Definitions
- the invention relates to a tub support according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- tub support are the sub-elements each designed as longitudinal elements, transverse walls or as a floor.
- the object of the invention is a tub support while maintaining the strength safe to train.
- the corner of the sub-elements remains so homogeneous in material.
- the corresponding stability affects the sections on.
- This cornering angularity can be over the whole height of each other go connectable sub-elements.
- the given strength radiates in the respective extension direction out into the joints, which by undercuts having projections effectively unlocked are.
- the tub support is safe to handle. By slight oversizing the undercuts having protrusions comes a clamping action added.
- the given roughness of the particle foam carries for safe joining content. It is advantageous that a partial element in the having a substantial complete wall and a portion of a wall. This leaves room for an addition in the sense of a module solution.
- a sub-element a complete wall and at both ends the same in integral connection each a portion of an angle to it has another wall.
- the design can also be in another dimension stabilizing realized by a partial element in integral Compound has a bottom portion.
- a vertically oriented Stabilization occurs so also a ground level, horizontal stabilization. Again, it comes to corner stabilization. It can be done this way be that the bottom portion is formed on only one of the walls.
- a solution is that the bottom portion Vietnamesesausformungen has for connection to another floor section.
- the further bottom portion is at a further sub-element angeordet. This creates equal joining partners.
- the intermediate wall portion may have a recess for receiving a Have overflow pipe.
- the corresponding pre-assembly is market-based interesting and even modular; also can adapt to specific Pipe diameter can be made without about the main body of the Mold carrier as a whole to change shape technology. Stabilizer favorable is then the measure that the intermediate wall portion integral with a Floor is formed.
- the extending substantially perpendicular to the extension direction of the wall sections Opening dimension of the mounting opening is greater than that in the extension direction the wall sections measured dimension of the floor bridge.
- the bottom bridge sunk over the other bottom surface extending, approximately parallel to the direction of extension of the walls having aligned portion.
- the recessed section may be cable routing be reserved, so that no related rework on the tub support be required.
- the sinking is a continuous, open channel at the end. To easily connect to the mounting hole to win, the sinking is a continuous, open-sided channel.
- the intermediate sections have a relation to the remaining floor surface recessed running, approximately parallel to the Warrekkungsraum having the walls extending portion.
- a projection is designed as a latching projection and in one Resting recess rests.
- the latter means can be spaced from the Einschwenkhaken site lie.
- a latching rib is formed on the latching projection or in the latching recess is and that in the recess or in the locking projection an associated Locking recess is realized.
- An optimal barrier effect results in that the locking rib is substantially transverse to the extent of Walls is formed.
- the insertion position of the latching parts can be easily secure, by at a partial element substantially transverse to the Siegrekkungscardi the walls of an elongated plug projection is formed. Next is moved so that on a partial element integrally molded Floor portion formed a the bottom portion associated plug-in projection is. This can be used as anti-displacement element, if on the same sub-element opposite to a projection a corresponding Recess is formed. Then it is provided that the projection two oppositely directed and substantially transversely Has undercuts extending to the extension direction of the walls. You get particularly viable docking when thedoinerstrekkung a projection corresponds to at least a quarter of the height of a wall.
- a partial element has a receiving opening, wherein in the case of a mounting hole additionally or separately formed to the mounting hole is.
- the receiving openings can be used as a defined mating area become. Because the floor itself is less than load-bearing, rather than insulating Element acts, it is even possible that the receiving opening as Through opening is formed. It can be a variety in one element be provided by receiving openings. Such a receiving opening is expedient trough-like and extending substantially transverse to the walls educated.
- the receiving openings can be assigned to an insert use, which accordingly adapted to the receiving opening Foot has.
- An insert may have several feet as plug-in projections. About such an insert can be relined to the in make the tub support interior to use tub.
- Such relines can be supportive.
- a special function corresponding Insert parts results in an advantageous manner in that two feet of the same Inserted parts received in two receiving openings of different sub-elements are. That can go as far as one of the parts firmly together or -klammernden clamping function go.
- a structurally favorable development the tub support is further realized by the fact that the mounting hole can be closed by a cover and that the cover off consists of two clamped or rest-covered cover parts sections. The division of the otherwise relatively thick cover favors its space-saving Accommodation. Nevertheless, in the united state lies on such cover parts usual stability. That can be up to a bearing feature walk. This cover is in consideration of the so-called Vario-type of tub supports, of course, either for both mounting holes applicable.
- the cover in total plate-like training of two complementary in panel thickness cover part sections consists. So the cover remains contiguous. Especially It is favorable in this case that the cover partially bevelled at its corners is. Here it can be done so that the cover three bevelled and has a rectangular corner. It remains at a right angle Mounting opening eckzonennahe gripping openings, for example, in the space required a finger. The cover can be as needed from the mounting hole lift out comfortably. A right-angled corner can act as a "key” so that at the same Montageötechnischskontur only operationally to each other be assigned coordinated cover parts.
- the one on the above explained Eckstabilmaschine based strength of the sub-elements forms the Basis for particularly advantageous achievable packaging arrangements.
- the tub support of all embodiments is made of plastic foam, in particular particle foam (EPP, EPS).
- EPP particle foam
- the tub support can be composed of several sub-elements T kit-like as well as profile-related accessories on bathtubs Turn off various common body mass.
- the docking of the sub-elements T happens by means of undercuts exhibiting Protrusions 1. They enter into suitable receptacles 2.
- the corresponding Plug connection based on a flat base 3 of the tub support, be oriented vertically or horizontally. At the first mentioned assignment are the shots 2 expedient against an upper edge 4 of the Wannenarris closed and the projections 1 shortened accordingly.
- the Plug connection is so stop defined.
- the docking areas are square-spaced.
- the corners of the tub support are denoted by 5. They are part of the wall W.
- rectangular Ground plan having shape of the tub support accounted for the wall W two longitudinal walls 6 and two transverse walls 7. Both are substantially parallel aligned.
- a partial element T has at least two sections a in integral connection a the angled to each other, substantially vertically aligned Walls, ie longitudinal walls 6 and 7 transverse walls. In any case, it is that at a projection of a wall profile on the corner joint of the corners. 5 the other section a forms a projection Ü. It's not just that retain the stability that can be pulled out of the angular shape, but also that of the homogeneous material composite resulting strength. It is no longer the explained risk of breakage as in the classical Eckzusammen colgisme.
- Such a section a can be significantly smaller than a longitudinal wall 6 or Transverse wall 7. However, there is a massive elbow. On the other hand can but also be done so that a sub-element T a: essentially complete wall 6 or 7 detected and angled outgoing a section a a wall.
- This is the case when intermediate sections Z in the context of a modular system should be added. It may be here, such as From Fig. 1 shows to act transversely usable partition wall sections Z. They are designed according to the wall profile and in the same way equipped with projections 1 and 2 shots. 1 is about a or two intermediate wall sections Z an extension of the longitudinal walls 6 causes.
- the second embodiment (see, for example, Fig. 6) is based on a multi-part the transverse walls 7, there by an intermediate wall section Z substantially vertically oriented bordering introduced. The same is true with respect to a bottom 8 of the tub support possible by this also an intermediate floor section Z 'receives. This can be combined with sections b of the Connect floor 8.
- Corresponding projections 1 and 2 shots are at section b of the soil 8 as well as on the inserted intermediate floor section Z of the bottom 8.
- Each sub-element T of the tub support according to the second embodiment accordingly has a complete wall, here the whole longitudinal wall 6, and at both ends thereof in integral connection the section a of the other wall standing at an angle, here the proportionate transverse wall 7, up.
- the connectable to the sections b of the bottom 8 intermediate floor element Z ' but also the individual elements shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 summarized included.
- Such a one-piece intermediate section Z could be assigned vertical wall and floor docking. That can from the bottom ago, in use of the described upper side, that is close to the edge, stop-forming obstruction of the sliding path.
- the fixed floor section b only on one of the walls, for example, the one longitudinal wall 6, is formed, also here again so that the bottom section b docking Vietnamesesausformungen has the same connection with the foot area of the other wall or, as already explained in principle, at the other bottom portion b, then would be realized on a further sub-element T.
- transverse walls 7 assignable intermediate wall section Z as a rule except for a bottom rounding or Shoulder 9 formed floor-free.
- This intermediate wall section Z has Wannenarriraum character a Recess 10.
- the recess is in the form of a trapezoidal cross-section Vertical trough realized. The latter goes over the mentioned shoulder 9 bottom side in a considered in the end of the tub support mounting hole 11 over.
- the total designated 8 extends Floor, integrally formed with the intermediate wall section Z in the module version and the wall W of the volume predominantly the tub support forming trough-half-like shaped partial elements T.
- a U-shaped profile forming intermediate sections Z make respect to the U-web the bottom 8 and with respect to the substantially vertically oriented, opposing U-legs the Walls of this structure.
- the mounting opening extends 11 but not to the docking level of the intermediate section Z. Rather, remains a floor bridge B in the direction of extension arrow x of the wall W, here the Longitudinal walls 6.
- the between two opposite wall sections of Longitudinal walls 6 extending bottom bridge B has a dimension, which is smaller is the opening dimension of the mounting opening taken in the same direction 11.
- the width of the web-like floor bridge B can be about half as large like the said opening dimension.
- the floor bridge B acts as a retaining bridge in the End area of the longitudinal walls 6. It has a frame-forming effect.
- this means proves to be corner-saving for the partial element T.
- This is essentially perpendicular to the direction of extension x of the wall sections extending Opening dimension of the mounting opening larger than that in the extension direction x the wall sections measured dimension of the floor bridge B. It is in this regard practically covers the entire floor width opening-creating detected.
- the bottom portion of the Tub support partially recessed formed.
- the sinking it is a gutter 12. It covers at least the area of the ground bridge B.
- a continuous orientation of said Sinking respectively gutter 12 parallel to the extension direction of the walls, exact longitudinal walls 6, at the foot of which it runs.
- the module system has a corresponding correspondence. That embodies itself in that the intermediate sections Z are opposite to the remaining floor surface recessed running, approximately parallel to the extension direction x of the walls, here also the longitudinal walls 6, extending section. With others Words: the groove 12 continues congruent.
- the tub support can in its basic version simply by joining together the two blade-like partial elements T are created.
- a superseding the above-described vertical linear assignment design is based in the fourth embodiment of the tub support.
- This docking style is explained on a blade-like part element T and a in the direction of insertion x to be assigned intermediate section Z.
- This is in Near, that is not far below the edge 4 of the intermediate portion Z a Projection 1 is formed, which is designed hook-shaped. His hooked nose points up. The back of the hook is curved so that the projection 1 of Intermediate section Z under hooking into the next sub-element T swing leaves.
- the corresponding pivoting opening here forms the recording 2.
- Einschwenkvorsprung 14 and pivoting opening 15 are contoured, that the bottom-side region of the intermediate section Z in an arc y pivots around the overhead docking station.
- both the patrizen shame Einschwenkvorsprung 14 and the female-like Pivoting opening 15 extends over the entire wall width, So is open to the outer and inner sides of the same, the connector taken by itself, a connection by moving to connecting parts are reached transversely to the extension direction x of the walls.
- the intermediate section Z has both functional parts, namely at his one, the sub-element T facing base 16 the Einschwenkvorsprung and at its other, facing away from this area face 17 the Einschwengro réelle 15, for coupling the next intermediate portion or the other end element T.
- the lateral end edges of the plug-in projection 20 are present corresponding side edges of the recess 23. In such a device would the tub support so important and important for action, held together.
- the variant of the docking means reproduced in FIGS. 17, 18 differs compared to the above-described solution in that the projection 1 a floor-facing and substantially transverse to the Warrekkungscardi x has the walls extending undercut 24. The can be kept so short that a compound in the sense of a bounce this becomes possible due to the elasticity properties of the material used. These vertically spaced projections 1 have practically hook shape on. The undercuts 24 are rectified here. The hook heads point in the direction of the base 3 of the tub support. Also here is in the same Make the principle of the transverse sliding connection between the sub-elements T and the sub-elements T plus intermediate Z applied.
- FIGS. 19 and 20 is in principle the same, also with respect to one Cross-slot limit.
- a wall-side recess 23 of the partial element T to the tub support interior closed off. It can be a partial closure (cf. Fig. 19).
- the recess 23 has a vertical locking surface 25 against which meets the inner portion of the projection 1. said blocking surface 25 is placed so deep that with proper coupling the outer and inner walls of the parts T and Z are flush with each other.
- the second variant of the fourth embodiment shows a significantly larger root of the projection 1.
- the undercuts 24 are accordingly both after directed down and up.
- the recess 23 is contoured adapted.
- the height extent of this projection 1 corresponds to at least one Quarter of the height of the wall W of the tub support. The illustrated embodiment even sees a vertical extension of just over half the height of a wall W before.
- the surface of the bottom 8 of the parts T and Z is lower than the counter-stop 26th This allows a convenient bayonet catch-like latching of the to be coupled Parts.
- the recess 23 is preferably in the range of greater material accumulation. Consistent is the closure in the rounding region 27 of the bottom section realized, both the bottom 8 of the sub-element T and the floor 8 of the intermediate section Z. The procedure is that the closure at two different wall sections associated, but transversely to the extension direction x of the wall portion opposite recesses 23 formed only once with respect to the tub support interior is. Preferably you choose here the side of the one convenient reconcileling of the longitudinal wall 6 is not affected.
- a plurality of receiving openings 29 is realized. Couches in compliance with a specific rapport.
- the width of the individual receiving openings 29 corresponds to about twice the width between the Receiving openings 29 remaining webs 30th
- the inserts 31 have a foot 32 adapted to the receiving opening on. There are inserts 31 shown having two identically shaped feet 32 and those having four identically shaped feet 32.
- the stabilized by a high corner strength sub-elements T can be due to a skillful way piece in a space-saving Verpakkungsanowski Extract Transfer V by otherwise forming the tub support space Part-element free space F as a box space for a further sub-element T etc. is used.
- the underfloor area of the floor 8 of the sub-elements T is directed in opposite directions outward.
- the longitudinal walls 6 are sections using the horizontal insertion depth of the box space parallelver Edinburghd. It is in front of a transverse wall 7 inside a Freiraumabsacrificing in the form of a space gap 33 taken into account, that in the extension direction measured length of the wall portions of the intermediate portion Z corresponds.
- Such a packaging arrangement V is usually strapped or wrapped in foil, preferably shrink-wrapped in a shrink film.
- the functioning as a conduit channel 12 also contributes to saving space in, this by the fact that the groove 12 of a partial element T as joining groove for a carrier tub edge portion (edge 4) of the other portion T is used and vice versa. This brings a significant congestion in the illustrated Vertical. Also, the tub support according to the fifth embodiment can be converted in this way into a still favorable packaging arrangement V, by also there the intermediate section Z with its one free end protrudes into the mounting hole 11 and with its other free ends in the mentioned transverse space gap comes under.
- the sub-elements T of the longitudinally divided here Tub support with respect to the sections of the transverse walls 7 offset in plan nested here using the book-like portions of the open-cut Mounting opening 11.
- the other intermediate wall sections Z etc can be accommodated in the free space F apparent from FIG.
- the blocking surface 25 On the substantially vertically oriented longitudinal wall 6 is the blocking surface 25 a little short, but fully sufficient.
- a blocking edge 34 is realized.
- the angle is at good 10 °.
- the right edge 1 has a corresponding counter flank 35. This will be the End stop forces even beyond the thus obtained wedge zone collected.
- Tub support extending intermediate wall sections Z have a corresponding Profile and counter profile on.
- tub support according to the sixth embodiment is the same further developed that the lying in the two end areas mounting holes 11 are closable.
- This purpose is a outline corresponding cover 36 (see Figure 25). This can, like the floor 8 itself, also supporting Have function.
- the likewise made of particle foam, plate-like cover member 36th is divided into two parts in one plane of the larger surface extension.
- the cuts bear the reference numeral 36 ', 36 ".
- oppositely directed strip-shaped webs 37 serve.
- the basically quadrangular cover part 36 partly bevelled at its corners. There are three beveled corners and a right-angled corner in front.
- the added element speak cover member 36 is also packaging technology used. preliminary point is still that the cover member 36 is divided splitting. That can be deduced from the corresponding Divide division 38 in Figure 25 perceive.
- the packaging arrangement V is space-saving Housing also the cover 36 so proceeded that one in the essential vertical wall, in particular longitudinal wall 6 of a partial element T a sloping wall, in particular longitudinal wall 6 of the other part element T is assigned. Recognizable leads to that a free space in the form of a wedge-shaped cross-section having Spaltschreib 39. These are corresponding to the nested cuff the partial elements T in the opposite direction and laterally offset opening. Gap space forming the outside of a vertical longitudinal wall 6 and Inside an oblique longitudinal wall 6.
- the inside corresponds the converging in the direction of the bottom 8 course of the inner wall of the When the wearer. Near the ground goes the otherwise strict wedge shape of the inner wall still in a concave transition rounding 40 to the top of the bottom 8 out about. The latter is contoured also on the wedge-shaped sections 36 ', 36 " taken into account, as can be seen in Figure 25 also.
- the pin and bar combination are the one clear larger plug length having knob-shaped joining projections 41 in the area larger accumulation of material, namely the soil 8.
- the joining projections 41 forming the male parts are integral the partial element T or intermediate section Z formed.
- the joining recess 42 is also offset, as for example from Figure 1 shows.
- the associated strip-shaped joining projection 41st takes a corresponding course.
- connection shoe 43 exercises in the process Clamping function and acts a separation tendency opposite to the direction of insertion in the opposite direction.
- the in the direction of the base 3 of the tub support open towards FormschlußausANSung 46 has its matching counterpart in the form of a vertical oriented tine.
- The consists of two equal individual tines 47 together. The are close to the edge and in the area of both end faces of the sub-elements T respectively intermediate sections Z formed.
- Leading end wall, lying behind the individual tines 47 there is a recess 48 each. The latter corresponds with respect to the sub-elements T of the negative shape of the Brükkenpfeiler 45.
- With regard to the intermediate section Z however, there is an evacuation of twice the size of the recess 48 before.
- the addition lies in Plug-in direction x. As a result, there are two adjacent bridge pillars 45 two connection shoes 43 under.
- a double fugue as they easily imagine from the synopsis of Figures 28 to 32 leaves.
- connection shoes 43 To secure the occupied plug assignment of the connection shoes 43 in the transverse direction to the extension direction x is a Sperrfugenverlauf between bridge pier 45 and the inside in front of the flank Recess 48. This is embodied in that in the transverse direction to the longitudinal extent the connection shoes 43 and the edge 4 undercuts 49 are taken into account. These are vertically oriented grooves, in the seated on the corresponding edge of the individual tines 47 springs 50th intervention.
- the edge 4 of the abutted partial elements T points in the assignment area of the described connection shoe 43 a joint-parallel engagement recess 56 on. This applies at least with regard to the bends 52, if not provided anyway that the blade-like Abwinklungen 52 such embossing openings 56 emboss themselves / cut. This can be done purely mechanically or thermomechanically. on the other hand but it is in the molding of the sub-elements T a light, the corresponding Forming contour for the connection shoe 43 before to form.
