Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum automatisierten Umschlag von an Lastaufnahmemitteln eines Umschlaggerätes angeschlagenen Lasten, insbesondere von ISO-Containem, mittels eines Spreaders, dessen Ecken über vier axial verschiebbare Pendelstützen mit dem sich im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckenden Traggerüst einer Hubtraverse verbunden sind, die ihrerseits im Bereich ihrer Eckpunkte an vier Seilen eines Hubwerkes aufgehängt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß das Hubwerk Teil einer starren Lastführung (4) ist, wobei zwischen der Lastführung und der Hubtraverse (5) ein sowohl als Momentenstütze als auch der Verschiebung und Verschwenkung der Hubtraverse gegenüber der Lastführung dienendes Zylinderpaar (7.1;7.2) angelenkt ist und daß Sensoren vorgesehen sind, mit denen die relative Ausrichtung der Hubtraverse (5) zum Spreader (2) und/oder zur Lastführung (4) in jeder Position erfaßbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Zylinderpaar (7.1;7.2) derartig angeordnet ist, daß die beiden KolbenZylinder-Einheiten mindestens im eingefahrenen Zustand die Seiten eines gleichschenkliges Dreieck beschreiben, im Bereich dessen Spitze (5.4) beide Zylinder (7.1;7.2) an der Hubtraverse (5) angelenkt sind, während die entgegengesetzten Enden der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (7.1;7.2) beidseitig der Lastführung (4) in einer gemeinsamen horizontalen Ebene (7) gelenkig angeschlagen sind. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Zylinderpaar (7.1;7.2) aus doppelt wirkenden Einzelzylindern besteht, die an ihren Fußflanschen fest miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lastführung (4) durch die vertikal geführte Lastführung (Beam) eines entsprechenden Umschlaggerätes ausgebildet ist, an der sich die Hubtraverse (5) in ihrer Querrichtung mittels einer in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufenden Führung abgestützt. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 4,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führung als Führungsschiene (5.3) für eine stimseitig der Lastführung (4) angeordnete, um eine horizontale Achse drehbare Laufrolle (17) ausgebildet ist, der an den Flanken der Führungsschiene (5.3) abrollbare seitliche Stützrollen (18) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Laufflächen der Laufrolle (17) und der Stützrollen (18) ballig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Hubtraverse (5) und Spreader (2) quer und längs zum Spreader (2) ausgerichtete, als Dämpfer einsetzbare Kolben-ZylinderEinheiten (9.1;9.2) im wesentliche horizontal angeordnet sind, deren Zylinderräume beim Aufsetzen des Spreaders (2) auf den Container (20) drucklos schaltbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Hubtraverse (5) und Spreader (2) ein mechanischer Anschlag (2.2) vorgesehen ist, mit dem der vertikale Freiraum zwischen den Bauteilen begrenzbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die komplette Hydraulikanlagen (Powerpack 2.4), die elektrische Steuerung sowie die Datenkommunikation des Spreaders (2) und der Hubtraverse (5) auf dem Spreader (2) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sämtliche Ausrichtungen des Spreaders (2) gegenüber der Hubtraverse (5) elektronisch erfaßbar und auswertbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausrichtung des Spreaders (2) in Brücken- und Katzfahrrichtung über die elektronisch ermittelte Relativbewegung der Pendelstützen (6) gegenüber der Aufhängung in der Hubtraverse (5) erfaßbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum automatischen Umschlag nach Anspruch 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Verdrehsicherung der mit der Hubtraverse im Bereich ihrer Eckpunkte verbundenen Seile die Seilenden in quaderartigen Seilverbindungen aufgenommen sind und daß an jedem Seil eine Verstellvorrichtung in der Form von Zwischenbeilagescheiben für die Ausgleichung der Hubseillänge vorgesehen ist.
