Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Erhöhung des Wasserrückhaltevermögens von Papierfaserstoffen bei dem der Papierfaserstoff mit einer Stoffdichte von mindestens 20 % und bei einer Temperatur über 45° C durch Knetdispergierung (3) bearbeitet wird, wobei die Bearbeitungszeit in der Knetdispergierung (3) mindestens 10 sec beträgt und bei dem die der Knetdispergierung (3) folgende Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) bis zur Maschinenbütte (5) der Papiermaschine (PM) in einer Verweilzeit von nicht länger als 30 min abgeschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Knetdispergierung (3) bei einer Stofftemperatur über 90° C durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Knetdispergierung (3) bei einer Stofftemperatur über 110° C durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die in der Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) insgesamt übertragene spezifische Arbeit nicht größer ist als 10 kWh/to. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die in der Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) insgesamt übertragene spezifische Arbeit nicht größer ist als 5 kWh/to. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,

dass die Temperatur des Stoffes in der Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) nicht höher als 50° C eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Verweilzeit des Stoffes in der Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) höchstens 8 min beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in der Nachbearbeitungsphase (4) keine Maschinen zur Mahlung der Papierfasern verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass vor oder während der Knetdispergierung (3) eine Dampfbehandlung des Papierstoffes erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass vor oder während der Knetdispergierung (3) dem Papierfaserstoff Chemikalien (7) zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zugeführten Chemikalien (7) Ozongas enthalten.
