Claims (5)
- Mikrofonmodul mit einer Mikrofonkapsel, einer einen Vorverstärker enthaltenden Schaltungsplatine, an deren einer Seitenkante die Mikrofonkapsel befestigt ist, und mit einer Abschirmung für die Schaltungsplatine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltungsplatine (4) nur auf einer Seite Bauelemente (8) und deren Verbindungsleiter enthält, während ihre andere Seite mit einer durchgehenden Metallkaschierung (12) versehen ist, und daß die Abschirmung in Form einer zumindest einseitig abgeschlossenen Wanne (6) aus Abschirmblech ausgebildet und so über der Bestückungsseite der Platine (4) angeordnet ist, daß die gegenüberliegende Wannenseite durch die Mikrofonkapsel (2) verschlossen wird, und daß die Abschirmwanne (6) an ihrem Rand mit der Kaschierung (12) der Platine (4) störeinstreuungsdicht verlötet ist (Lötnähte 18, 20). - Mikrofonmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (6) einen der Form der Mikrofonkapsel (2) angepaßt gekrümmten Querschnitt hat, in den die Mikrofonkapsel an einem Ende der Wanne unter Kontaktgabe mit ihrer Metallkapsel eingepaßt ist, und daß die Wanne an ihrem anderen Ende mit einer Endplatte (16) entsprechender Kantenkrümmung verschlossen ist.
- Mikrofonmodul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die runde Mikrofonkapsel (2) auf ihrer Rückseite zur Hälfte mit einer metallischen Abschirmung (14) kaschiert und an eine Kante der Platine (4) angesetzt ist, längs welcher die Metallkaschierungen (12,14) von Platine und Mikrofonkapsel miteinander verlötet sind.
- Mikrofonmodul nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikrofonkapsel (2) schräg zur Platine (4) mit gegenüber deren Ebene geneigter Mittelachse angeordnet ist.
- Mikrofonmodul nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikrofonkapsel (2) an ihrer Rückseite die Richtwirkung bestimmende Schalldrucköffnungen (22) aufweist, und daß an der Verbindungskante der Platine (4) mit der Mikrofonkapsel (2) diesen Schalldrucköffnungen (22) entsprechende Ausnehmungen (24) ausgebildet sind.
