Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Beschriftung einer Kunststoffoberfläche, wobei das Verfahren mindestens die folgenden Schritte aufweist:a) Aufbringen einer mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisenden Zusammensetzung auf eine Kunststoffoberfläche,b) Bestrahlen der Kunststoffoberfläche mit Licht aus einer Lichtquelle.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle ein Laser ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente temperaturbeständig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisende Zusammensetzung noch mindestens eine Kunststoffkomponente umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente gleichmäßig in der mindestens einen Kunststoffkomponente dispergiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Kunststoffkomponente aus feinen Partikeln besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Kunststoffkomponente aus ungefärbten Kunstsoffpartikeln und die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aus homogenen oder zusammengesetzten Farbpartikeln gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisende Zusammensetzung in Pulverform oder als Suspension auf die Kunststoffoberfläche aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisende Zusammensetzung ein Vernetzungsmittel umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernetzungsmittel thermisch und/oder UV-aktivierbar ist.
- Eine mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisende Zusammensetzung, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 definiert.
- Verwendung der mindestens eine farbgebende Komponente aufweisende Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11 zur Beschriftung von mindestens einer Kunststoffoberfläche.
