Claims (5)
- Druckmaschinen-Flüssigkeitsversorgungsschrank für Feuchtwasser-Offsetdruckmaschinen, enthaltend eine Feuchtwasseraufbereitungseinrichtung (36) zur Aufbereitung von Feuchtwasser und einen Feuchtwasserweg mit einer Pumpe (76) zur Förderung dieses aufbereiteten Feuchtwassers zu einer Feuchtwasser-Offsetdruckmaschine, ferner enthaltend eine Reinigungswasser-Versorgungseinrichtung (40, 46, 48, 50) zur Versorgung einer Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) der Offsetdruckmaschine mit Reinigungswasser (24) zum feuchten Reinigen von mindestens einem rotierenden Zylinder (2) der Offsetdruckmaschine; weiter enthaltend elektrische Steuermittel (98, 99) für die Feuchtwasseraufbereitungseinrichtung (36) und deren Pumpe (76) und für die Reinigungswasser-Versorgungseinrichtung (40, 46, 48, 50),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungswasser-Versorgungseinrichtung (40,46,48,50) einen eigenen Reinigungswasserweg (22) aufweist, welcher von dem Feuchtwasserweg und dessen Pumpe (76) getrennt ist. - Druckmaschinen-Flüssigkeitsversorgungsschrank nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Datenschnittstelle (100) zum Anschluss der elektrischen Steuermittel (98, 99) der Feuchtwasseraufbereitungseinrichtung (36) und der Reinigungswasser-Versorgungseinrichtung (40, 46, 48, 50) an eine übergeordnete Steuereinrichtung der Druckmaschine vorgesehen ist. - Druckmaschinen-Flüssigkeitsversorgungsschrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wärmetauscherkreislauf (86) zum Wärmetausch zwischen dem Feuchtwasser (32) und dem Reinigungswasser (24) vorgesehen ist. - Druckmaschinen-Flüssigkeitsversorgungsschrank nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Waschmittel-Versorgungseinrichtung (102, 104, 106) zur Zufuhr von flüssigem Waschmittel zur Druckmaschine oder zu einer Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) der Druckmaschine enthält. - Druckmaschinen-Flüssigkeitsversorgungseinrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch einen Flüssigkeitsversorgungsschrank für Feuchtwasser-Offsetdruckmaschinen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Reinigungswasserweg (22) an die Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) angeschlossen ist und die Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) ein an den zu reinigenden Zylinder andrückbares und taktweise transportierbares Waschtuch (6) aufweist.
