Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Positionieren einer von einem Motor antreibbaren Waschtrommel (2) einer Waschmaschine in einer Zielposition, wobei in der Zielposition eineamMantelder Waschtrommel (2) ausgebildete Be- und Entladeöffnung (4) gegenüber der Be- und Entladeöffnung (6) des Waschmaschinengehäuses (1) steht und der Motor (7) von einer Steuereinrichtung (8) gesteuert wird, auf die ein Positionssensor (9) für die Waschtrommelposition wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschtrommel (2) vom Motor (7) in einer Antriebsphase in eine Drehbewegung mit festgelegter, konstanter Winkelgeschwindigkeit gebracht wird, daß der Motor (7) anschließend in einer vorbestimmten Abschaltposition der Waschtrommel (2) abgeschaltet wird und die Waschtrommel (2) weiterdreht, daß die Abschaltposition so vorbestimmt wird, daß die Waschtrommel (2) aufgrund des resultierenden Momentes aus der Massenträgheit des Systems Wäsche und Waschtrommel (2) und/oder aus dem Drehmoment des Systems Wäsche und Waschtrommel (2) und/oder aus den Kräften der sich in der Waschtrommel (2) bewegenden Wäschestücke und ohne motorischen Antrieb bis in die oder nahezu in die Zielposition weiterdreht und dort stehenbleibt, und daß von dem oder einem weiteren Positionssensor (9) erfaßt wird, ob die Waschtrommel (2) in der Zielposition steht und daß dann, wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, erneut eine Antriebsphase auf die gleiche oder eine geänderte Abschaltposition eingeleitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Positionssensor (9) während der Antriebsphase eine vorbestimmte Synchronisierposition der Waschtrommel (2) erfaßt und an die Steuereinrichtung gemeldet wird, wobei bei weiter vom Motor (7) angetriebener Waschtrommel (2) die Abschaltposition nach einer vorbestimmten Zeit (TR) nach Durchlauf der Synchronisierposition erreicht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Positionssensor (9) während der Antriebsphase eine vorbestimmte Synchronisierposition der Waschtrommel (2) erfaßt und an die Steuereinrichtung (8) gemeldet wird, wobei bei weiter vom Motor (7) angetriebener Waschtrommel (2) die Abschaltposition nach einer bestimmten Anzahl (nR) von Tachoimpulsen eines Tachogenerators des Motors (7) nach Durchlauf der Waschtrommel (2) durch die Synchronisierposition erreicht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Abschaltposition entsprechend der Geometrie der Waschtrommel (2) und der Drehzahl der Waschtrommel (2) in der Antriebsphase gewählt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Abschaltposition entsprechend der nach der Antriebsphase auf die Waschtrommel (2) wirkenden Bremskräfte gewählt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschaltposition in Drehrichtung der Waschtrommel (2) verändert wird, wenn die Zielposition nicht erreicht wird, und daß die Abschaltposition entgegen der Drehrichtung der Waschtrommel (2) verändert wird, wenn in Drehrichtung über die Zielposition hinaus gedreht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betrag der Änderung des Winkels für die Abschaltposition in Motordrehrichtung kleiner ist als der Betrag des zulässigen winkels bis in die Zielposition, und daß der Betrag der Änderung des Winkels für die Abschaltposition entgegen der Motordrehrichtung etwa so groß ist wie der Betrag des zulässigen Winkels bis in die Zielposition. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche bei einer Waschmaschine, bei der die Zielposition auch erreicht werden soll, wenn in der Waschtrommel (2) Wasser steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine weitere Abschaltposition vorbestimmt ist, welche aktiv ist, wenn Wasser in der Waschtrommel steht und nach der die Waschtrommel (2) in die Zielposition weiterdreht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl der Waschtrommel (2) in der Antriebsphase kleiner als eine Schleuderdrehzahl der Waschmaschine ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl der Waschtrommel (2) in der Antriebsphase kleiner als eine Waschdrehzahl der Waschmaschine ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Waschtrommel (2) in der Antriebsphase um einige Vollumdrehungen dreht.
