Claims (12)
- Beschlageinheit zur Montage an einem Fenster, einer Tür od. dgl., umfassend eine Stulpschiene (12) sowie ein mit der Stulpschiene (12) relativ zu dieser in deren Längsrichtung beweglich verbundenes Antriebselement (20), insbesondere eine entsprechende Treibstange (21), wobei die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), in einer Relativ-Sollage in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung über ein Sicherungselement (1) vorläufig gegen Relativbewegung in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung aneinander gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), über das Sicherungselement (1) in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei aneinander gehalten sind.
- Beschlageinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) einerseits und dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), andererseits jeweils in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei verbunden und wenigstens eine dieser im wesentlichen spielfreien Verbindungen über einen Niet hergestellt ist mit einem Nietschaft (6), der ein Loch (16) an wenigstens einem der miteinander vernieteten Teile durchsetzt, wobei das oder wenigstens ein Loch (16) gegenüber dem Nietschaft (6) im Ausgangszustand vor dem Herstellen der Nietverbindung ein übermaß in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung aufweist und wobei das oder wenigstens ein mit einem Loch (16) mit Übermaß gegenüber dem Nietschaft (6) im Ausgangszustand versehenes Teil ein Formschlußelement aufweist, mit dem oder denen sich der Niet im umgeformten Zustand nach dem Herstellen der Nietverbindung in einem in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung wirksamen Formschlußeingriff befindet.
- Beschlageinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder wenigstens ein von dem Nietschaft (6) durchsetztes Loch (16) mit Übermaß gegenüber letzterem im Ausgangszustand an dem zu dem Nietschaft (6) hin liegenden und in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Teil seiner Wandung als Formschlußelement wenigstens einen Vor- und/oder wenigstens einen Rücksprung (33) aufweist, mit dem oder denen sich der Niet im umgeformten Zustand nach dem Herstellen der Nietverbindung insbesondere an dem Nietschaft (6) in einem in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung wirksamen Formschlußeingriff befindet.
- Beschlageinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) einerseits und dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), andererseits jeweils in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei verbunden und wenigstens eine dieser im wesentlichen spielfreien Verbindungen gebildet ist mittels wenigstens einer Aufnahme (26) an dem einen und wenigstens eines in die zugeordnete Aufnahme (26) in Stulpschienenquerrichtung eintauchenden Vorsprungs (8) an dem anderen der miteinander verbundenen Teile.
- Beschlageinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Vorsprünge (8) zur in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfreien Verbindung des Sicherungselementes (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) und/ oder mit dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), durch Relativbewegung von Stulpschiene (12) und Antriebselement (20), insbesondere Treibstange (21), abscherbar ist oder sind.
- Beschlageinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) dauerhaft verbunden und als Schraubenführungselement ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlageinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) dauerhaft verbunden und als Klemmelement ausgebildet ist, mittels dessen die Beschlageinheit (11) in einer Beschlagteilnut (36) an einem Rahmen des betreffenden Fensters, der betreffenden Tür od. dgl. klemmend festlegbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Beschlageinheit (11) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), relativ zueinander in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung beweglich miteinander verbunden und anschließend in eine Relativ-Sollage in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung überführt und mittels des Sicherungselementes (1) vorläufig gegen Relativbewegung in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung aneinander festgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), über das Sicherungselement (1) in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei aneinander festgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), zunächst relativ zueinander in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung in eine der Relativ-Sollage nahekommende Relativlage vorjustiert und anschließend in die Relativ-Sollage feinjustiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) nach der Vorjustage von Stulpschiene (12) und Antriebselement (20), insbesondere Treibstange (21), an der Stulpschiene (12) und dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), einerseits in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlich spielfrei angebracht und andererseits mit Spiel in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung angeordnet wird, ehe es nach der Feinjustage von Stulpschiene (12) und Antriebselement (20), insbesondere Treibstange (21), auch an dem zweiten dieser Teile in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung spielfrei angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (1) mit der Stulpschiene (12) und dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), wenigstens einerseits in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei vernietet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Funktionseinrichtung an der Stulpschiene (12) und/oder an dem Antriebselement (20), insbesondere der Treibstange (21), welche in Einbaulage der Beschlageinheit (11) einer Funktionseinrichtung einer anderen Beschlageinheit oder eines anderen Beschlagteils zugeordnet ist, vorgesehen wird, nachdem die Stulpschiene (12) und das Antriebselement (20), insbesondere die Treibstange (21), mittels des Sicherungselementes (1) in der Relativ-Sollage in Stulpschienenlängsrichtung im wesentlichen spielfrei aneinander festgelegt worden sind.
