Claims (18)
- Heftklammergerät mit einem in seinem vorderen Bereich einen Amboß (10) tragenden Bodenteil (14), mit einem an einem Lagerbock (12) im rückwärtigen Bereich des Bodenteils (14) um eine Querachse (16) begrenzt verschwenkbaren Klammermagazin (22), mit einem in einer Schubführung (24) des Klammermagazins (22) geführten, zu dessen Kopfteil (20) hin federunterstützten Klammerschieber (28), mit einem um die Querachse (16) gegenüber dem Klammermagazin (22) und dem Bodenteil (14) begrenzt verschwenkbaren, eine Magazinabdeckung (34) bildenden oder aufweisenden und einen in das Kopfteil (20) des Klammermagazins (22) eingreifenden Treiber (30) tragenden Kappenteil (32), wobei das Kappenteil (32) und das Klammermagazin (22) unter Mitnahme des Klammerschiebers (28) von einer Betriebsstellung in eine Ladestellung relativ zueinander verschiebbar sind, und mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus (50,52,54,56) zum lösbaren verschiebefesten Verbinden des Kappenteils (32) mit dem Klammermagazin (22) in der Betriebsstellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klammermagazin (22) verschiebefest mit dem Bodenteil (14) verbunden ist und daß das Kappenteil (32) gemeinsam mit der Magazinabdeckung (34) entlang einer Schubführung (40) gegenüber dem Klammermagazin (22) und dem Bodenteil (14) verschiebbar ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsmechanismus als zwischen Klammermagazin (22) und Kappenteil (32) oder Magazinabdeckung (34) angeordneter Rastmechanismus (50,52,54,56) ausgebildet ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkverbindung zwischen Bodenteil (14), Klammermagazin (22) und Kappenteil (32) bei aus der Betriebsstellung heraus verschobenem Kappenteil (32) gesperrt oder aufgetrennt ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubführung (40) für das Kappenteil (32) mindestens eine magazinseitige Führungskulisse (44) umfaßt, in die das Kappenteil (32) und/oder die mit ihm verschiebefest verbundene Magazinabdeckung (34) mit mindestens einem treiberseitig angeordneten Kulissenstein (46) eingreift.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungskulisse (44) einen parallel zur Verschieberichtung ausgerichteten Verschiebeabschnitt (48) und einen parallel zur Ausstoßrichtung des Treibers (30) ausgerichteten Endabschnitt (50) aufweist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeabschnitt (48) über eine Rastkurve (52) in den Endabschnitt (50) übergeht.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubführung (40) mindestens eine kappenteilseitige Führungskulisse (62,62') umfaßt, in die mindestens ein vorzugsweise in radialem Abstand von der Schwenkachse (16) angeordneter, bodenteilseitiger oder magazinseitiger Führungsnocken (64,64') eingreift.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kappenteilseitige Führungskulisse (62) einen parallel zur Verschieberichtung ausgerichteten Verschiebeabschnitt (66) und einen mit diesem verbundenen, in der Betriebsstellung konzentrisch zur Schwenkachse (16) ausgebildeten Schwenkabschnitt (68) aufweist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kappenteilseitige Pührungskulisse (62) im Bereich ihres Schwenkabschnitts (68) eine zur Querachse (16) hin entgegen der Verschieberichtung offene Flanke (70) aufweist.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Bodenteil (14) zwei bezüglich der Schwenkachse (16) einander diametral gegenüberliegende, in gleichem radialem Abstand von der Schwenkachse (16) angeordnete Führungs- und Sicherungsnocken (64,74) vorgesehen sind.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kappenteil (32) und das Klammermagazin (22) gemeinsam um die Schwenkachse (16) des Bodenteils (14) verschwenkbar sind.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazinabdeckung (34) in der Betriebsstellung des Kappenteils (32) am Klammermagazin (22) vorzugsweise mit Hilfe des Rastmechanismus (54,56) einrastbar ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kappenteil (32) in der Betriebsstellung gegenüber der am Klammermagazin (22) eingerasteten Magazinabdeckung (34) entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (36) begrenzt verschwenkbar ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem treiberseitigen Ende des Kappenteils (32) oder der Magazinabdeckung (34) und dem Klammerschieber (28) eine Zugfeder (26) angeordnet ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugfeder (26) als Rollfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastmechanismus eine unmittelbar oder mittelbar über das Kappenteil (32) von Hand betätigbare Auslösetaste aufweist.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die treiberseitigen Kulissensteine (46) als seitlich an der Magazinabdekkung (34) überstehende Zapfen ausgebildet sind, die in die nach innen offenen Führungskulissen (44) oder Führungsnuten des Klammermagazins (22) eingreifen.
- Heftklammergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bodenteilseitigen Führungs- und Sicherungsnocken (64,74) als in radialem Abstand von der Querachse (16) über den Lagerbock (12) überstehende Zapfen ausgebildet sind, die in die nach innen offenen Führungskulissen (62) des Kappenteils (32) eingreifen.
