Claims (3)
- Wärmetauscher (10) mit mindestens einem Anschlußelement (11), insbesondere ÖI-Wasser-Wärmetauscher für den Einsatz in einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei dieser aus gelöteten Stapelscheiben (21) und Abschlußplatten (18) besteht, aufweisendmindestens je einen Einlaß (15) und einen Auslaß (16) für das zu kühlende Fluid,mindestens je einen Kühlmitteleinlaß (13) und einen Kühlmittelauslaß (14) sowieAnschlußmittel für die Fluidkreisläufe, die zumindest teilweise aus Haltevorrichtungen (17) bestehen,vollständig als Teil der Abschlußplatten ausgebildet sind,mit dem mindestens einem Anschlußelement (11) über Aufnahmen (19) verbunden sind, wobei die Aufnahmen (19) im wesentlichen verformungsfrei mit den Haltevorrichtungen (17) im Formschluß stehen.
- Wärmetauscher (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (17) und / oder die Aufnahmen (19) Arretierungen (31) aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Wärmetauschers (10) mit mindestens einem Anschlußelement (11) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen diesen Bauelementen durch Verformung, insbesondere Umbiegen, der Haltevorrichtungen (17) erfolgt.
