Definitions
- the object of the invention relates to a stocking, a sock or the same as well as a process for their production.
- Socks are known that have a foot area and a foot area have adjoining shaft area.
- the shaft area has a collar, which is arranged opposite the foot area.
- socks are of a given size while they are being worn Position on a person's leg can slide down.
- Different designs of socks are already known. In particular it is known to form the collar so that it is elastic. He points also has a smaller cross-sectional area than the shaft area of the sock.
- To the At least one of the known socks achieves elasticity of the waistband elastic thread arranged in the waistband.
- the collar exerts a force on the Leg of the person who is directed essentially radially inwards. This radial Inward force creates a frictional force that is substantially parallel runs to the surface of the leg.
- a self-holding stocking is known from GB 2 217 972 A.
- This Stocking has a foot area and a shaft area, the Shaft area has such a length that it essentially overlaps extends the entire length of the leg.
- the shaft has a collar made of a reinforced fabric.
- a strip is attached to the waistband. The ends of the strip can be at any Places are connected together so that a noose with variable Scope can be formed. Comparable designs of a stocking also describe FR 1 565 527 A and FR 1 530 617 A.
- the strip is sewn to the top of the stocking. This requires a not inconsiderable amount of work. Since the strip as such located in an area covered by the wearer's clothing is, the aesthetic effect of such a strip is of subordinate Importance.
- a holding strip is known from US 3,590,390 A, which has a variety of Has holding elements.
- the tether is sewn onto a stocking, so that the tether should prevent the stocking from slipping.
- the production such a stocking is relatively expensive, since first a Stocking as such and a tether must be formed as such. Then the stocking and the holding strip must be sewn together become.
- the present invention is based on the objective of a stocking, a sock or the like, and a method of making the same a stocking, a sock or the like, which one has increased comfort.
- this objective is achieved by a stocking, a sock or likewise with the features of claim 1 or by a Method with the features of claim 11 achieved.
- Advantageous further training and configurations are the subject of the dependent claims.
- the stocking according to the invention, the sock or the like has a foot region and a shaft area.
- the shaft area connects to the Foot area.
- a collar is formed in one piece with the shaft region is arranged opposite the foot area.
- This Holding aid is through several adhesive structures that are spaced apart, educated.
- the adhesive structures are designed so that when wearing the Stockings, the sock or the like come to rest on the surface of the legs.
- the coefficient of friction of the adhesive structures is higher than the coefficient of friction of the federal government, so that the adhesive structure slips the Stockings that prevent socks or the like, if not completely in derogation.
- the adhesive structures can correspond to a typified shape of a leg on the circumference of the covenant so that this occur more frequently in areas where the typed leg has a higher taper than in the areas where the taper is less.
- a sock is also assessed for comfort.
- the comfort is increased in that at least one adhesive structure by a Agglomeration of microstructures is formed. This ensures that Air-permeable areas arise between the microstructures.
- This can alternatively can also be achieved in that at least part of the surface has at least one adhesive structure elevations and / or depressions.
- the adhesive structures can be irregularly formed on the collar. Is preferred however, a formation of a sock, which is preferably geometric distinctive detention structures are regularly distributed around the federal government. Through this Measure, a simplified manufacture of the sock is achieved.
- the size of the adhesive structures is selected so that the adhesive structures are external Do not affect the appearance of the federal government or to a very small extent.
- relatively small adhesive structures especially with adhesive structures, that are formed by agglomeration of microstructures, it is not mandatory necessary that the adhesive structures consist of an elastic material, because the Han structures are only connected to small areas of the federal government which does not affect the elasticity of the covenant or only to a very small extent becomes.
- part of the detention structures in a substantially transverse to a longitudinal axis of the shaft region Level and at least a further part of the adhesive structures in at least a plane running essentially parallel to the plane is arranged.
- the adhesive structures are arranged so that in a projection between two neighboring ones Adhesive structures of one level at least one adhesive structure of one another level.
- the adhesive structures of the at least preferably overlap two levels in one projection.
- A appears in the projection closed ring of adhesive structures that extends over the entire inner circumference of the federal government.
- the invention is particularly suitable for socks, since socks are in the visible range are worn, so that non-aesthetic holding devices, such as for State of the art, are not used in socks.
- the Shank area has a length of at least 0.28 m, in particular 0.32 m. This length of the shaft area has the advantage that when wearing one Sock in connection with a trousers, especially trousers, also with Raising the leg dress the leg remains covered by the sock.
- the adhesive structures can, for example, be glued to the collar get connected. However, an embodiment of the sock is preferred in which the Adhesive structures are applied directly to the federal government.
- a method for Production of a stocking, a sock or the like with at least one Detention structure proposed.
- the process is characterized in that initially a stocking, a sock or the like with a foot area, a Shank area that adjoins the foot area, and with one piece with the collar area formed, the opposite of the foot area is arranged, is formed, in particular knitted.
- a stocking, a sock or the like with a foot area, a Shank area that adjoins the foot area, and with one piece with the collar area formed, the opposite of the foot area is arranged is formed, in particular knitted.
- After that, be on the inside the federal government has formed several spaced-apart detention structures, so that they form a holding aid.
- the adhesive structures are preferred trained directly on the inside of the federal government
- the adhesive structures can be applied to the inner waistband as an example be that by means of suitable templates with corresponding through openings, which essentially correspond to the shape of the adhesive structure, a material applied to the inner collar in the liquid, in particular viscous, state becomes. The material then solidifies. It is also possible to form the adhesive structures individually by appropriate means. For example can the adhesive structures by dropping the material done on the surface of the inside of the federal government. Possibly the material can contain a foaming agent through which the surface the adhesive structure is enlarged during a thermal treatment.
- FIG. 1 shows a sock 1 with a foot area 2. Closes at the foot area 2 a shaft area 3. A collar 4 is integral with the shaft region 3 educated. This is opposite foot area 2.
- Fig. 1 it is indicated that the collar 4 has a smaller cross-sectional area points as the shaft 3. This is not absolutely necessary. However, preference is given a sock in which the collar 4 has a smaller cross section than the shaft Third
- a holding aid 5 is provided on the inside 6 of the federal government 4. Through the Holding aid 5 should be achieved that the sock 1 is not or while wearing slips only to a very small extent.
- the holding aid 5 is formed by a plurality of adhesive structures 7 spaced apart from one another.
- the adhesive structures 7 are arranged directly on the inside 6 of the federal government 4.
- part of the adhesive structures 7 is in one plane running transversely to the longitudinal axis 11 of the shaft region 3 9 arranged. Another part of the adhesive structures 7 is essentially one arranged parallel to level 9 level 10.
- the adhesive structures 7 in the plane 9 are formed at a distance from one another.
- the adhesive structures 7 are also spaced apart in the plane 10.
- the order of the adhesive structures is such that in a projection between two neighboring ones
- Adhesive structures 7 of level 9 is an adhesive structure 7 of level 10.
- the adhesive structures 7 of the two levels 9, 10 are preferably designed such that these partially overlap in a projection.
- the adhesive structures can be in the form of a spherical segment or a paraboloid of revolution be trained.
- Figures 3 and 4 show a further embodiment of the embodiment a sock, the illustration in FIGS. 3 and 4 being limited to the collar 4 is.

Through the microstructures 14, which are elastic in themselves are a very good adaptation of the adhesive structure 12 and thus the holding aid reached to one leg surface. This also increases the comfort of the sock increased because there is a certain amount of air circulation between the microstructures becomes.
- Such air circulation or a certain air permeability can also be achieved achieved that at least part of the surface of an adhesive structure is provided with elevations and / or depressions.
- Such an adhesive structure 15 7 shows FIG. 7. It has elevations 16 and depressions 17.
- the adhesive structures shown in Figures 1 to 7 are directly on the Inside 6 of the federal government 4 held. Alternatively, the adhesive structures can also with the interposition of an adhesive attached to the inside 6 of the federal government 4 become.
- Fig. 8 shows in section a portion of a sock with a collar 4 and Shaft area 3.
- An adhesive 18 is attached to the inside 6. With the Adhesive 18 is connected to an adhesive structure 19. This can be a act adhesive liability.
- the production of a stocking, a sock or the like with at least An adhesive structure takes place in such a way that first a stocking, a sock or the like with a foot area 2, a shaft area 3 and one piece with the shaft region 3 formed collar is formed. It can be a knitting process known per se. Then the Formation of several mutually spaced adhesive structures on an inside 6 of the federal government 4, so that they form a holding aid 5. Are preferred the adhesive structures are formed directly on the inside of the federal government.
- the sock or stocking is turned over so that the when wearing inner side 6 of the federal government 4 is brought out, so that the adhesive structures can be applied to the collar 4 from the outside.
- the adhesive structures are preferably applied by means of suitable ones Stencils or shapes. In particular, the principle of the screen printing process be used.
- the adhesive structures can be made of different materials consist.
- a section of the adhesive structures is preferably designed to be elastic. In particular, the section that comes to rest on a leg surface should be elastic. In this context, the two-component spraying process proposed to form the detention structures.
