Definitions
- the invention relates to a roller shutter with a drive axis driven winding shaft for windows, especially for inclined or Roof window, with a shading curtain as a roller shutter curtain, one end of which is attached to the winding shaft so that the shading curtain on this on and from this can be developed, and the other end of an end bar as a guide rod has, the lateral edges of the shading curtain and the guide rod in the side of the frame of the window provided grooves are performed.
- roller shutter curtain without significant inherent rigidity for windows, can be used in particular for sloping windows, one economical production, simple installation and safe operation should be guaranteed, whereby - in continuation of the Task - in addition to shading, blackouts should be achieved.
- the frame in Area of at least one running groove for the end rod of a first guide channel on.
- This thrust and tension member is guided around a drive pulley on the with the end of the winding shaft corresponding to the guide channel is. This can be done by (from an external manual or motor drive driven) drive shaft moving drive pulley the extension and extension via the push and pull link and the guide rod Cause the shading curtain to retract. Between the drive axle and the winding shaft are further bearings provided movement of the drive pulley relative to the winding shaft allow. Due to the relative movement of both against each other the path difference caused by different winding diameters balanced between shading curtain and thrust and tension member become.
- a first guide channel is advantageous on both sides of the frame intended. Now each of the two management channels takes on one Push and pull link on. The two push and pull links grip on those corresponding to the respective one of the guide channels End of the end rod so that the force is symmetrical.
- the winding shaft is advantageously designed as a sleeve that the surrounding the drive axle supported against the building. Are there provided at least at both ends of the winding shaft bearing which this winding shaft is supported against the drive axis is that it can be rotated relative to the drive axle. So can the roller shutter curtain can be wound onto the winding shaft what especially if the roller shutter curtain is (relatively thinner) Shading curtain is formed, is advantageous because of Winding diameter with the shading curtain rolled up Diameter of the winding shaft is not significantly increased.
- This Bearings can be designed as split bearing snakes whose Division symmetrical to the center, but can also be asymmetrical.
- these camps are in the open End of the sleeve forming the jacket of the winding shaft.
- the bearings have bearing cylinders with a positive fit in the sleeve of the winding shaft can be inserted and fixed there. So is the secure fit of the bearings used compared to the sleeve guaranteed.
- These bearing cylinders are with end plates central opening in which the outer bearing part is inserted is, whose inner part is placed on the drive axle is. The type of camp is irrelevant, especially since the The winding shaft only rotates slowly with respect to the drive axis.
- a spring is arranged between the drive axle.
- This can be provided as a spiral spring in the area of the bearing it can alternatively also be surrounding the drive axis Spiral spring to be formed. In both cases it is one End of the spring connected to the winding shaft, and the other end fixed on the drive axle.
- a coil spring it is advantageous if the end associated with the winding shaft is angled on the sleeve forming its shell or outside the end plate is provided, and the interior, the drive axle associated end are set at this.
- To set the inner end of the drive axle can be non-positive or positive Connections may be provided.
- the push and pull member is an endless rotating Limb trained.
- a second guide channel is provided for the strand of the limb expediently connected to the first, runs parallel to this.
- To transmit the for the movement of the push and pull member necessary forces are the push and pull member and the one with it interacting drive pulley with corresponding means provided that form-fittingly interacting this power transmission enable.
- each of the push and pull members is trained as an open link. Whose free run is running thereby into the second guide channel. Because with this training The pushing and pulling forces must be transmitted, the endless rotating Correspondingly rigid link to prevent bulging be trained or be led so that this bulging is prevented.
- the former is achieved in that as a thrust collar Tension member a chain is provided; include in the latter the first and the second guide channel the forward and reverse Run of the push and pull link approximately form-fitting and prevent so its bulging.
- the push and pull member acts as a drive member in a first training frictionally together with the drive wheel.
- This can a band as well as a cord are provided that hold the drive wheel wraps itself in a circumferential circumferential groove or groove inserted.
- the circumferential Circumferential groove or groove with friction-increasing agents Mistake.
- Surface structures can also be used for this like coverings, for example made of elastomeric polymers, which prevent the pulling and pushing member from slipping.
- the push and pull member acts as a second training Drive member positively together with the drive wheel.
- the push and pull member for example as a string of pearls, as Timing belt, as a chain or the like. be trained, the drive wheel wraps around.
- the circumference of the drive wheel is shaped so that the Pearls, teeth, chain links or the like of depressions or projections to form the positive connection.
- Advantageous is also a string of pearls or a timing belt receiving circumferential groove provided in the bottom of the depressions or projections are provided; for chains can be corresponding Sprockets are used. It goes without saying that the drive wheel also have corresponding projections can.
- a shading curtain is advantageously used as the roller shutter curtain.
- this is by a Compound of a longitudinally running fabric strip with cross-placed ones Metal rails formed.
- the fabric strip shows a length corresponding to the length of the window and one of the Width of the window corresponding width.
- the transverse ones Metal rails are advantageous aluminum rails, the Length corresponds to the width of the window.
- the rail width is chosen so that the winding does not complicate Ratio to the length of the shading curtain is reached. It is further advantageous if the metal rails are cylindrical Have curvature, the axis of curvature of the Curving cylinder parallel to the long edges of the metal rails runs.
- EP 0 410 364 B1 describes such a shade curtain usable tissue-metal composite.
- shading curtains can also be used for blackout purposes.
- These coatings can be used continuously for the entire fabric strip be provided; alternatively they can also be in the area of the tissue connections cover the respective connection point.
- blackouts offer especially for classrooms of all kinds, in which e.g. Photographs, films or multimedia demonstrations shown significant benefits.
- Shading curtains are inherently more stable and less sensitive than usual blackout blinds with continuous Fabric panels that are coated opaque.
- a housing 1 accommodates the roller shutter, the shading curtain 25 is wound on the winding shaft 10.
- This winding shaft 10 is with its sleeve 11 by means of the terminal bearing 15 on the an external drive acting on the drive end 6 (not shown in detail) driven drive shaft 5 set, so that a relative movement of the winding shaft 10 with respect to the drive axis 5 is possible.
- both ends of the winding shaft 10 are Storage means used, each with one in the sleeve 11 of the Winding shaft 10 inserted positively and fixed there End sleeve 13 and an end plate 14, which has a central opening has, in which the bearings 15 are inserted.
- the camp 15-here shown as a ball bearing - ensure with the balls 15.1 as rolling elements, the easy mobility of the bearing 15.
- extension arms 2 are attached, on the one hand a running groove 3 for the guide rod 26 of the shading curtain 25 and its edge areas and on the other hand a first guide channel 4.1 for the running run of the thrust and tension member 20 and a second guide channel 4.2 for the returning strand of the push and pull member 20.
- These cantilever arms 2 are advantageous in the frame of an inclined window (not shown) integrated.
- the push and pull link 20 - here as a chain with chain bolts 22 chain links held together 21 (only a few always designated) shown - is with one from the first guide channel 4.1 provided in the groove 3 projecting driver 23.
- This Driver 23 is at its free end on the guide rod 26th the shading curtain 25 set.
- This driver 23 takes with a movement of the push and pull member 20, the shading curtain 25 with the - depending on the direction of the thrust collar Tension member 20 from the winding shaft 10 or on the winding shaft 10 is wrapped.
- the chain of the thrust and Tension member 20 sufficiently rigid that both pulling and oppressive movements can be transmitted, so that the thrust collar Tension member 20 is formed as an open member, for the free run of the second guide channel 4.2 is provided.
- the drive pulley 7 is provided, which with the Thrust and tension member 20 interacts positively.
- the embodiment is the push and pull member 20 as Chain formed; accordingly, the drive pulley 7 a toothing 8, which cooperates with the chain links 21, creates the positive connection.
- the shading curtain 25 is covered by a continuous strip of fabric formed in the illustration as between the metal rails 27 existing tissue connector 28 is recognizable.
