Definitions
- the invention relates to a cabinet, in particular a hazardous goods cabinet, comprising a pull-out pull-out such as a drawer and the cupboard lockable door with preferably automatic locking mechanism.
- Corresponding hazardous goods cabinets are used for the proper storage of hazardous materials in workrooms.
- the cabinet can have a fire-resistant construction have a fire resistance of 90 minutes.
- additional height-adjustable storage levels can be provided to keep small containers, Put down bottles etc.
- the doors themselves often have an automatic door locking device which is self-closing in the event of a fire. In the event of fire, one can also Sealing between door and door frame by foaming sealing material respectively.
- Some pull-outs or drawers allow locking in any position, so that vessels can be adjusted with two hands. It also exists Possibility that the drawer closes itself in the event of a fire due to thermal release. there however, there is a risk that if the door is also self-closing, The drawer and door interfere with each other, d. H. jam so that an automatic The closet did not close.
- Pull-out cabinets are also well known, such as those according to DIN 12925-1 Have a fire life of 20 to 90 minutes.
- the excerpts are either corresponding the DIN standard immediately self-retracting or pre-tensioned blocked, in In the event of a fire, thermal triggering occurs.
- the pull-out front With corresponding cupboards, the pull-out front is exposed to fire in the event of fire and must be non-combustible or be designed to be insulating.
- Corresponding fire-resistant pull-out front sections are relative heavy and exert an unfavorable lever compared to a drawer slide. Therefore, it is required that drawer runners are made very stable and therefore expensive. Alternatively the permissible payloads could be reduced.
- DE 297 21 726 Ul has the subject of a laboratory cabinet, in which a drawer in Fire trap can be automatically pulled into the cabinet via a locking device. In the The drawer can also be locked in the open position.
- WO 92/20259 relates to a kitchen cabinet, the drawers of which are automatically included be pulled out or moved in when a door is pivoted. This is done in the drawer has a slot in which a projection engages, that of one with the door connected arm goes out.
- DE 30 42 658 A1 (FR 2 493 691) relates to a cabinet for medical or dental practice facilities with at least one drawer, the movement of which resilient stops is braked.
- DE 40 41 705 C1 describes an automatic locking system for fireproof cabinets known, which has a locking mechanism for the door of the cabinet and a locking mechanism for locking the door, which is controlled by a common control lever and be operated.
- a security cabinet known from US 4,619,076 has a door that is fully automatic Has locking mechanism that ensures in the event of fire that the Cabinet is completely closed and sealed.
- DE 35 27 287 A1 relates to an automatic locking system for refractories Cupboards comprising an electromagnetically lockable door closer and an automatic one Locking mechanism.
- DE 195 02 863 A1 is a locking device for automatic and time-delayed Closing, in particular, tilted or slightly swung open windows known using a mechanical timing system.
- the present invention is based on the problem of a cabinet at the beginning mentioned type so that in the pull-out pull-outs like drawers objects can be adjusted with two hands without the risk that the Close drawers in an uncontrolled manner when setting or removing them. At the same time however, the drawer will no longer cause disability after use.
- To Another aspect is to ensure that in the event of a fire, the pull-out and door are not hinder each other. Also should be compared to cabinets of known design without change the outer dimensions may increase the payload.
- simple constructions can be used without any fire or fire protection requirements be disregarded.
- the problem is essentially solved in that the extract with a pull-in mechanism is provided in such a way that the pull-out is automatically delayed retractable into the cabinet or retractable at the beginning of its move-in.
- Automatic retraction with a time delay also means that after the This is drawn in very slowly at the beginning, i.e. with a time delay, in order to then to be moved faster into the retracted position.
- the automatic is also done Moving in regardless of environmental conditions, so deviating from the teaching of DE 297 21 726 U1, according to which a locking mechanism is only activated in the event of a fire.
- the pull-out can be pulled out in the direction of its retracted position about z.
- a spring element can be subjected to force, with the extract in its extended Position stable in a lockable position and caused by the spring element Retraction force delayed from its extended or locked position in the Cabinet can be moved into it.
- the excerpt Feed mechanism in the form of a fluid pressure such as oil pressure closer acts, whereby a Fluid balance between cylinder chambers separated by a piston via two different ones Valves having flow cross-sections are such that initially a Backflow from one chamber to the other takes place relatively slowly, when the pull-out is pulled out to then relative by switching on the second valve being able to move in quickly.
- the fluid pressure closer can comprise a one-armed lever, which is used to pull it out of the pull-out, an existing spring in the fluid pressure closer is tensioned like a tension spring.
- the end of the lever itself should have a sliding element that interacts with the pull-out, preferably in a recess and / or on a stop of the pull-out is present.
- the pull-out has on the back a protruding into its bottom surface Section that interacts with the pull-out lever.
- the fluid pressure closer or its housing accommodating the cylinder preferably goes from an inner wall of the cabinet.
- the invention provides that the extract on z. B. a fluid pressure closer as the retractable mechanism is retractable so that from the extended position the excerpt starting the excerpt over a distance A in a time T1 and over an itself Subsequent route B, which extends until it has completely moved in, in time T2 is retractable, T1> T2, in particular T1> 2 T2.
- the fluid pressure closer has a cylinder with an adjustable piston such as this Piston rod on the outside of the cylinder as a rack and with a pinion cooperates, via which the lever can be pivoted.
- the first chamber is with the second chamber connected via two valves having different flow cross sections, being in the extended position of the extract, the second chamber when locked a larger flow cross section having the first valve with a smaller one Flow cross section having the second valve is connected and after pulling in Extract over route A the first and second valve with the second chamber with the Consequence is connected that the piston due to the spring acting on it in its Basic position is then moved back faster and the pull-out is drawn in.
- the cabinet itself has a fire protection function Exercising door can be closed, which means that the pull-out can be of simple construction can.
- the pull-out front part it is not necessary for the pull-out front part to be fire-resistant and is therefore relatively heavy, which in turn causes the pull-out guides to be corresponding should be made stable. All of these measures would reduce the payload of the cabinet be restricted. Furthermore, there is no need for fire-resistant training of the joints in the Front area of the cabinet interior.
- the pull-out is provided with a pull-in mechanism, whose tensile force is selected such that even when the door is attached to the pull-out, ie in the In the event of a collision between this and the pull-out, the pull-out by means of the pull-in mechanism is retractable.
- a slide element from the pull-out goes out, on which the door can be supported. In particular comes as a sliding element Wheel element in question.
- the pull-out in its extended Position interacts directly or indirectly with a friction element such as a friction surface, whereby the withdrawal of the statement is delayed.
- a friction element such as a friction surface
- the time delay such that there is sufficient time to extract the Fill the extract or extract items from it, and the extract only then pulled into its retracted by the pressure or tension element like spring element Position is moved back.
- a friction-like rubber element starts from the pull-out, that with an element starting from a cabinet wall such as a side wall Advance interacts.
- a corresponding statement goes with the extract a friction-like rubber element interacting element, which is the Rubber element can be a foam rubber.
- the pressurization can be set to the amount of time that the extract is in its extended Position is to be able to specify.
- the extension after a time TX from its extended position to its retracted position is movable, which is less than a time TY, after which the door over the closing mechanism can be closed or the closing process can be triggered.
- Zone 1 cabinet and, in the case of technically ventilated hazardous goods cabinets, the interior of the cabinet Represent zone 2 for explosion protection and thus electrical actuators inside of the cabinet must be designed in an explosion-proof version.
- a mounting surface like a wall unit with a swiveling lever with one leg is spring-loaded and its other leg with a portion such as a projection the pull-out interacts in such a way that when the pull-out is pulled out, the projection between the second leg and the mounting surface, with acting on the extract Retraction force pivots the lever element against its spring force.
- the lever is delayed in this way pivots that it comes into engagement with the section or projection of the extension, so that it can be pulled into the closet.
- the pull-out can be inclined to its pulling direction and preferably a ramp-like section, such as a projection such as a spring clip, which interacts with a pressurized piston in such a way that it pulls in of the statement with a time delay against its pressurization from the section or Projection is pushed away.
- the duration of the interaction between the piston and the Section or lead therefore specifies the time delay after which the extraction of its extended position is fully moved into its retracted position.
- a further development of the invention provides that the extraction with a pure time control can be provided, when opening the same via a rack or a pinion a cam disc is adjusted so that a time mechanism connected to it such as Clock is adjusted so that after the same the cam disc has a locking cam releases, so that the drawer can retract by means of its pull-in device.
- a time mechanism connected to it such as Clock
- Clock is adjusted so that after the same the cam disc has a locking cam releases, so that the drawer can retract by means of its pull-in device.
- the cam release purely mechanical.
- the one necessary energy can e.g. B. from the mechanical energy when opening the drawer must be spent, branched off.
- one with a Time control connected pivoting lever with the first one starting from the pull-out and the second section interacts as projections when pulling out the pull-out and that over the first section of the lever while activating the time control is pivotable in such a way that the pull-out by pressing the second section against the Lever is locked and that after the time specified by the time control the lever second section releases.
- the first is to activate the time control Section closer to the lever than the second section.
- the time control itself comprises a clockwork via which the lever can be pivoted in turn, preferably a first and second elastically interconnected inner and outer portion, the outer portion mating with the first and second of section exiting the extract interacts.
- An elastic connection between the inner and outer portion of the lever can be exemplified by a coil spring element be realized.
- the pull-out is guided via a damping element in the Cabinet is retractable.
- a damping element in the Cabinet is retractable.
- a guide rod which causes a desired friction Interspersed sleeve member or slide that is connected to the pull-out.
- the friction element and guide rod can of course also be interchanged become.
- each pull-out preferably a separate pull-in or locking mechanism or assigned a time delay device, there is also the possibility that several Extracts of the cabinet is assigned a common time control.
- Fig. purely in principle a cabinet such as hazardous goods cabinet 10 with cabinet body 12, Door 14 and extract 16 shown.
- the door 14 has a locking mechanism 18 which in the event of fire, door 14 closes.
- the locking mechanism 18 is designed such that the door 14 closes after a time T1.
- the pull-out 16 has a pull-in mechanism such that after extracted extract of this delayed or delayed automatically in the Cabinet 10 is pulled into it.
- Mechanical time delay devices are preferably used for this purpose intended. Of course, other electromechanical or electronically operating time delay devices are used without the invention is left.
- FIGS. 2-5 Preferred time delay devices can be seen in FIGS. 2-5.
- Fig. 2 from a pull-out like drawer 20 a conical starting from an outer surface 22 or button-shaped projection 24 which, when the pull-out 20 is pulled out, with one of an inner surface 26 of a cabinet wall 28 interacting friction surface 30, which can be made of foam rubber.
- a push or pull element acts on the drawer 20 itself 32, which is called the spring element for the sake of simplicity, since this basically used.
- the projection 24 acts with the foam rubber surface 30 together, one of the pull-in forces caused by the spring element 32 arises (Arrow direction 34) counteracting friction that must be overcome so that the extract 20 in the closet can be pulled in.
- Arrow direction 34 counteracting friction that must be overcome so that the extract 20 in the closet can be pulled in.
- the projection 24 and the friction surface 30 are consequently delayed in the extraction 20 Pulled in closet.
- one of the friction surface 30 can also correspond to the pull-out 20 Surface and from the cabinet body 12 a projection corresponding to the projection 24 going out that interact with each other.
- a boundary wall 36 is used Extract 38 a pin-shaped projection 40 which interacts with a lever element 42, which is pivotable about an axis 44.
- One leg 46 of the lever element acts 42 with the projection 40 of the pull-out 36 and the further leg 48 with a Spring element 50 or a piston 52 acted upon by this, which by a Fastening wall 54 as the inner surface 56 of a wall of the cabinet.
- the extract 38 is in its extended position.
- the projection 40 runs between the lever element 42 or the leg 46 and the fastening surface 56. So that the pull-out 38 by the spring element 58 induced pulling force can be drawn into the cabinet, the lever element 42 can be pivoted against the force caused by the spring 50.
- the tensile force of the spring element 58 is stronger than the compressive force of the spring element 52, the acts on the lever element 42.
- the lever element 42 is pivoted such that the projection 40 with the leg 46 in Reach reaches, so that the pull-out 38 can be pulled into the cabinet as a result.
- an extract 60 is preferably taken as Spring steel bracket formed projection with a ramp-shaped sliding surface 64, the extends obliquely to the pulling direction 66 of the pull-out 60.
- a piston 68 bears against the sliding surface 64, which piston runs in a cylinder 70
- Spring element 72 is acted upon in the direction of the sliding surface 64.
- the tensile force of the spring element 74 becomes the piston 68 against that of the spring element 72 force is pressed into the cylinder 70 with the result that the piston 68 comes into engagement with the projection 62, so that the pull-out 60 is drawn into the cabinet can be.
- Force is retracted accordingly with a time delay.
- a rack 74 is on or on an extract 73 attached, which brought into engagement with a cam disk 75 in a region 77 can be so that a clockwork 76 like spring clockwork, which is for a predetermined time the rack 74 blocked and after the preset time over the tooth and cam-free cam 78 releases the drawer 73.
- the pull-out 16, 20, 38, 60 or 73 is delayed pulling into the cabinet 10 should delay the time to that of the locking mechanism 18 of the door 14 can be set such that this with a greater time delay is closed as the respective excerpt 16, 20, 38, 60, 73.
- the pull-out 16, 20, 38, 60, 73 is located in cabinet 10. An obstruction to the closing of the door 14 is therefore excluded.
- the cabinet includes a door 82 which - like that Side walls 84, 86, 88 and head and bottom walls 90, 92 - fire-resistant is trained.
- This in turn means that in the cabinet 80 existing extracts, one of which is given the reference number 94 purely by way of example is structurally simple compared to pull-out cabinets that do not Have a fire door. It is therefore not necessary for the front sections of the Extracts 94 are designed to be non-flammable or insulating, which makes the extracts 94 top heavy experienced, which are compensated for by particularly stable drawer runners should.
- the cabinet 80 according to the invention through the outer walls 84, 86, 88, the door 82 and the top and bottom walls 90, 92 is fire-resistant, the Pull-out structures can be reduced to their actual requirements.
- Inexpensive standard solutions can be used, with usual payloads of 35, 45 or 100 kg can be easily realized.
- the cabinet 80 has a locking mechanism on.
- the door 82 is consequently designed to be self-closing.
- a pull-in of the pull-out 94 via one below Ensuring the feed mechanism 96 to be described further proceeds from the Extract 94, preferably in the area of its front 98, a sliding element such as roller 100 on which the door 82 is supported with its inner surface 102.
- a sliding element such as roller 100 on which the door 82 is supported with its inner surface 102.
- Through the sliding support of pull-out 94 and door 82 can the former via the feed mechanism 96 in the Cabinet 80 can be pulled in without acting on the door 82 There is an inhibition that prevents movement.
- by - targeted time delay of closing the door 82 also ensures that a Touching between this and a drawer is absent or largely absent, so that mutual disability is excluded.
- the feed mechanism 96 - corresponding to the exemplary embodiments explained above - time-delayed or time-delayed with the result that the extension 94 in the extended position over a predetermined Time from z. B. 5 to 20 seconds, in particular in the range of 10 seconds stationary or remains essentially stationary in order to then be drawn in accelerated.
- the fluid pressure closer 96 comprises a cylinder 104 in which a piston 106 is axially displaceable which divides the cylinder 104 into two subchambers 108 and 110.
- a piston 106 extends from a piston rod 112, which is partially designed as a toothed rack a rotary bearing 116 having a pinion 114 has a one-armed pivot lever 118 pivoted (arrows A-B), which in turn - as illustrated in FIG. 8 - with the excerpt 94, interacts in such a way that the fluid pressure closer 96 pulls out the pull-out 94 is tensioned and after releasing the pull-out 94 by means of the lever 118 in the cabinet 80 is drawn in.
- chamber 108 runs into the piston rod side Spring element 120, which is designed as a tension spring in the exemplary embodiment.
- the end of the lever 118 has a sliding element 122, which is connected to a rear, the Extract 94 underneath projecting section 124 interacts. Will the excerpt after pulled (arrow direction 126 in Fig. 8), the lever 118 is taken. By the Swiveling the lever 118, the rack is pressed into the cylinder 104, whereby the spring 120 is tensioned. At the same time, something present flows out of the chamber 110 Fluid such as oil via valves 130, 132 into chamber 108. If pull-out 94 is released, so the spring element 120 relaxes, causing the piston 106 in the exemplary embodiment is moved to the left. At the same time, the oil present in chamber 108 does not flow through one shown line to the valves 130, 132.
- valve 130 is indeed via the Piston 106 blocked. Oil can enter chamber 110 via valve 132. However, since the flow cross section of the valve 132 is relatively small, only a little fluid can flow in at first flow into chamber 110. After the spring element 120 is relaxed over a path, simultaneously by the interaction of the rack 112 and the pinion 116 of the lever 118 is pivoted through an angle A, the valve 130 is released by the piston 106, so that this oil also flows from chamber 108 into further chamber 110. There the flow cross-section of valve 130 is considerably larger than that of valve 132 relatively much oil flow with the result that taking into account a desired Damping the pull-out 94 can be pulled into the cabinet 80 relatively quickly.
- the 8 is the time-delayed route with A and the relatively quickly traveled route with B designated.
- each excerpt 94 is a Fluid pressure closer 96 assigned. This starts from an inner surface of a wall, in the Embodiment of the wall 84. The fact that the feed mechanism below an extract 94 is arranged, the lever 180 interacting with the extract 94 runs directly along the bottom surface of the drawer 94, an optimal use the interior of the cabinet 80.
- 10 to 16 is a further embodiment of the invention Take teaching.
- Extracts 128, 130, 132, 134 are shown, with one to be described in more detail below Lock mechanism interact to delay the respective pull-out 128, 130, 132, 134 into the cabinet 126.
- the cabinet 126 also has one itself closing door 136, which is fire-retardant. Consequently, there is a need for something special constructive features of the pull-outs 128, 130, 132, 134 not to the fire and fire regulations to suffice.
- a feed mechanism provided with a delay device, which comprises a clockwork 140, which by a Lever element 142 is retractable.
- the lever element 142 projects into the train path of the Pull-out 130 into it, specifically underneath pull-out 130, in order to pull from pull-out 180 outgoing projections such as bolts 144, 146 interact.
- the back Bolt 146 is arranged closer to lever 142 than bolt 146 extending from the front.
- a pulling element not shown, such as a spring element, acts on the pull-out 130 that the pull-out 130 is pulled into the cabinet 126.
- the lever 142 of the movement 140 acts with the bolt 144, 146 together as follows. This is clarified in more detail with reference to FIGS. 13 to 16.
- the lever 142 In accordance with the time specified by the clockwork, the lever 142 remains in its position 14 position to be removed. After the movement has ended, the lever 142 pivots clockwise with the result that the bolt 144 comes out of engagement with the lever 142, so that the pull-out 130 can be pulled into the cabinet 126 unhindered.
- the lever In order to pull this even when the pull-out 130 is pulled out and held by the lever 142, z. B.
- the lever In the event of a fire, the lever is preferably made to slide into the cabinet two over z. B. a coil spring element 152 connected sections 154, 156.
- the spring element 152 is designed so rigid that the absence of external force Sections 154, 156 are aligned with one another in accordance with the representations of FIGS. 14 and 16 are and virtually form a rigid unit.
- the mobility of the sections 154, 156 of the lever 142 relative to one another also enables that if e.g. B. the extract 130 with not yet expired movement 140, that is in the way of the bolt 144, 146 pivoted lever 152 of the extract 130 from the Cabinet 126 can be pulled out.
- the front portion 154 of the Lever 142 from the bolt 144 so that the lever element 142 between the bolts 144, 146 can be positioned to hold the pull-out 130.
- FIG. 11 shows further features of the cabinet 126 according to the invention. So the door 136 is provided with a thermal release 158 in order to fire the door 136 to close automatically. In such a case, however, there is a collision between the Door 136 and a pull-out pull 130 such that mutual blocking he follows. This is made possible by sliding elements present in the front edge region of the drawers 130 how casters 138 are secured, as previously explained.
- one of an inner wall runs along the displacement path of the pull-out 130 160 of the cabinet 126 outgoing slide rod 162, which is a sliding sleeve or Slide carriage 164 passes through the z. B. a flat iron 166 or other connecting element is connected to the extract 130.
- slide rod 162 and sliding carriage 164 can dampen when pulling out the pull-out 130 in such a way that, after an undamped approach, friction damping with the As a result, the pull-out 130 enters the cabinet 126 extremely quickly, with or without a load is retractable without a stop leading to an abrupt holding of the pull-out 130. This would be particularly disadvantageous if the pull-out 130 had sensitive objects is loaded.
