Claims (18)
- Verteiler für flüssige Produkte, umfassend einen Behälter (R), der mit Entnahmemitteln (P) für das Produkt versehen ist, die durch Axialverschiebung des Behälters in Bezug zu einem Spritzrohr (T), von dem ein Teil außerhalb des Behälters vorragt, betätigt werden können, wobei der Verteiler einerseits eine Ableitung (1), die dicht an den äußeren Teil des Spritzrohrs (T) angeschlossen ist und durch einen Ansatz (2) hindurchgeht, der starr mit einem Gehäuse (B) verbunden ist, das den Behälter (R) umfasst, und andererseits zumindest einen Seitenflügel (11, 12) umfasst, der entlang einer im Wesentlichen radialen Richtung betätigt werden kann und mit dem Behälter oder Spritzrohr im Eingriff steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seitenflügel eine Nocke (110, 120) trägt, die dazu bestimmt ist, durch Gleitkontakt mit mindestens einer geneigten Wand (21, 22) zusammenzuwirken, die mit dem Ansatz (2) verbunden ist, so dass ein im Wesentlichen radialer Schub auf den Flügel (11, 12) zu einer Axialverschiebung des Spritzrohrs (T) in Bezug auf den Behälter (R) führt und die Abgabe des Produktes sicher stellt.
- Verteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter abnehmbar in dem Gehäuse (B) angeordnet ist, das an seinem oberen Teil durch den Ansatz (2) begrenzt ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (11, 12) eine Außenseite (11c, 12c), die einen Druckknopf bildet, umfasst, deren Mantellinien zumindest teilweise zu jenen der Leitung (1) parallel sind.
- Verteiler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Außenseite (11c, 12c), die einen Druckknopf bildet, versenkt in Öffnungen (20), die auf der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (B) vorgesehen sind, erstreckt.
- Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite (11c, 12c), die einen Druckknopf bildet, Rillen (13) umfasst.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Ansatz (2) nach unten durch eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Schürze (22) verlängert, die an ihrem unteren Teil mit Mitteln (23) zur Befestigung am Gehäuse (B) versehen ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (B) mit einem Satz von zwei diametral gegenüber liegenden Flügeln (11, 12) versehen ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (1b) der Leitung (1) mit einer Zerstäubungsdüse (10) versehen ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (1) an das Spritzrohr (T) durch Einstecken mit radialem Verschluss angeschlossen ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (R) im Inneren des Gehäuses (B) festgestellt ist, während der Flügel (11, 12) mit dem Spritzrohr (T) verbunden ist und die geneigte Wand (21, 22) nach unten zur Ableitung (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Verteiler nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ableitung (1) gleitend im Inneren des Ansatzes (2) befestigt ist, während der Behälter (R) in einem Sockel (3) festgestellt ist, der eventuell abnehmbar am Gehäuse (B) befestigt ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (11, 12) mit einem Verbindungsarm (11a, 12a) versehen ist, der eine Querstrebe mit der Leitung (1) bildet.
- Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (110, 120) von einem Buckel gebildet ist, der von der Innenseite (11b, 12b) des Flügels (11, 12) getragen wird.
- Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (11, 12) fest mit dem Behälter (R) verbunden ist, der axial im Inneren des Gehäuses (B) beweglich ist, während die geneigte Wand (21, 22) nach oben zur Ableitung (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Verteiler nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ableitung (1) fest in dem Ansatz (2) befestigt ist, während der Behälter (R) in einer Innenbohrung (32) des Gehäuses (B) gleitet.
- Verteiler nach einem der Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (11, 12) auf dem Hals des Behälters (R) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsringes (121) befestigt ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (110, 120) von dem unteren Rand der Außenseite (11c, 12c) des Flügels (11, 12) gebildet ist.
- Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigten Wände (21, 22) Kontaktflächen mit den Nocken (110, 120) aufweisen, deren Gefälle variabel ist.
