Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine, bestehend aus einer Lackdosiereinheit (1), einer Lackauftragwalze (21) und einem Lackierzylinder (31), wobei über eine Kupplung während des Stillstand der Druckmaschine die Lackauftragwalze (21) über einen ersten Antriebsräderzug mit einem Antriebsmotor (M) in Wirkverbindung steht und während des Druck- und Lackiervorgangs die Lackauftragwalze (21) über einen zweiten Antriebsräderzug mit dem Lackierzylinder (31) über eine Kupplung in Wirkverbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
über die Kupplung (6) während des Druckens mit vom Lackierzylinder (31) abgestellter Lackauftragwalze (21) eine Wirkverbindung zwischen dem ersten Antriebsräderzug (4) und der Lackauftragwalze (21) schaltbar ist. - Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (6) als beidseitig wirkende, schaltbare Kupplung ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (6) formschlüssig ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (6) drehstarr und axial verschiebbar auf der Lackauftragwalzen-Welle (22) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (6) alternativ mit dem ersten Zahnrad (42) des ersten Antriebsräderzuges (4) oder mit dem ersten Zahnrad (52) des zweiten Antriebsräderzuges (5) verbindbar ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das erste Zahnrad (42) des ersten Antriebsräderzuges (4) als auch das erste Zahnrad (52) des zweiten Antriebsräderzuges (5) axial gesichert und drehbeweglich auf der Lackauftragwalzen-Welle (22) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lackauftragwalze (21) als Lackdosiereinheit (1) ein Lackreservoir (11) und eine darin laufende Lackschöpfwalze (12) mit einer Dosierwalze (13) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Antrieb einer Lackiereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lackauftragwalze (21) als Lackdosiereinheit (1) ein Kammerrakel zugeordnet ist.
