Abstract

Ein Faltverdeck (1) für ein Cabriolet-Fahrzeug weist ein seitliches Klappgestänge (2) mit paarweise symmetrisch zur Fahrzeug-Längsmittelebene gegenüberliegenden Gestängeschenkeln auf. Deren Parallelogrammlenker bilden eine vordere und eine hintere Viergelenkkette (P,R), die im Bereich eines gemeinsamen Verbindungsschenkels mit zumindest drei Gelenkpunkten abgestützt sind. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Faltverdeck (1) ist der Verbinder zwischen den beiden Viergelenkketten (P,R) als ein einen rückwärtigen Führungsschenkel (7) der vorderen Viergelenkkette (P) sowie eine vordere Hauptführungs-stange (8) der hinteren Viergelenkkette (R) mit einem Höhenabstand (H) in jeweils einem deren Gelenkpunkte (A,B) abstützender Gelenkträger (6) ausgebildet und diesem die vordere Viergelenkkette (P) mit dem den dritten Gelenkpunkt (C) bildenden Vorderlenker (9) zugeordnet.
