Definitions
- the invention relates to a counter move according to the preamble of claim 1 and an arrangement of such Counter moves.
- Counter or prospect trains are used, for example, for lifting of curtains, backdrops or other, a significant Loads up to 3 kN are used.
- DIN 56 921-DZ15 is a generic brochure or Hand pulling shown.
- Such counter moves are generally for one Load capacity built up to 3 kN.
- a load bearing Load bar hangs on several suspension ropes that run vertically to the Lace-up floor and over pulleys to a counterweight wall be performed.
- the Ropes attached to a counterweight that runs along a Counterweight carriage is guided.
- This counterbalance sled can be used to compensate for the load rod hanging load with manually attachable weight elements loaded.
- an operating cable is provided, which attacks the counterweight.
- the counterweight In order to keep the operating forces to a minimum, the counterweight must be used correspond approximately to the weight of the load to be carried. This means that the counterweight is designed so that the differential force required to adjust the load is approximately +/- 100 N. To sink automatically or to prevent the load from being lifted by the counterweight, the control cable can be locked using a locking device become.
- the invention is based on the object to create a simply constructed counter pull that also reliable function guaranteed in the event of load changes. Furthermore, several of the counter moves to one compact structure can be assembled.
- the brochure pull is actuated via a drive that is connected to the drive device acting on a counterweight pulling element.
- the drive torque is transmitted to the tension element according to the invention by non-positive or positive Engagement between the drive device and the tension element.
- the counterweight is in terms of a medium Load designed, with load changes via the engagement between the tension element and the drive device and the drive be caught, so that a counter-counterweight is not required.
- the construction in the ceiling area remains compared to the generic solution (DIN 56 921-DZ15) almost unchanged as the load continues to at least two suspension cables over a lacing-side collecting roller can be guided to the counterweight during the Drive to replace the conventional control cable Tension element works.
- the collection of the suspension cables or winding shaft can be compared to that in DE 43 35 791 A1 and the prior art described in DE 31 27 095 C2 be constructed more simply, so that the device technology Effort compared to these directly driven Solutions is minimal.
