Die Erläuterung der Funktion erfolgt hierbei anhand der Figur 1 und der Figur 2, in der gleiche Teile wie in Figur 1 mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen und nicht nochmals erläutert sind. Figur 1 zeigt die Bremsvorrichtung 10 in einer Bremsstellung, während Figur 2 die Bremsvorrichtung 10 in einer Lösestellung zeigt.
Claims (11)
- Bremsvorrichtung für Eisenbahnfahrzeuge, mit zwei ortsfest angeordneten, sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Fahrschiene erstreckenden Bremsbalken, die von einem Bremsantrieb in eine Bremsstellung und eine Lösestellung verlagerbar sind, wobei zum Erreichen der Bremsstellung die Bremsbalken aufeinander zu bewegbar sind, so dass ein Abstand der Bremsbalken kleiner ist als eine Dicke eines Rades eines Eisenbahnfahrzeuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsbalken (16, 18) zumindest in ihrer Bremsstellung selbstzentrierend zu dem Rad (12) gelagert sind.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsbalken (16, 18) kraftschlüssig mit einer federzentrierten Zangenanordnung verbunden sind.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bremsantrieb ein hydraulisches Arbeitsmittel (38) ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arbeitsmedium des Arbeitsmittels (38) Wasser ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsbalken (16, 18) an Bremshebeln (20) angeordnet sind, die drehbeweglich um jeweils eine Drehachse (22) an einem Lagerbock (24) angeordnet sind.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerbock (24) kraftschlüssig mit der Fahrschiene (14) verbunden ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremshebel (20) mit vorgespannten elastischen Elementen (50) verbunden sind, die sich in Bremsstellung der Bremsvorrichtung (10) an ortsfesten Lagerböcken (58) abstützen.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerböcke (58) mit einer Konstruktion (60) kraftschlüssig verbunden sind, die in einem Schwellenfach eines die Fahrschiene (14) aufweisenden Gleises angeordnet ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu dem hydraulischen Arbeitsmittel (38) ein Federelement (64) parallel angeordnet ist, das in Bremsstellung der Bremsvorrichtung (10) vorgespannt ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremshebel (20) Anschlagelemente (66) umfassen, die zum Erreichen der Lösestellung der Bremsvorrichtung (10) durch das Federelement (64) gegen einen Anschlag (70) verlagerbar sind.
- Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (70) aus einem nachgiebigen Material, insbesondere Gummi oder dergleichen, besteht.
