Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Münzen eines Münzenkollektivs mit einer Münzenzuführvorrichtung (1), mit einer an die Münzenzuführvorrichtung (1) anschließenden Sortierplatte (2) aufweisend eine Anlaufkante (3), eine entlang der Anlaufkante (3) verlaufenden Führungsleiste (4) sowie eine auf verschiedene Münzendurchmesser abgestufte Folge von Sortieröffnungen (5) mit in Förderrichtung ansteigenden Querschnitt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sortierplatte (2) als Wechselsortierplatte (2) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselsortierplatte (2) zumindest eine Justierfläche (6) und zumindest ein Anschlagelement (7) aufweist, wobei die Wechselsortierplatte (2) im Zuge ihres Einsatzes in die Vorrichtung mittels eines mit der Justierfläche (6) wechselwirkenden und maschinenfesten Justierelements (8) mit dem Anschlagelement (7) gegen einen maschinenfesten Anschlag (9) anrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselsortierplatte (2) zumindest ein Fixierelement (10), vorzugsweise eine Rändelschraube zur Fixierung der eingesetzten Wechselsortierplatte 2 auf einer Trägerplatte (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justierfläche (6) gegenüber der Längserstreckung der Wechselsortierplatte (2) abgewinkelt ist und daß das Anschlagelement (7) an einem Ende der Wechselsortierplatte (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justierfläche (6) in einer Ausnehmung (12) der Wechselsortierplatte (2) angeordnet ist, und daß das maschinenfeste Justierelement (8) als in die Ausnehmung (12) eingreifender Stift (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselsortierplatte (2) an einer in Längserstreckung verlaufenden Kante (13) zumindest eine seitlich vorstehende Haltelasche (14) aufweist, welche in eine maschinenfeste Halteausnehmung (15) einführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltelasche (14) in der Halteausnehmung (15), vorzugsweise mittels einer Haltefeder (16), kraftschlüssig gegen die Trägerplatte (11) andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltelasche (14) und das Fixierelement (10), bezogen auf die Quererstreckung der Wechselsortierplatte (2), einander unmittelbar oder versetzt gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wechselsortierplatte (5) zumindest eine Schieberausnehmung (18) eingerichtet ist.
- Wechselsortierplattensatz für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselsortierplatten (2) eines Wechselsortierplattensatzes für verschiedene Münzenkollektive ausgelegt sind.
- Verfahren zur Umstellung einer Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Münzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 auf verschiedene Münzenkollektive, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wechselsortierplatte für ein Münzenkollektiv gegen eine Wechselsortierplatte für ein anderes Münzenkollektiv ausgetauscht wird.
