Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hinge for doors or windows, with a wing hinge to be attached to a wing, which is articulated with an articulated axis to a frame hinge to be fastened to a frame, with an integrated in the wing hinge, horizontal wing adjustment shaping side adjustment device, and with vertical wing adjustment height adjustment device, which is integrated together with the side adjustment device in the wing hinge.
  • a frame band is known from DE 197 32 702 A1.
  • Hinged hinges serve as connecting elements between the sash and the frame. They allow the sash to be pivoted on the frame. They must also be able to adjust the door leaf in relation to the frame. Conventional and generally known rotary hinges with the features mentioned at the outset are designed in such a way that the side adjustment devices which allow horizontal wing adjustments and the height adjustment devices which allow vertical wing adjustment are integrated in the wing strap.
  • the frame hinge is relieved accordingly and / or the hinge axis with respect to any constructive training for reasons of height and / or side adjustment.
  • a conventional hinge axis can be used and the frame hinge can also be designed in a conventional manner.
  • a relative height adjustment between the sash hinge and the frame hinge is avoided. there is no gap between the two that should be covered.
  • the hinge axis is not pushed upwards out of the frame hinge, so that the hinge band could be correspondingly destabilized.
  • the height adjustment device and the side adjustment device can be integrated in the wing hinge in such a way that an advantageous construction results, in principle also with regard to avoiding a tipping of the wing hinge on the wing.
  • the adjustment devices according to DE 197 32 702 A1 are implemented by means of cost-intensive and labor-intensive eccentric devices, which also require a relatively large amount of space.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a hinge with the features mentioned that a technically simple means always allows a safe adjustment, requires little space for the adjusting device and is equally inexpensive to manufacture.
  • the height and the side adjustment device each have an adjusting body which is coupled to the holding plate and acts on the wing hinge and which slidably engages in the holding plate transversely to an adjusting track.
  • the height adjustment device thus has an adjustment body exclusively assigned to it, as does the side adjustment device. Both are arranged side by side and act quasi parallel, so that the hinge as a result can be built flat. Constructive and functional influences on the height and side adjustment device are excluded.
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the hinge is achieved in that the height and side adjustment devices cooperate with a holding plate attached to the wing.
  • the holding plate can be fixed to the wing according to the fastening requirements of the wing hinge. It lies directly on the wing, so does not clamp any other parts of the wing hinge between itself and the wing in order to secure the wing hinge.
  • the stop position of the holding plate on the wing consequently directly determines the positioning of the height and side adjustment devices. Therefore, only predetermined component tolerances are decisive for a possible deviation of a position of the wing hinge from a target position. Such deviations are structurally manageable. It can not happen that the holding plate tilts or even unauthorized access to fasteners of the holding plate on the wing is opened because of exposed screws.
  • the holding plate is designed as a screw-on plate. Screw-on technology is common and can be mastered with little tooling.
  • the fastening means namely fastening screws, can contribute significantly to the load transfer of the wing to the wing hinge.
  • the hinge can be characterized in that the holding plate has a first guideway which extends transversely to a height adjustment path of the height adjustment device and that the holding plate has a second guideway which extends transversely to a side adjustment path of the side adjustment device.
  • the height adjustment track and the side adjustment track ensure height and side adjustments without any adjustment or to have to influence the height adjustment device in any way.
  • the adjustment devices do not interfere with each other.
  • all positions of the wing in the wing plane can be achieved by influencing the height and / or the lateral adjustment device within the framework of the constructionally specified setting limits. It is not absolutely necessary for the elements of the adjustment devices to be arranged either horizontally or vertically.
  • a guideway is formed by two guide strips which point towards one another in the same plane at a distance from the holding plate.
  • the guide rails ensure linear adjustments of the height and side adjustment devices.
  • they enable a simple structural design of the holding plate, combined with simple manufacture and reliability.
  • the rotary hinge can expediently be designed such that the two adjusting bodies are each arranged in a guide recess in a guide wall of the wing hinge and engage behind this.
  • the guide wall of the wing hinge thus becomes the central installation area of the adjustment body in the wing hinge. This also contributes to a compact and therefore stable design of the rotating belt.
  • At the same time is achieved by reaching behind the guide wall with the adjusting bodies, so that the guide wall and thus the wing hinge can be held in a predetermined position relative to the wing. Reaching out prevents the sash from moving away from the sash.
  • the rotating hinge is designed such that a recess receiving a holding plate is formed on both sides of a guide wall of the wing hinge.
  • the rotating band In order to achieve a compact and massive construction of the rotating band, it can be designed in such a way that the guide wall has through openings to fastening points of the holding plate.
  • the passage openings are aligned with the fastening points of the holding plates in a predetermined position or in a predetermined range of positions. The latter is advantageous since then no adjustment of the wing hinge has to be carried out in order to reach the fastening points of the holding plate. The latter would be necessary if the sash hinge cannot be adjusted without loosening the fastening points.
  • the rotating hinge In the sense of a compact design of the rotating hinge, it is designed in such a way that the recess around the adjustment paths of the wing hinge is dimensioned larger than the holding plate. In this case, the adjustment of the wing hinge can be limited accordingly, since this comes to rest on the holding plate after a maximum adjustment path has been reached.
  • an expedient design of the hinge with regard to its adjustability is achieved in that an adjusting screw with an adjusting nut adjustable on the screw shaft is present as the adjusting means of an adjusting body, which lies in a form-fitting manner in the adjusting body, and that a screw head is rotatably but axially immovably mounted in the wing hinge.
  • the storage of the screw head in the wing hinge can be done so that a further bracket the adjustment device, for example in the area of the adjustment body, is not necessary.
  • the design of the adjusting nut can be adapted to the given engagement conditions.
  • the rotary hinge can be designed such that the adjustment body has guide surfaces which are guided on guide wall surfaces of the wing hinge and / or on guide web surfaces by guide webs formed on the guide wall. It is particularly advantageous in this case for guidance to take place both on a guide wall surface and on a guide web surface, since the formation of the guide webs can then be restricted to a minimum.
  • the hinge so that the holding plate has load pins engaging in the wing.
  • especially the load pins can transfer the wing load to the hinge.
  • the load pins are also suitable for reliably preventing any lateral displacement or adjustment of the holding plate.
  • the wing hinge 10 shown in Figure 1 consists essentially of a bearing body 10 ', which has a recess 10' 'for receiving a hinge axis, not shown. This hinge axis connects the wing hinge 10 with a frame hinge, also not shown. On the bearing body 10 'attaches a wing wall 26', which is as high as the bearing body 10 ', and which is so wide that all the necessary components of the hinge for attaching the wing hinge 10 are formed on a door or window sash, not shown can.
  • FIG. 2 shows schematically only one fastening surface 79 of a wing.
  • the thickness of the guide wall 25 ' is also determined by the thickness of the further components of the wing hinge 10 to be received by this wall 25'.
  • the holding plate 60 shown in FIG. 2 serves to fasten the wing hinge 10 to the fastening surface 79.
  • the rear wall 80 of the holding plate 60 lies directly on the fastening surface 79 or is this e.g. directly adjacent using intermediate plates.
  • the rear wall 80 is provided with load pins 78.
  • the majority of the weight of the wing is transferred to the base plate 60 and thus to the wing hinge 10 via these load pins 78.
  • the load pins 78 can be produced together with the holding plate 60, for example by casting, or they can be pressed in subsequently.
  • the load pins 78 serve to hold the position of the holding plate 60 immovably relative to the fastening surface 79 against parallel adjustments. Only adjustments perpendicular to the mounting surface 79 are permitted. Tipping of the rotating band in the area of the holding plate 60 is thus ruled out.
  • the holding plate 60 is designed as a screw-on plate. That is, it is connected by fastening screws to the fastening surface 79, which is in the material of the wing be screwed in. Fixing screws are not shown. However, FIG. 2 shows fastening points 69, which are designed as fastening holes, through which fastening screws can be screwed. With the fastening screws, the holding plate 60 is pressed against the fastening surface 79.
  • the holding plate 60 is provided with guideways 61, 62.
  • the guide tracks 61, 62 serve to guide adjustment bodies 66, 67, which are assembled with the guide wall 26 '.
  • guide recesses 66', 67 ' are formed, which serve to receive the adjusting bodies 66, 67 and form adjusting tracks 63, 64 for these adjusting bodies 66, 67.
  • the adjustment tracks 63, 64 are each arranged transversely to the guide tracks 61, 62. From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the adjustment body 66 is part of a height adjustment device 14 corresponding to the vertical adjustment path 63, while the adjustment body 67 is part of a side adjustment device 13 corresponding to the adjustment path 64, which are each completed by the adjustment means shown.
  • the guide tracks 61, 62 are each formed by two guide strips 65.
  • the guide strips 65 delimit guide grooves 81.
  • Holding strips 82 of the adjusting bodies 66, 67 engage in the guide grooves 81 when they are assembled with the holding plate 60.
  • the adjusting body 66 can then only be displaced horizontally parallel to the fastening surface 79 in the holding plate 60, while the adjusting body 67 can be displaced vertically parallel to the fastening surface 69. These displacements are necessary so that the adjusting bodies 66, 67 can move on their adjusting tracks 63, 64.
  • the adjustment bodies 66, 67 are installed in the guide recesses 66 ', 67'.
  • the latter are rectangular. Your The longitudinal extent corresponds to the orientation of the adjustment tracks 63, 64. Their longitudinal extension is greater by a predetermined adjustment path than the installation height 83 of the adjustment body in the area of the holding strips 82 or in the volume area of the adjustment body 66 or 67 built into the guide recesses 66 ', 67'. These can be adjusted accordingly.
  • Adjustment means which are each shown in FIG. 5, 6, serve to adjust the adjustment bodies 66, 67.
  • Each adjusting means consists of an adjusting screw 22 or 23.
  • the screws 22, 23 are provided with a screw head 22 'or 23' on screw shafts 22 '' or 23 '', each of which has a thread.
  • An adjusting nut 22 '' 'or 23' '' is provided on these threads.
  • the adjusting means interact with the adjusting bodies 66, 67 on the one hand and the guide wall 26 'on the other hand.
  • the adjusting screw 23 is installed with its screw head 23 'in a head holding recess 84, while the adjusting nut 23' '' comes to rest in a nut holding recess 85 of the adjusting body 67.
  • the adjusting screw 22 is installed with its head 22 'in a head holding recess, not shown, of the guide wall 26', while the adjusting nut 22 '' 'is arranged in a nut holding recess 86 of the adjusting body 66.
  • the screw heads 22 ', 23' are accessible through adjustment openings 87 by means of a tool, for example by means of an adjustment key, and can be turned.
  • the adjusting bodies 66, 67 are coupled to the holding plate 60 in a form-fitting manner.
  • the form fit is for example for the side adjustment device 13 in such a way that the adjusting body 67 cannot move in the lateral adjustment direction relative to the holding plate 60.
  • the guide wall 26 ′ and thus the wing hinge 10 are adjusted.
  • the guideway 61 is designed and arranged such that the adjusting body 66 can be moved without obstructing the lateral adjustment of the wing hinge 10.
  • its obstruction by the adjustment body 67 is avoided in that it can be moved with vertical holding strips 82 in the vertical guide track 62 with practically no resistance.
  • the adjusting bodies 66, 67 are formed with rear engaging edges 88, so that the adjusting body 66, 67 engages behind the guide wall 26 'as seen from the holding plate 60.
  • the guide wall 26 'or the wing hinge 10 cannot be pulled vertically from the adjusting bodies 66, 67 to the fastening surface 79 when the adjusting bodies 66, 67 engage on the holding plate 60.
  • the adjustment bodies 66, 67 are assembled with the guide wall 26 and the holding plate 60 in such a way that they are inserted through the guide recesses 66 ', 67' and their retaining strips 82 are assembled with the guide grooves 81, the guide strips being inserted and not shown in the conventional manner have outside the adjustment range.
  • the guide wall 26 ' is provided on both sides of the wing hinge 10 with a recess 10''' shown in FIG.
  • the recess (not shown in FIG. 1) facing the fastening surface 79 is intended for receiving the holding plate 60 and is dimensioned somewhat larger than it is. This dimensioning is done so that the wing hinge 10 can move without bumping against the fixed holding plate 60.
  • the oversizing corresponds at least to the adjustment paths of the wing hinge.
  • the recess 10 ''' is somewhat deeper than the holding plate 60 is thick. As a result, the holding plate 60 can pull and fix the guide wall 26 against the fastening surface 69 when the holding plate 60 is screwed on.
  • the recesses 10 '' ' are not only designed so that they receive the holding plate 60, but also in such a way that the adjusting bodies 66, 67 are at least partially guided with them.
  • the adjustment body 67 is provided with guide surfaces 70, 71, which are formed by the guide edges 88.
  • the guide edges 88 of the adjustment body 66 have guide surfaces 72, 73. With these guide surfaces 70 to 73, the adjusting bodies 66, 67 are guided on guide wall surfaces of the guide band 10 and on guide web surfaces.

  • the lower horizontal guide web 76 serves to guide the adjustment body 67 over its guide surface 71.
  • the vertical guide webs 76 serve to guide the adjustment body 66 on its guide surfaces 72, 73.
  • the guide wall 26 ' forms a guide wall surface 74 in the region of the recess 10' '', which cooperates with the guide surface 70 of the adjusting body 67.
  • the guide wall 26 ' has, in addition to the guide recesses 66', 67 ', through openings 68 which are arranged in accordance with the fastening points 69 in such a way that the latter or their fastening screws are accessible when the guide wall 26' is mounted.
  • the passage openings 68 are designed as vertical elongated holes, so that the fastening points 69 of the holding plate 60 are accessible independently of a height adjustment being carried out. The height adjustment then need not be undone in order to loosen the holding plate 60. Such loosening is under Under certain circumstances useful to be able to adjust the wing hinge 10. Usually, however, it will not be necessary to loosen the holding plate 60 because the adjusting bodies 66, 67 are adjustable despite the pressing of the guide wall 26 'on the wing.
