Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung (100) zum Entfeuchten einer kontinuierlich in ausgebreiteten Zustand in ihrer Längsrichtung transportierten Warenbahn (W),
mit einer sich quer über die Warenbahn (W) erstrekkenden schmalen Zone, in der die Warenbahn (W) auf einer oberen Flachseite einem höheren, auf der anderen, unteren Flachseite einem niedrigeren Luft- oder sonstigen atmosphärischen Druck ausgesetzt und an den quer zur Warenbahn (W) verlaufenden Rändern der Zone gegen die durch den Druckunterschied auf die Warenbahn (W) wirkenden Kräfte abgestützt ist,
mit Abstützungen an den Rändern der Zone (29), die durch einander parallele und benachbarte, jedoch nicht berührende Walzen (10,20) gebildet sind, auf denen die Warenbahn (W) auf einem Umschlingungsbereich anliegt und die mit der Warenbahn (W) mitlaufen, wobei die Warenbahn in einer Übergangsstrecke (W') frei in einem Bogen von einer Walze auf die andere übergeht und der den niedrigeren Druck aufweisende Raum (28) unterhalb der Übergangsstrecke (W') gelegen ist,
mit einer Quetschwalze (30), die mit der ersten Walze (10) einen Quetschspalt (16) bildet, durch welchen die Warenbahn (W) hindurchleitbar ist, und die im Umschlingungsbereich der Warenbahn spätestens an dem von der Warenbahn (W) zuerst erreichten Rand der Zone (29) oberhalb der ersten Walze (10) an dieser anliegt,
mit Endplatten (31) zur Abdichtung des Raums (28) zwischen und "unter" den Walzen (10,20) in axialer Richtung
und mit Absaugmitteln zur Entfernung der mit Feuchtigkeit aus der Warenbahn (W) beladenen Luft und /oder des entsprechenden atmosphärischen Gases aus dem Raum (28) unterhalb der Warenbahn (W),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quetschwalze (30) von der zweiten Walze (20) einen geringen Abstandsraum (21) beläßt, durch den hindurch Luft oder ein sonstiges Atmosphärengas in der Zone (29) auf die Oberseite der Warenbahn (W) gelangt, um diese zu durchströmen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenbahn (W) in der Übergangsstrecke (W') auf ihrer Oberseite unter Atmosphärendruck steht und der Raum (28) zwischen und unterhalb der Walzen (10,20) abgedichtet und an eine Saugpumpenanordnung angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Saugkasten (25) mit seinen Dichträndern (27,27) senkrecht zu der Ebene (22) gegen die Walzen (10,20) anstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Walzen (10,20) mit im wesentlichen gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar, jedoch geringe Unterschiede der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit steuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Laufrichtung der Warenbahn (W) ersten Walze (10) eine Auftragsvorrichtung für Behandlungsflüssigkeit vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsvorrichtung ein mit der Behandlungsflüssigkeit gefülltes Tauchbecken (4) ist, durch welches die Warenbahn (W) über mindestens eine unter dem Flüssigkeitsspiegel gelegene Umlenkrolle (5) hindurchleitbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tauchbecken (4) unterhalb der ersten Walze (10) angeordnet ist und die Warenbahn (W) aus dem Tauchbecken (4) nach oben geführt eine Seite der ersten Walze (10) bis in deren oberen Bereich umschlingt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (A2) der zweiten Walze (20) auf der der Umschlingungsseite der ersten Walze (10) abgelegenen Seite derselben oberhalb der Achse (A1) der ersten Walze (10) gelegen ist und die Achsen (A1, A2) in einer Ebene (22) liegen, die zur Horizontalen einen Winkel (23) von 30° bis 60° einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quetschwalze (30) oberhalb der ersten Walze (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Walze (10, 20) beheizt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Walze (20) im Umschlingungsbereich von einer Heizhaube (40) überdeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizhaube (40) doppelwandig ausgebildet und die zwischen den Wandungen bestehenden Kanäle (41, 42, 43, 44) von einem fluiden Heizmedium durchströmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luft oder das sonstige atmosphärische Gas aus dem Zwischenraum (49) zwischen der Heizhaube (40) und der die zweite Walze (20) umschlingende Warenbahn (W) herausbewegbar ist.
