Claims (6)
- Procédé pour le coffrage de parois (1) d'un tunnel (2) avec une première et une seconde sections de tunnel (A, B) à l'aide d'un coffrage (8) pouvant être séparé en au moins un coffrage (5) latéral et une calotte de plafond (6) et déplaçable avec un chariot de coffrage (7), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) éloignement du coffrage (5) latéral de la paroi (1) terminée et abaissement du chariot de coffrage (7) une fois que le béton a obtenu une rigidité suffisante dans la section (9) bétonnée du tunnel (2).b) Détachement de la calotte de plafond (6) pour la construction d'une couverture de tunnel de la section de tunnel (A) du chariot de coffrage (7) et procédé du chariot de coffrage (7) dans une zone de tunnel contiguë avec l'autre section du tunnel (B).c) Pose d'une calotte de plafond (11) pour la fabrication d'un plafond de tunnel (12) avec l'autre section de tunnel (B) sur le chariot de coffrage (7) et adaptation du coffrage (5) latéral et de la calotte de plafond (11) à la cote prescrite de l'autre section de tunnel (B).d) Bétonnage de la cavité (13) entre le coffrage (8) et la paroi de tunnel.e) Répétition des étapes du procédé a) jusqu'à d).
- Procédé selon l'a revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la calotte de plafond (6) pour la fabrication d'un plafond de tunnel (10) de la section de tunnel (A) dans une zone (15) déjà construite et durcie du tunnel (2) est fixée sur la paroi (1) et y reste de façon temporaire. - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que la calotte de plafond (6) pour la fabrication d'un plafond de tunnel (10) de la section de tunnel (A) est déplacée sur le chariot de coffrage (7) abaissé à l'emplacement où la calotte de plafond (6) reste de façon temporaire sur la paroi (1) et le chariot de coffrage (7) est déplacé sans la calotte de plafond (6) dans une section (16) à reconstruire du tunnel (2), après quoi les étapes du procédé c), d) et e) sont mises en oeuvre. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que la calotte de plafond (11) pour la fabrication du plafond de tunnel (12) de la section de tunnel (B) est transportée dans l'état plié vers l'intérieur sous un chariot de traitement complémentaire (17) en direction de la nouvelle section du tunnel (16) à construire vers le chariot de coffrage (7) ou sous le chariot de coffrage (7). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que les sections de tunnel (A, B) sont différentes, en particulier de grandeur différente. - Coffrage pour le coffrage de parois (1) d'un tunnel (2) avec une section de tunnel (A, B) et un intérieur de tunnel (22), comprenant un chariot de coffrage (7) avec un coffrage (7) latéral et une calotte de plafond (6, 11) pour la formation d'une pellicule de coffrage (18) ainsi que des vérins hydrauliques (19) pour le coffrage (5) latéral,
caractérisé en ce que la pellicule de coffrage (18) du coffrage (5) latéral avec les vérins cylindriques (19) est adaptée à la section de tunnel (A, B) respective et en ce que pour chaque section de tunnel (A, B) est prévue une calotte de plafond (6, 11) de grandeur appropriée et les calottes de plafond (6, 11) peuvent être pliées de telle sorte qu'elles peuvent être transportées au-dessous d'un chariot de traitement complémentaire et sous le chariot de coffrage (7) et la pellicule de coffrage (18) du coffrage (5) latéral présente au moins une articulation (20) qui permet de plier une partie (21) inférieure de la pellicule de coffrage (18) du coffrage (5) latéral à l'intérieur du tunnel (22).
