- eine perspektivische Ansicht zweier Federklemmen, von denen eine Federklemme teilweise geschnitten ist, und
- Fig. 2:
- eine Variante des Spannelementes.
Claims (9)
- Anschlußklemmenanordnung für ein am zweischalenförmigen Gehäuseteilen gebildetes Gehäuse aufweisendes Installationsschaltgerät, insbesondere für einen Leitungsschutz- oder Fehlerstromschutzschalter, mit wenigstens einer schraubenlosen Federklemme mit einer aus einem federnden Flachmaterial geformten Klemmfeder, die an einer in sich steifen Stromschiene innerhalb des Installationsschaltgerätes befestigt ist und einen in eine Klemmstelle zwischen Klemmfeder und Stromschiene eingeführten elektrischen Leiter gegen die Stromschiene klemmt, und mit einem dem Gehäuse des Installationsschaltgerätes zugeordneten Spannelement, mit dem die Klemmfeder betätigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmfeder wenigstens in einem Gehäuse (11, 12) mittels eines die Klemmfeder (27) senkrecht zur Breitseite des Installationsschaltgerätes durchgreifenden Zapfens (20) gehalten ist, und daß das eine manuell betätigte Druckfläche (37) aufweisende Spannelement (35, 35a) an einem Ende schwenkbar gelagert und gegen die Klemmfeder (27) drückbar ist, um die Klemmfeder (27) zum Einführen des Anschlußleiters zu öffnen.
- Anschlußklemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement (35, 35a) bogen- oder C-förmig ausgebildet ist und auf der Außenfläche die manuell betätigbare Druckfläche (37) aufweist.
- Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfläche (37) konkav, konvex oder eben ausbildet ist.
- Anschlußklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche des Spannelementes (35, 35a) einen Vorsprung (38) aufweist, der bei Betätigung des Spannelementes (35,35a) gegen die Klemmfeder (27) drückt.
- Anschlußklemmenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement (35, 35a) etwa senkrecht zur Befestigungsseite (14) ausgerichtet und um eine ortsfeste Drehachse (33,34) schwenkbar ist, die am der Befestigungsseite (14) benachbarten Ende des Spannhebels (35, 35a) angeordnet ist.
- Anschlußklemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am frontseitigen Ende des Spannelementes (35, 35a) wenigstens eine Nase (39) vorgesehen ist, die hinter einen Rücksprung (22) am Gehäuseteil (11, 12) hakt und so am Gehäuse (10) des Installationsschaltgerätes festgehalten ist.
- Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je eine Federklemme mit Spannelement an beiden Gehäuseteilen (11, 12) des Gehäuses vorgesehen sind.
- Anschlußklemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federklemmen bezogen auf die Befestigungsseite (14) in der Höhe versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement (35a) eine Ausnehmung (50) aufweist, in die ein Werkzeug zu seiner Betätigung einführbar ist.
