plugged tub support supplement may have special directional male / female interventions omitted. Also one reaches continuous Sidewalls, if it continues to proceed so that the End face of the skirt designed to rest on the floor is. The face extends at least until short in front of the ground.
- the apron is interrupted in the area of an inspection opening is. This can be done in the form of a portal which is so large that it can take or assign the opening part is not hindered.
- the shell wall of the tub support proves to be favorable that skirt and corner outside the outside flush run. So can be tiltered paragraph-free.
- the correct alignment is possible by a building foam (PU foam), fixed on the socket-side sub-device becomes; however, preferred and easy to handle is one Solution such that the in the tub support base located sub-device in one of the tub support pedestal Separate receiving part is held.
- the Recording part can be added to the contour of the be turned off partial device, so that only each type-compliant subdevices can mate.
- the receiving part anyway initially stop-limited in the tub support base is displaceable in one plane. It can be around act as a floating assignment, the even larger deviations can be compensated. For this, the tub support is easy on the face placed and the tub support pedestal congruent.
- the receiving part on the upper side one adapted to a portion of the sub-device Has trough.
- the silhouette detected as well as the algebrakbare contour of the relevant Part facility is both the silhouette detected as well as the algebrakbare contour of the relevant Part facility.
- This is embodied in the used one Siphon type such that the trough keyhole-like is, with the larger round one, part of Interface forming Siphontopf receives. He is like that well supported.
- the fitting of the tub support extension piece looks like that in the tub support supplementary piece recorded sub-device from one of the tub overflow to the tub drain leading first line and one of the tub drain towards the second sub-facility leading second line.
- the first line angle adapted to the trough shape runs and that the second line is vertically straight.
- the second Line forms a cantilever terminal section, wherein on the tub support extension pin are formed, and that the connecting portion a has less free-standing length than the pins.
- the Spigots can be placed with corresponding pedestal-free placement of the tub support extension on the floor of a Construction work as table leg-like spacers, so it does not change the orientation of the connection section comes.
- the docking according to the invention is that the first and the second line separately from each other the subassembly directed connecting portions.
- the Sub-device in the corresponding joining partner accordingly has two connection pots. It is the Siphon designed as a subassembly in the tub support base. The connection pots are interconnected with each other. Coming back to the cones, it turns out even more advantageous if these are separate parts consist. One is so free in the firmness of its structure. It proves to be advantageous if the Cones of hard material e.g. Spray plastic exist. But also a high degree of partial compression the carrier-side foam is conceivable regarding the pin and its wearer-side root area.
- the procedure is such that in the tub support base and the tub support supplement each a subassembly of a drain device is arranged. Then a kind of pre-assembly is handled that received in the tub support base Subunits in a first assembly of Tub support base and tub support supplement be fixed in position and then the individualized to each other Parts in a second assembly be finally connected. Finally, this is how it is done that the subassembly in the tub support base in a receiving part is inserted and that the receiving part is fixed in position at the first assembly.

- The has essentially square Floor plan and is in terms of accessibility the siphon 33 and the outgoing pipeline 14 most favorable revisable further developed.
- Matching Features are with numeric symbols of the above Solutions identified, sometimes without text Repetitions. Nevertheless, the further education, technically implemented, also formed on the bath his.
- Instead of single completed breakthroughs 13 is now in a corner region 45 of the tub support considered a relatively large inspection opening 46. The captured both at an angle of approximately 90 ° converging Side walls of the tub support.
- the inspection opening 46 is made by taking out a siphon chamber 47 peripherally zuhaltenden opening part 48 accessible.
- Opening part 48 By removing the said corner region 45 passing through Opening part 48 is in both at the same time Side walls, the inspection opening 46 free. That allows an optional access from one side wall or the other side wall, depending on which of the Side walls adjusted by the wall of the building is. Otherwise, even the advantage of the full opening in front.
- That the inspection opening 46 sidewall flush to the outside final opening part 48 is the corner contour consistently designed as a corner piece. It owns a basically rectangular plan, with the crest-facing zone of the angle a vertically oriented, concave bay 49 forms. This is space creating with respect to the shape or space requirement of the siphon 33 and the power connection.
- the inspection opening 46 is also known as glallkernfungierendes Opening part 48 adapted in terms of space. Insofar serves the inserted opening part 48 as a load-absorbing "Stone" in a two-part joining compound here.
- the side walls are so thick in this thickness Area also their almost uniform continuation. The can go so far that the opening part 48 a part the support of the tub bottom surface 37 'forms, even the direct, at least partially.
- the inspection opening is located 46 opening in the area of the side walls of the Tub support complement 2. It extends ie above one between the top 15 of the tub support base 4 and the bottom 16 of the tub support supplement 2 formed joint 50. Below this gap 50 sets the support base side the said siphon 47 at.

- the respective assignment of the sub-facilities is so stable that the elements carrying them, i. when the form 201 and tub support 202 while joining as a handle can act.
- a steep overflow pipe 205 of the over- and Drain fitting G to the overflow near the tub 206.
- the protruding, underflur workede part of the overflow pipe 205 approximately horizontally, goes in the direction of one Floor drain 207 of the tub shape 101.
- the flow streams flow here in a kind of collection point. That is deductive formed by a vertically aligned outlet pipe 208. This protrudes from the lower side of the towards the Floor drain 207 sloping floor 209 freely after below, above. It (208) is with the hole edge of the Floor drain 207 firmly and tightly connected or connectable.
- a connecting pipe 210 can be the same as Siphon 211 be formed or in conjunction with such a siphon 211 stand.
- the latter is one Downflow pipe 212 downstream. That's with a disposal line 213 connectable to a building.
- the tub support 202 associated sub-device the overflow and drain set G is secured in a molding 214 of the receptacle 204th Den there coupling connection of the interface forms a plug-S in this case has proceeded so that the Connecting pipe 210 and the siphon 211 with drainage pipe 212nd under preparation of the plug S prepared for Vertical connector with the floor drain 207 of Trough shape 201 in the adapted formation 214 of the Wannenarris 202 is docked.
- the mentioned collection point also the overflow 206 firmly connected piped.
- the orientation of acting like a Patrizenteil Drain pipe 208 for serving as a female part Socket S can be done via a gauge. Possible deviations in direction are corrected practically itself, because the plug S for the drain pipe 208 of the tub shape 201 provides for provisions.
- the said central axis coincides with one in FIG. 101 and FIG 106 is drawn vertical line x-x together, showing the plug-in direction.

Whose grasping spherical shell 219 'goes to just above the Equator and takes the composed spherical shell 219 '' sealed friction fluid on.
- This solution is in the Figures 110-113 reproduced. She represents a variant in so far as the connecting pipe 210 here, as above already indicated, at the same time forms the siphon 211.
- this is where it sits from the first connection 216 asked joint 219 in the separately formed siphon 211 continues.
- This Joint 219 is only movable in one plane, namely going around a vertical so that the siphon 211 is horizontal can be adjusted.
- the drain pipe 212 closer to the end of the siphon-forming Section 221 goes into a rotatable connection above, also designated as 216.
- the one that forms this Manifold 225 can be turret-like by 360 ° twisting, so forms best connection options for the there attaching drainage pipe 212th
- the manifold 225 also finds a bottom side Support surface 227. But this is broken like a window. The opening bears the reference numeral 228. Likewise, there is also an opening 229 between the support surface 226 and the support surface 227th Die Aperture 229 allows partial intrusion of the sections of section 221, such as of the ball joint and the gasket 224. Also in the longitudinal direction in this regard is scope in front. It can be bigger than shown.
- the illustrated from Figure 105 second embodiment is basically the same construction.
- the reference numbers are applied analogously.
- the in the tub support 202 accommodated partial device of the overflow and drain set G corresponds to that described for Figure 101 even structurally consistent, but with the Variation that now the tub support 202 and the overflow pipe 205 is assigned, and proportionately. It is interrupted. In this respect, there is a second interface for the disposal connection.
- both the overflow pipe 205 and the connecting pipe 210 is a plug-in receptacle for at the Trough shape 201 attached overflow 206 and at the Form tray 201 attached floor drain 207.

- the corresponding Connection is at connection 216 to siphon 211 made, so on the other section 220 of the substantially horizontally aligned connecting pipe 210.
- the overflow subsection 205 may namely, instead of running vertically as shown, first, the slope of the Strinwand the tub shape 201 follow and only in the overflow end section have a strictly vertical orientation, coaxial lying to the portion 205 'of the trough form 201 (see. dot-dashed entry in Fig. 106).
- this docking is sealed in a conventional manner.
- the Central axis x'-x 'of the so connectable overflow pipe 205 is valid in space parallel to the vertical line x-x.
- the latter goes up to the edge of the trough shape, which is tilted outwards 201 and partially fill the counterbored edge space with out.
- This foam part 231 takes up, up a freestanding section as a plug, the section 205 'of the overflow pipe 205 embedded on.
- the foam part 231 is, against the narrow side 203rd seen the trough shape 201, trapezoidal outline.
- the base is facing the edge of the tub shape 201.
- This outline figure finds, as already indicated, their Matrix-like equivalent in the wall of the narrow side 203 of the tub support 202.
- This can be a cheap pre-alignment when nesting the basic elements the tub can be achieved.
- the tooth-like intervention provides an additional guide to the already leading acting walls of the tub shape 201 and the corresponding Concave shape having carrier 202 towards.
- the latter leadership is even, as has been found, already so sufficient that on one of the trough shape molded EPS part 203 can be dispensed with.
- the trough shape 201 made of acrylic or steel is brought to the construction site, from the fitter with the overflow pipe 205 and the drain pipe 208 populated and then with an already positioned Tub support 202 connected.
- FIG. 109 it is in the region of Siphons 211 in the receptacle 204, which at the same time as a mounting chamber serves, the tub support 202 a narrow-sided Window 234. This allows viewing the assembly chamber and also the free entrance.
- the illustrated Window 234 is additionally provided to Longitudinal sides opening assembly openings of the tub support 202. The drawings are not reproduced.
- FIG 104 is still the first embodiment related variant again.
- the special form that can be removed the floor drain 207 trough shape underside in a lochrandverbundenen Continuation of manifold 235. He goes over a lateral loop 236 in a U-shaped return the line in the actual plug pipe, namely the Drain pipe 208 via.
- the drain pipe 208 opens at the top of the plug forming the free area of incoming part of the overflow pipe 205, coming from the overflow 206 ago.
- Said manifold 235 has an angling of 90 °.
- the U-shaped loop indicates from its turn horizontal, parallel pipe sections.
- the central axis the drain pipe 208 corresponds to that of the vertical Section of the manifold 235.
- the drain pipe 208 can be perpendicular to its limits Move or tilt the central axis x-x.
- the assembly is done in such a way that the first Connecting pipe 210 and the siphon 211 with drain pipe 213rd with the formation of a plug S so aligned be that the plug S with the overflow pipe 205 or the drain pipe 212 of the trough form 201 are aligned and that then the trough form 201 with it festverbundenem Overflow 206 and floor drain 207 in the tub support 202 under automatically finding plug connection 10 / S / S 'to the connecting pipe 210 is used.
- the support surface 226 is also here of a shaping 214 ground-crossing web 239 formed. Of the may be integral with the tub body 201 and the described Be molded mounting plate.
- the siphon 211 is also located here over the end portion 215 in the determination funnel 218 continues. He serves for aligning the trough mold 201 when it is inserted in the trogieri, leading acting recess of the tub support 202. The coarse alignment takes place early in the morning. With increasing approach of the soil 209 of the trough form 201 to the bottom 222 of the tub support 202 leads the aligned in the vertical line x-x Drain pipe 208 the Findung hopper 218 to.
- the resulting guided engagement in the siphon 211 is a final fine correction between the parts 201 and 202.
- the tub shape 201 finds in a level sufficient play (a few centimeters), so that it is the desired perfect centering comes.
- the tub body on the Construction site by the fitter with the waste pipe 208, the overflow pipe 205 and the overflow 206 are populated.
- the siphon 211 is inserted, aligned with its end portion 215 on the pouslylixartig during assembly incoming drain pipe 208.
- the siphon 211 functioning as connecting pipe 210 finds on the pot-shaped end portion 215 facing away from the end again, the above-mentioned connection option for a drainage pipe 212, which connects to the Disposal line 213 takes.
