Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for soil improvement, according to the injections of binder suspension from a variety of over a floor surface boreholes arranged distributed over an area grid.
- method for soil improvement of this type are used to introduce hardening solids, which are suspended in suspensions in the soil to support the load to improve the soil and avoid subsidence.
- the injections can in the jet immediately after drilling from a suitably prepared one Drill rods are deployed. It is also known to be injected through in Drill holes to run built-in valve pipes or single valves to already to compensate for settling of the soil surface.
- the valve tubes are here connected to simple supply lines and closed at the free end, while the individual valves are each integrated in individual line loops, the inflow and ensure reflux. In the following, only valves are often simplified addressed.
- a nozzle jet method is described for example in DE 43 11 917. in this connection become circular disc-shaped by rotating a drill pipe with high pressure nozzles erosion areas in a common plane are formed in the ground.
- An injection process in which valve-controlled pressings from built-in valve pipes are applied is z. B. described in DE 35 21 434 A1. in this connection the valve tubes are in particular fan-shaped from the side under an existing one Building led.
- the present invention has for its object a method for soil improvement to provide the economical compared to conventional methods is cheaper.
- An at least two-stage process is hereby proposed, in which in a first phase a general improvement of the soil is carried out with economical use of material and in a further phase the prerequisites are created that in at least one subsequent supplementary phase additional improvements are carried out depending on the situation, i.e. depending on the location become.
- the valve-controlled injections of a supplementary phase can be carried out in the case of observed subsidence during or after completion of the building to be constructed. In order to observe the subsidence or the success of the valve-controlled injections, the building must be equipped with measuring levels for measuring surface movements.
- a favorable embodiment consists in a method with the additional method step:
- nozzle-jet injections nozzle-jet fracturing
- nozzle-jet fracturing are carried out at different heights and in different directions from uncased boreholes arranged according to a second grid which differs from the first.
- An at least three-stage method is hereby proposed, in which in a first phase there is a general improvement of the soil using economical materials, in a second phase there is a supplementary improvement in which the quality of the improvement achieved can already be determined and assessed by observing the surface of the soil, and then in a further phase the prerequisites are created so that in at least one subsequent additional phase additional improvements can be carried out depending on the situation, that is to say locally differentiated again, and can be carried out as required.
- first jet Phase or in the second case also immediately after the second phase the drilling of each borehole of the first grid or each Drill hole of the second grid by means of a drill pipe with a nozzle opening when pulling the drill pipe.
- the holes of the further grid which are equipped with valves, can be used for large grid dimension of the first grid or the second grid separately and alone to be equipped with valves.
- part of the holes of the first Grid are used for the further grid, or that when using of the second method, the entirety of the holes of the second grid as another grid for the further phase, d. H. so for the fitting with valves, be used.
- All injections to be performed i.e. H. i.e. the jet injection (nozzle fracturing) the first and possibly the second phase as well as the valve-controlled Injections of the supplementary phase are preferred with the same Type of suspension carried out so that only a single processing plant is required to produce suspension.
- the process is particularly suitable for shallow foundations up to a treatment depth of approx. 10 m from the top of the site.
- the method may appear suitable as a replacement for deep foundations in numerous cases.
- the goal is the settlement-free removal of bed tensions from 100 to approx. 1000 kN / m 2 .
- the method according to the invention is particularly suitable for improving foundation soils with locally different load intensities and thus for overcoming the differentiation usually associated therewith.
- the method according to the invention can compensate for overall settlements and Differentiation can be used at different loads, for example can have a different settlement behavior of columns compared to Hall floors as well as different settlement behavior of parts with different Number of floors or different foundation depths in the sense of a Compensation are taken into account.
- the said compensation of the different Settlements are based on geodetic observation or measurement the settlement phenomena with known and suitable means ahead. Through the only if necessary, valve-controlled injections of the aforementioned additional Phase, a low use of materials is observed. The representation is exaggerated high degrees of improvement due to uniform needs assumptions for an overall area is thus avoided.
- Standardized injection quantities can be used in particular for different soil parameters are used for the jet injection, so that the implementation the process can be standardized and simplified and by individual Decisions in the first phase becomes independent.
- a simple exploration hole can be sufficient for the parameter determination according to which the Injection quantities can be selected in a table.
- the surface of the soil is treated Area covered with a square grid with approx. 4.25 m grid dimension.
- the intersection of the grid can the location of the first holes and of the jet injections of the first phase.
- Another like The grid is preferably offset by half the hole spacing of the first grid torn open on the ground surface, the intersection of which is the location of the second Drill holes and jet phase second phase injections determined in the further phase with valve pipes or individual valves, from which the The additional phases are pressed.
- the grid dimension of the second grid may also be wider than that of the first, e.g. of double Size.
- the drilling for the first phase is carried out with suspension flushing to the final depth tB, with drilling fluid escaping from the ground surface is avoided if possible.
- Drill pipe with suitable sealing sleeves are proposed below. From the holes of the first grid after reaching the final depth, the nozzle opening for suspension equipped drill pipe in steps of 10 to 20 cm, on average 15 cm and swiveled by 90 ° from level to level. At each level there is one Predetermined injection quantity in the high-pressure nozzle jet depending on the soil parameters applied. The amount of injection is preferred with decreasing depth of step reduced to level. This causes the range of the slats to approximate trained equally large.
- the drill pipe is graded in steps of 10 to 20 cm pulled and swiveled by 90 ° from level to level.
- the injection quantity can already be dependent on the which are achieved are measured. They usually become dependent of the soil conditions the injection quantities of the first phase by a constant Reduced factor used as injection quantities of the second phase.
- This Floor elevations can be monitored with previously set up measuring levels.
- valve-controlled pressing be balanced, which take place in the medium pressure range and in which at different heights from the individual valve openings or from the different ones Individual valves installed at predetermined heights each be applied.
- others can Injections of this supplementary (final) phase only from a subset the installed valves, e.g. B. every second valve in a horizontal line or it can be the valve-controlled injections of this supplementary phase can be repeated several times from the individual valves.
- the area to be treated becomes common after the completion of the first phase provided with a series of measuring levels for measuring surface movements, so that the surface movements caused by the injection of the second phase can be determined. If equal amounts added same ground elevations between the individual boreholes can lead to Achieve a desired homogeneity.
- excavated soil that goes deeper should be than the upper limit of the injection area.
- the supply lines the valve pipes or the individual valves are to be protected and functional hold and, if necessary, connect with extension leads that are permanent remain operational. After completing the floor slab or structure measurement levels are installed on or at these again.
- the amount added is assumed to be 2 to 5% of the treated soil volume. Suspensions with a high solids content are to be used here Volume in the hardened state does not deviate significantly from the liquid volume.
- the method according to the invention can be used for relevant soil improvement up to 1 m away from the ground surface, but better only up to 2 m away from the Soil surface can be used.
- the work schedule should lie above the later foundation sole. After pushing a foundation excavation becomes a fleece layer and a layer of gravel about 30 cm thick applied and compacted. The supply lines of the valves are extended and shielded. Then the foundations and the base plate are made.
- Figure 1 is a plan view of a floor surface with solid Lines shown a first square grid 1 and with dash-dotted lines in relation to each one by half grid offset second grid 2.
- grid points 3 of the first grid 1 define the boreholes for jet injection a first phase;
- the grid points 4 of the second Grids define the drill holes for jet injections a second phase, which also includes the installation positions for the Play valve pipes or individual valves, their installation in another phase. If in a simplified Carrying out the process the further phase of installing the Valves immediately the first phase of jet injections follows, d. H. no second phase jet injections are made, define the grid points 4 of the second The drill holes for receiving the valve pipes or individual valves in the further phase.
