Abstract
Description
- einer Rippenplatte, die auf ihrer Oberseite zwei zueinander parallele Rippen zur Bildung eines Aufnahmeraums für einen Schienenfuß aufweist und die mit einem der Anlagefläche zugewandten Anlagerandabschnitt versehen ist,
- mindestens einer Zwischenplatte zur Anordnung zwischen der Unterseite der Rippenplatte und dem Untergrund,
- einem Distanzelement zum Umgreifen der Rippenplatte längs deren Anlagerandabschnitts, wobei das Distanzelement im wesentlichen C-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen Basisabschnitt zur Anordnung in dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Anlagerandabschnitt der Rippenplatte und der Anlagefläche des Untergrundes und zwei zur gleichen Seite vom Basisabschnitt abstehende Schenkelabschnitte aufweist, von denen der obere Schenkelabschnitt über die Oberseite der Rippenplatte ragt und der untere Schenkelabschnitt unterhalb der Unterseite der Rippenplatte angeordnet ist, und
- mindestens einem mit dem Untergrund verbindbaren Niederhalteelement zum Verhindern eines Abhebens der Rippenplatte und der mindestens einen Zwischenplatte von dem Untergrund.

Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Schiene auf einem zumindest an einer Seite der zu befestigenden Schienen eine aufragende Anlagefläche aufweisenden Untergrund, miteiner Rippenplatte (32;32'), die auf ihrer Oberseite (37) zwei zueinander parallele Rippen (38) zur Bildung eines Aufnahmeraums (40) für einen Schienenfuß (42) aufweist und die mit einem der Anlagefläche (30) zugewandten Anlagerandabschnitt (34) versehen ist,mindestens einer Zwischenplatte (52,54) zur Anordnung zwischen der Unterseite (51) der Rippenplatte (32;32') und dem Untergrund (14),einem Distanzelement (36) zum Umgreifen der Rippenplatte (32;32') längs deren Anlagerandabschnitts (34), wobei das Distanzelement (36) im wesentlichen C-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen Basisabschnitt (72) zur Anordnung in dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Anlagerandabschnitt (34) der Rippenplatte (32;32') und der Anlagefläche (30) des Untergrundes (14) und zwei zur gleichen Seite vom Basisabschnitt (72) abstehende Schenkelabschnitte (74,76) aufweist, von denen der obere Schenkelabschnitt (74) über die Oberseite (37) der Rippenplatte (32;32') ragt und der untere Schenkelabschnitt (76) unterhalb der Unterseite (51) der Rippenplatte (32;32') angeordnet ist, undmindestens einem mit dem Untergrund (14) verbindbaren Niederhalteelement (62) zum Verhindern eines Abhebens der Rippenplatte (32;32') und der mindestens einen Zwischenplatte (52,54) von dem Untergrund (14),dass das Distanzelement (36) durch eine Formschlussverbindung mit der Rippenplatte (32;32') und/oder dem Niederhalteelement und/oder Teilen davon zur Verhinderung eine ungewollten Bewegung des Distanzelements (36) in dessen Längserstreckung gesichert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das mindestens eine Niederhalteelement (62) zur Erstreckung durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (56) in der Rippenplatte (32;32') im Bereich zwischen deren Anlagerandabschnitt (34) und der diesem zugewandten Rippe (38) sowie durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (58,60) in jeder Zwischenplatte (52,54) bis in den Untergrund (14) vorgesehen ist,dass in die Durchgangsöffnung (56) der Rippenplatte (32;32') eine das Niederhalteelement (62) umgebende Kragenbuchse (64) einsetzbar ist, die einen Hülsenabschnitt (82) und einen radial auswärts abstehenden Flanschabschnitt (84) aufweist, der um die Durchgangsöffnung (56) der Rippenplatte (32;32') herum auf der Oberseite (37) der Rippenplatte (32;32') aufliegt, unddass der dem Basisabschnitt (72) abgewandte freie Rand (78) des oberen Schenkelabschnitts (74) des Distanzelements (36) eine Randaussparung (80) aufweist, in die zur Bildung der Formschlussverbindung der Flanschabschnitt (84) der Kragenbuchse (64) eintaucht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Randaussparung (80) einen als Kreisbogenabschnitt ausgebildeten Rand (86) aufweist, der einen Krümmungsradius aufweist, welcher gleich oder geringfügig größer als der Radius des Flanschabschnitts (84) der Kragenbuchse (64) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Niederhalteelemente (62) vorgesehen sind und dass der freie Rand (78) des oberen Schenkelabschnitts (74) des Distanzelements (36) für jede oder lediglich für eine der den Niederhalteelementen (62) zugeordneten Kragenbuchsen (64) eine Randausnehmung (80) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Schenkelabschnitt (74) weiter über die Oberseite (37) der Rippenplatte (32;32') ragt als der untere Schenkelabschnitt (76) über die Unterseite (51) der Rippenplatte (32;32').
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Distanzelement (36) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Untergrund (16) mit beidseitig der Schiene angeordneten Anlageflächen (30) zwischen diesen und den diesen zugewandten Außenrandabschnitten (34,70), jeweils ein Distanzelement (36) angeordnet und durch die Formschlussverbindung gesichert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenplatte (32;32'), die mindestens eine Zwischenplatte (52) und der Untergrund (14) aus solchen Materialien bestehen und/oder derartige Ausgestaltungen ihrer einander berührenden Oberflächen aufweisen, dass auf die Schiene (18) in Richtung ihrer dem Spurkranz (22) eines lediglich einen einzigen Spurkranz (22) aufweisenden Rades (20) zugewandten Innenseite wirkende Kräfte durch Reibschluss zwischen der Rippenplatte (32;32') und der mindestens einen Zwischenplatte (52) sowie zwischen dieser und dem Untergrund (14) aufnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien für die Rippenplatte (32;32'), die mindestens eine Zwischenplatte (52) und den Untergrund (14) derart gewählt sind, dass die Reibungskoeffizienten der jeweiligen Materialpaarungen größer, insbesondere um mindestens etwa den Faktor 2 größer als der Reibungskoeffizient der Materialien des Rades (20) und der Schiene (18) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehreren Zwischenplatten (52,54) der Reibungskoeffizient zwischen den Materialien sich berührender Zwischenplatten (52,54) größer ist als der Reibungskoeffizient der Materialien des Rades (20) und der Schiene (18).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (52) aus einem elastischen Material zur Dämpfung von auf die Rippenplatte (32;32') einwirkenden Schwingungen vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Zwischenplatten (52,54) vorgesehen sind, von denen mindestens eine der Dämpfung von auf die Rippenplatte (32;32') einwirkenden Schwingungen dient und von denen mindestens eine andere dem Höhenausgleich zwischen der Rippenplatte (32;32') und dem Untergrund (14) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Durchgangsloch (56) in der Rippenplatte (32;32') als Langloch mit einer quer zur Erstreckung der Rippen (38) verlaufenden Längsachse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Langloch (56) als zum Anlagerandabschnitt (34,70) der Rippenplatte (32') hin offene Randaussparung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseitig der beiden Rippen (38) jeweils ein Langloch (56) für ein Niederhalteelement (62) ausgebildet ist.
